Motivations:
1. Money. With money one can do whatever they please; everything has a price.
2. Fame. He wants the world to know his name; he knows he has what it takes.
3. Power. He wants to be able to protect those he treasures dearly.
Fears: 1. Failure. He cannot picture a world where he does not achieve his goals.
2. The past. He does not want to face his past, nor the shameful things he had done.
3. Quiet. When there is absolutely no sound that is when the voices come out; he has not come to accept these voices yet.

Personality
At first Vlad seems to be a cold, calloused man; caring for none other than himself. He is rarely seen without some sort of smirk; he usually has a drink in hand a woman around. His personality doesn't allow for others opinions to effect him. He will often do what he pleases, no matter the effects it will have on those around him. While this is how is often acts it is not the most honest version of himself. Assuming the person can gain his respect and trust he will become very protective; he does not allow for others to disrespect his friends. With this he will do his best to make sure they have a good time when they are with him; he doesn't care for idle threats, so if some idiot decided to act up he wouldn't have a problem stopping it. This will usually cause him to rush into some sort of fight; he does not care for titles or ranks. This is to say that if he feels he has been dishonored, or that another one of his beloved friends have had their reputations degraded, he will not hold back. With this it is a mystery as to why he acts as he does. He is, usually, found wandering between guilds; finding jobs, and women, to keep his interest. Vlad does not enjoy simply sitting around; the notion of wasting time is something that he despises; with such a small amount of time in this world how could one waste it so luxuriously? He seems to contradict his own beliefs when he is simply sitting around a bar drinking, however, this is when he gains information; being able to start a conversation and gain information is an important part of this life style; the one of a wanderer can be harsh. He should use every tactic he can; speaking of which...
In combat Vlad is someone who does not know how to pull a punch; this would often result in the maiming, or death, of other combatants. He does not understand when to hold back, even if there is such a large power gap; he finds holding back a disrespect to his opponent. He is a man who can lead his men to victory, however, he does not take orders well. When given an order he will, usually, simply ignore the man; he finds that men, who he deem to be of lower intelligence, could not possibly have a valid point. He does not believe in taking orders from the less intelligent. He often finds himself using magic as a primary form of combat, and using his close combat skills as a last resort. There is no need to fight as a brute when magic is available. This reliance on his magic, however, should not imply he cannot handle himself in melee. He has no problem slitting a mans throat if he must; the only part of this that would bother him is the fact that his clothing would be soiled. How annoying...
Likes and Dislikes:
Likes:
1. Whisky. A good drink allows a man to unwind, and he does like to have a good time.
2. Women. He enjoys the company of women; they seem to sooth the man, allowing him to relax a bit more.
3.Combat. The thrill of combat is something that Vlad lives for; the rush of blood makes him feel alive.
Dislikes:
1. Idiots. He cannot find a reason that they should have an input when they don't fully comprehend the situation.
2. Arrogance. He doesn't understand why people cannot respect their opponent. Shit talk is fine, but you should still respect them; at least to some degree.
3. Cockiness. One should not disregard his opponent; that is a rash, and disrespectful thing to do.
