Town Secured [Rune Knight]-Soleice

Hirana laid sprawled upon the couch that was furniture within her office. She stared up at the ceiling, wondering whether things were going to get anymore boring. Although she was extremely tired because she had to sort out paperwork, sign Rune Knight requests and such, what she really wanted was more action. It had seemed like it had been forever since she last completed a mission. One which involved her taking down the infamous beer thief, Gragas Moonshine. As her thought ended. a courier knocked upon her door. "Come in." said the Council woman. The tiny courier rushed into her room. "I'm sorry Council member Hirana, This just came in for you. It seems like a urgent message from the Intelligence division of the Rune Knights." stuttered the courier. "Interesting... thank you for the message, you may go now." said Hirana. The courier nodded and proceeded to exit the room. Hirana opened the envelope and read the report. "Dear Miss Hirana, We have recently researched and analyzed reports of violence from within Hunting Village. It seems that it is being run by Dark Mages, this information has been kept from leaking out by physical violence. Is there any possible way to organize a task force to take back the village?" said the letter. Hirana smirked at the letter, it seemed that she was finally going to have some fun.

Hirana considered all the possible things that she would bring to Hunting Village. After deciding that nothing that she wanted was necessarily 'needed' in this job, she dismissed the thought. She had neglected to tell her Rune Knights of this mission due to safety reasons. With that said, she opened up her personal armory and equipped her legendary armor: "Venom Mist" and her legendary whip: "Mikagura". As she approached the portal, the courier entered her room once more. Gasping with surprise as he saw Hirana step into the portal, he scurried out. Shaking her head, Hirana designated Hunting Village as the destination for the portal to teleport her. As the portal began to transport her, she heard the running of Rune Knights down the hall in a rapid fashion. Hirana smiled at the thought that her Rune Knights cared for her, nonetheless, with a flash of light, she blinked out of the Magic Council headquarters. When she opened her eyes, she found herself in front of Hunting Village. As Hirana entered the village, she walked by a dark alleyway. In the dark alleyway, she could see Dark Mages beating up a man trying to defend his family. Clenching her fists, Hirana walked down the alleyway, ready to engage in combat.

'Monster Dice' :

Hirana approached the three dark mages. "You know, its not very nice to beat up people." stated Hirana. "Mind your own business you whore." said the biggest man with a laugh. "Trust me, You'll be begging for your lives when I'm done with you." replied the Council woman. The man who had been beaten swollen croaked: "Run... run before its too late. These three lead the Dark Mages that occupy this village!" Hirana smiled, if these three idiots were the ones that oversaw this operation of oppression within Hunting Village, then it would make her job much easier. Preparing to strike down the 'leaders' of the Dark Mages that occupied the town, Hirana got into a battle stance. "We're going to enjoy you in bed tonight slut." said the medium sized one. "I don't think you'll be getting a bed in prison you weaklings." taunted Hirana. "Big Brother, lets kill her now!" yelled the smallest man, clearly agitated by Hirana's words. All three of the men rushed towards her in a synchronized fashion. Clearly that had been trained to work together and displayed exceptional amounts of teamwork and cooperation with one another. However, Hirana was not so easily fazed by such childsplay. "Gate of the Heavenly Scales, I open thee, Libra!" yelled Hirana. "Gate of unyielding strength, I open thee, Hercules!" said Hirana right after she had summoned Libra. Both her spirits appeared by her side ready to fight.

As the men charged towards Hirana, the Council woman got ready to fight. The first man shouted: "Super-Deluxe Bomb Ball Explosion!" as a huge bomb flew towards Hirana. The second man shouted: "Requip! Ruby-crusted jewel daggers of Xania!" as he summoned two ruby-encrusted daggers that had a X mark on it. The third mage shouted: "Super sharp Sky Slice of imminent doom!" as he made a cutting motion through the air. Hirana could not believe how stupid these mages were or how dumb their spell names sounded. Nonetheless, she held back her laughter and focused upon dodging the spells that were launched at her. She could not estimate their magic power level just yet, but soon she would be able to. Whilst in the air, Hirana shouted: "Libra, use Gravity Crush and pin them to the ground!" Libra nodded in acknowledgement to Hirana's request. The Council woman also added in: "Hercules, start aiming your Heartseeker Strike!" The muscular spirit replied: "Yes Ma'am" as he assumed a power stance in order to aim his spear. The three mages looked shocked and astonished, Hirana deduced that it was their first time seeing a Celestial Spirit mage. Nonetheless, the battle had begun and there would be no tolerance for lack of focus. The punishment was death.

Hirana exhaled deeply as she remained untouched. It seemed that these mages although trained well together, had very bad aim. The bomb sailed right over her head and exploded some distance behind her, leaving the Council woman unhurt. Hirana had sidestepped to avoid the daggers and sky slices that the other two had launched at her. After dodging, she watched as Libra lifted her scales to one side and crushed two of the three dark mages to the ground, eliminating them due to sheer force. The biggest of the mages had somehow avoided Libra's attack by jumping back, avoiding her targeted zone. Partially annoyed by the fact that this mage had discovered Libra's weakness, Hirana quickly made tactical action to ensure that this mage wouldn't run away. She nodded at Hercules to proceed with his move. Hercules aimed his spear and with one might thrust, threw it at the Dark Mage. The spear soared through a air with prowess and accuracy, flying towards the enemy. Before Hirana could see what happened, she turned around to the sound of a large crowd gathering by the entrance of the alleyway. When she had looked back at the Dark Mage, she saw what had happened.

The spear glided through the air and slammed into the Dark Mage. The force of the blow knocked him back a good 10 meters. Any force of that sort would of immediately broken a couple bones, not to mention a possible fracture. However, Hirana felt no mercy for the Dark Mage scum. Helping the abused family up, she led them through the mass gathering of a crowd and back to their own home. When she had helped them return to their home, they invited her inside to have some tea. Simply not being able to refuse, Hirana agreed to spend some time with the family. Whilst they were drinking tea, the man explained to Hirana the story of how the Dark Mages had slowly began to occupy the town through fear and aggression. "And that about sums up what we've been through." finished the man. Coincidently, Hirana had finished her tea at the same time. Thanking her generous hosts for sharing not only what they had left, but what they could no longer afford, Hirana stepped outside. When she had stepped outside, the crowds cheered her on as if she was some celebrity. She didn't mind the cheering, however, she didn't want to draw attention. However, that was exactly what she was given, and as a result, she was greeted by a group of Dark Mages as soon as she stepped outside the house.

Hirana stared at a medium sized man. He sneered and dropped his drink to the ground. "Allow me to introduce myself... I'm Grundle Moriety, perhaps you've heard of me. If not, I'll tell you who I am. I am the representative of Halo Goldfish and I oversee this village. This village is mines... and I will not have some prissy slut try to take it away from me. Understood?" "Oh crystal clear, except, I'm no prissy slut, and.... I believe that I will take it away from you and return it to its former glory." replied Hirana with a calm tone. Grundle clenched his teeth as the crowd cheered on Hirana. Grundle formed Ice magic seals around his fists in a malicious manner. "Don't make me hurt you." yelled Grundle. "You can try you weakling." retorted Hirana with a slight laugh. She shouted: "Gate of Heavenly Scales and Gate of the Pegasus, I open thee, Libra and Pegasus!" With that said, the two spirits appeared by her side and once again, she was ready to do combat with the representative of Halo Goldfish. Hirana decided that she was going to make the first move. "Libra, Use Gravity manipulation and pin him to the ground!" Libra nodded in acknowledgment to the order. "Pegasus, use Volt Strike!" yelled Hirana as she attempted to take command of the battlefield. At the same time, Grundle decided that he was going to make the first move. "Ice-Make Lance!" shouted Grundel as he launched a ice lance at Hirana. Both parties attempted to dodge the attack.

Libra's attack hit successfully and Grundel was indeed pinned to the ground with extreme force. Though he proved to be resilient and slowly stood back up. Hirana was quite amazed, it would take an enormous amount of willpower and strength to do that. Nonetheless, Pegasus's attack once again, brought Grundel to his knees. "You bitch.... You aren't weak... but you aren't... too strong either!" yelled Grundel as he slowly stood back up. "Time is up, I believe that the main event is about to reveal itself" said Grundel with a slight smirk. Hirana was curious as to see what this man could throw at her. "Ice-Make Tundra!" yelled Grundel as he shot a blast of frigid ice spikes at Hirana. "Recall Pegasus, Gate of the Dragon, I open thee, Drago!" yelled Hirana as she attemped to dodge the ice that was now flying at her with insane speed. Drago appeared next to her and she immediately gained Draconian senses. She now had increased speed and senses. Although she doubted that it would be enough to stop the oncoming ice that was now flying at her, she still attempted to do so with a determined goal that she would win the battle. "Draco, use Burst Stream!" yelled Hirana as she leapt into the air to dodge the ice spikes

Hirana watched as her burst stream was sidestepped by Grundel. Screaming in annoyance as the spikes hit her and slammed her onto the ground, Hirana was surprised. It had been some time since anyone had done that to her. The battle was just about to begin and Hirana was proud to be part of it. Slowly rising back up and recovering from the force of the blow, Hirana smirked. "You aren't so shabby yourself Grundel.... Why waste your talents with a dark guild?" asked Hirana. "Because dark guilds are all I know!" yelled Grundel in retaliation. In a final attempt to finish each other off, they both started to use their most powerful spells. Hirana recalled Libra and shouted: "Gate of Regulus, I open thee, Leo!" as Leo appeared beside her to fight. She had also dismissed Draco and shouted: "Gate of Hell, I open thee, Ceberus!" as the three-headed hound spirit was summoned to fight by her side. Grundel screamed: "Ice-Make Frozen Wasteland!" as he sent forth a surge of ice to trap Hirana within it. Hirana observed the ground, anything that came in contact with the advancing ice would be trapped within it. "Leo, Use Regulus Punch and Ceberus, use Triple Threat!" yelled Hirana as she proceeded to end the battle. The crowd gasped and yelled with furor. The winner of this battle would determine the fate of this village.

Hirana smirked although Ceberus's attack had missed, because Leo's Regulus Punch didn't, and as a result, Grundel was sent spiraling back 20 meters and slamming into a wall. At the last possible moment, Hirana jumped upon Kinana as and they flew high up into the air. Amazed by what she had just done, Hirana gave herself a job well done pat on the back. It had been a long while since she had fought someone of Grundel's skill caliber. The crowds below cheered her on as she descended towards the leader of the village. "Thank you oh mighty mistress. How can we ever repay you. Is it possible that we pay you in jewels? I'm sure that the village has come to a general consensus to do just that." said the Village leader with a thankful voice. "Haha, if you insist oh wise one." replied Hirana. With that said, Hirana re-mounted Kinana and headed towards the portal zone where she was greeted by her many Rune Knights. Returning the salutes that she was given, Hirana began to think that she could get used to this type of lifestyle once more. A bright light flashed in front of her and once again, she was staring at her desk in the Magic Council headquarters in Era.
