The rain pattered down upon the window pane of the Silver Moon Inn as Rizuki stared out the window into the dark gray sky above. Small droplets of water would collect on the rim and get blown away by the autumn breeze. Rizuki had recently left his adoptive parents and gone out to explore Fiore. He had visited numerous guilds but none seemed to satisfy his craving for a true home... and family.
Nobody immediately noticed Rizuki, after all he had just come in quietly and sat down. Staring out of windows while thinking seemed like the best option since he wasn't very social. The stern expression on his face seemed to even repel the sky as the gloomy clouds moved lazily overhead. Much as it repels people. He didn't mind this much, he liked thinking more than talking. Sometimes even listening was difficult for him.
He has heard about Black Rose's focus on commerce and money. That's one of the characteristics of it that he liked. Along with many more, but he couldn't decide if this was the right guild. His father had said before he left, Make sure you follow your heart to the guild you truly know is right for you. Rizuki couldn't get this one simple sentence out of his head. He felt like this was the right guild, but he couldn't shake the feeling that his father had meant another grander, friendly, and powerful guild. However, Rizuki couldn't think of another one with all of these qualities. And that's how he got here, sitting down, thinking over his life choices. Could he accidentally choose the wrong guild? What then?
He decided to put the thought to rest and think more on the positive side. Like what friends and jobs he would soon acquire. He still sat, looking out that same window, hoping someone would engage him so he wouldn't have to.
