Freya walked casually out of the house, looking left, then right, then crossing the street. She took a left turn at an intersection and kept walking, arms slightly dangling on her sides as she did so. Killing was something she did so easily, the fact that she had just taken a life of a mere human did not move her. After all, she was the Goddess of Death, in truth. What was there to stop her? Nothing. Not even the Creator. For now, she was just doing what he wanted her to, a punishment. He has the last soul that she would take, to end her punishment and satisfy her until she stops existing. Such was her plan in this lifetime, for he was the one who made her existence a misery. So she began to walk aimlessly somewhere in Clover Town. It was a rather warm day, so she pushed up her sleeves and tied up her hair into a high ponytail. The clock struck twelve, the chimes reaching her ears. Twelve times. Lunchtime, perhaps? She did not have anything for breakfast, so she decided she might as well grab something to eat now. Entering a random noodle shop, Freya took a set at the bar area, ordering one bowl. Even though you would have imagined her to be all aggressive and meaninglessly furious all the time, that was not really the case. She could be calm. In fact, there were more cases in which she was calm than not. For example, right now. She would receive the bowl from the old man with pretentious respect, nodding and beginning to dig into her brunch. She was not the kind of person to not pay for her purchases as well. There were bad guys who did not even bother to pay for what they took. Anubis did not stoop that low. At least she paid her taxes, her food, and so on. Truth be told, she was not very fond of people who did not pay for what they took as well. She always thought it was lowly to do.
Sipping from the free cup of tea that she received from the old man, Freya remained calm throughout the span of five minutes, in which a series of events unfolded behind her, outside the noodle shop. A loud thud and a strange sound that an animal made, one that was failing very hard at trying to communicate, she presumed. Freya jabbed the notes on the bar, turning abruptly and exiting the small shop, staring at the giant fish that was wreaking havoc before her. It was about twenty feet tall, a goldfish experiment gone wrong? Oh no...it could not be. The thought of the girl and her missing goldfish came back to mind, raising both her eyebrows. Was this the goldfish? If so, whatever did happen to it? It was enormous, very much larger than the actual size of a goldfish. Blinking narrowed eyes, the sorceress searched around for something before laying eyes on a single man who seemed to be trying to tame the goldfish. She was kind of amused by how he was handling it. Apparently, he could not do a thing. The fact that the fish was too big for him to even get near it without being bounced off of its scaly body. A moment later, it disappeared. Freya ran towards the spot it had been and realized where it had gone off to. The sewers. She could not have it going around like that. If she killed its owner, she must kill it as well. So with all the strength could muster, she plucked off a stop sign post from the pavement and ripped off the stop sign, holding the post firmly as she followed the goldfish to the sewers where she would teach it a great lesson. It was a disgusting, smelly place to be and Freya already regretted her decision. She would have to take five showers when she got back. So in the sewers, she would begin to search for the fish and then once she found it, she would start attacking it with the post, the pointy ends of it, causing it to bleed. She had always wondered how fish bled. But it did not look like a normal fish, so she wondered if she could trust this information. Once she was done, she would leave to clean up. It was a tiring day and she needed all the rest.
