Personality: A laid back, relaxed individual. Ellia tends to slither in harmony with the world, not trying to stand out any more than she already does unless needed. Even in the guild of misfits, she tends to shy back, slither away, and just keep her distance from most and just watch from afar. In fact, Ellia would much rather hide in a warm dune of sand, watching her guild-mates have fun, than actual join them, and potentially have fun herself, which leads to more often than not, actual lack of true social skills for some occasions.

Not to conform to a lazy Nature, Ellis can be found simply playing a harp in her spare time, or off doing a job she was actually allowed to do. When approached, she tends to look for the best route to 'escape' any conversation that asks her to join in a group, or team, often leaving her with just small pairs or more often than not, alone on a job. While and when she actually does obtain a conversation partner, she does tend to get closer than needed, as her natural instinct for 'warmth' tends to kick in.

Other than her weakness at social skills, aside from small face-to-face interactions, Ellia is an upbeat and lively female.Aside from her social awkwardness Ellia loves to dance, and play music, more the latter than the former, yet both are fun for her to do. She enjoys the smaller things in life that most can do without one so much as batting an eye(such as a stroll down a park at midnight...where she'd look creepy doing such, a normal human wouldn't). Being an outsider and more so one that most look at as just some demon snake demi-human, often leads her to seclude herself more, only looking for those that accept her without a doubt, allowing herself the slight belief that maybe... just maybe she wont be treated like this forever. Which is why she loves The Black Rose Guild, a family in which views her as one of their own.

Aside from those social bits of her personality where she is and whom she is with can also drastically change her mood & attitude.  Alone, she tends to be much more down, almost to the point of hating herself for always pushing herself to be alone, while criticizing that maybe this was the reason she is alone in the first place. While she is in the company of any dear friend, or possibly a lover, she tends to be very 'huggy', and simply wanting to show she can be there for them, almost as if she looks for a leader to help her through life. Pinned down by those she dislikes? or those that threaten her? A very angry rattle of the tip of her tail with a teeth bearing frown is the norm for her. She is not above lashing out a strike of the tail or other means if it means to avoid a situation she much rather not be in.

Mentally, she is a wise individual as well. Hating to be manipulated, and despising the attempts if any that are made to do such to her. She also finds herself very keen on wording her way out of many things, being snake like with her choice of words, with holding the toxic venom of her tongue lashing until it is the up-most needed, and with carefully precisioned strikes where it counts. Which causes remarks such as (for example, one who beats on pets/animals) "Even cleaning the animal's shit is too great of an honor for you at this rate".  Or another example being( @those that openly express hatred) "Do not be mad that I'm a better lay than you because I can snake my way to all the 'good' places." // Those being only a few of her quotes she may have used in the past, or can come up with, leaving her with the type of attitude that is hard to get along with once she strikes, however to get her to do such has already meant that you crossed a line already.

Though there are many bits of her persono un-explored, she is a free spirited, girl that tends to do as she pleases as so long as it is not to cause any trouble.  
Likes:

1. Soft-sounding music : Her hearing is that of a human's, only amplified by her demi-human snake half. She tends to like and enjoy soft music, instrumental as a great song to her requires no words.
   
2. Warmth: Be it the sun, the nice warm sands, a nice hot-tub, or even another's body. Ellia... loves the warmth.
   
3. Nature: Two words "part snake" she loves nature, all aspects of it. The cold bits of nature can go somewhere else though.
   
4. Being treated as a 'being' not a 'monster': Yes, she has the upper body of a woman, yes she has her entire lower body as a long 22foot snake tail. That does not make her a monster, and this is what she wishes to be treated as. She adores being treated without such petty hatred.
   
5. Others like her: No, not a lamia, as they're cold-blooded as well, but rather she enjoys the presence of those that are different in some way, and bonus cred if their 'difference' relates to an animal of some kind, which means she can relate to them even more.
   

Dislikes:

1. Pointless Fighting: A far great decedent of a monk & keeper of peace, Ellia tends to dislike pointless fighting. Besides, why fight when you can snake your way through anyways.
   
2. Cold: More like a 'hatred' of cold. Not only can Ellia not function as well in cold, but she actually dislikes the cold so much she would much rather refuse an order to be forced to an environment where it is constantly cold.
   
3. Hatred towards her : She in fact nearly wants to lash back at those that do. The stares of 'you are just a monster' or 'why do you exist' kind of stares only make her dislike any form of hatred towards what she is. After all, to her, it should be 'who she is, not what she is' that makes the impacts in life.
   
4. Eggs: It is just a food she just does not like. There are reason an egg-laying creature, may not like eggs. While some snakes eat eggs no problem, she has a problem with it.
   
5. Mis-treatment of animals/pets: Animals and pets cannot always fend for themselves, Ellia hates it when a master mis-treats their pet. This has caused Ellia to be involved in more than one case of pet-catch-and-release. Type of attitude, where she'll relieve the owner of their pet, and she'll end up finding it a new home.
   

Motivations:

1. Blackrose: The guild accepted her, and she accepted them. It binds her loyalty to them seeing as the guild of misfits is like a family to her.
   
2. Playing music: Being the fact she likes music so much, she naturally picked up on a small harp, and a motivation is to continue getting better at it, as well as to show that she is not bad, despite being a Lamia.
   
3. Beliefs/judgement : Good? evil? Holy? unholy? Light? Dark? All of them can be used in good or bad ways, even the concept of 'good' can be warped. She has a keen motivation to press forward despite any of this, and views people she sees on an individual based, rather than a 'belief' base. Just because you believe in something, that does not make you a bad person, which makes her more tend to be 'open' to others whom ask for a ear to listen to them. However, she will still fully act under the orders of her guild, and protect what she believes & values in life.
   
4. Being adaptable: Life is not a walk in the park. If it was, why worry at all? No, Ellia knows how hard life can be, and adapts to it constantly, more than willing to move on if that means it is 'for the best' of her and those around her.
   
5. Bettering yourself/living your life: live your life, and get better at anything you wish. in other words, Ellia has a deep motivation to keep slithering(metaphorical walking) forward in life, making it a rather more 'upbeat' despite how hard life has been, and will be.
   

Fears:

1. Harpy/Extremely large birds: Ellia is not too keen on them. In fact, she much rather just slither away than have to deal with a harpy or some large bird.
   
2. Loss: She is... clingy, not in the form of she refuses to let go of someone, or requires someone to cling to. However she is clingy to the sense that she does not wish, nor want to loose someone meaningful to her, or her guild which is also meaningful.
   
3. The magic council: she respects them out of respect of her guild, however she fears what they may do to her in the future. As Ellia has learned, not all humans are nice to her due to her appearance, she fears they may one day order her death for being 'different'.
   
4. Being relied on: She is not the leader type, but can still fill that role pretty well. What this fear means is that she just fears the fact that another may rely on her to do or act one way, and she fears not living up to expectations of that reliance.
   
5. Groups: While she works well with the guild, when enclosed in a group it makes her quite... uneasy, and more on the sensitive side.
