    ISAAC ANICETUS
    MAN OF THE LAW

"Shoot once, shoot twice, come on people! Hit the target, win a prize! Any prize, come on folks!"

These were common advertisements and jeering from the dealers and conductors in the avenue of games and food stands. And where was this located? The city of lights and fun, Honsenka. They were celebrating an annual seven day, all week festival with nothing but parties, after parties, and festivities. When you could peek into the road, you could see children in their kimonos and yukatas running down the avenue of the Honsenkan festivities, groups of women flocking to rather flirty men and exchanging alcoholic beverages, elder men and women who would indulge themselves in the exotic foods they served. It was quite the sight really, and whom withheld such a sight was something that needed to be answered.

Isaac Izana Anicetus had few events happen to him most recently. As of late, he had been let go by the Rune Knights, and entered Fairy Tail until he reentered his career as a law enforcing officer. And although gracious the Fairies kind words and merciful welcomes, he would forever be in their debt for such kindness. Meeting many people during that time, he had intended to come over to Honsenka to purchase souvenirs for the Fairies.

But it was everything he expected, and it certainly wasn't all that great. The Honsenkan Festival was packed, and all game stands littered with prizes, and people's teeth sinking into the flesh of the most exotic of foods. It wasn't comforting, but it wasn't distasteful either.

Next to a coffee stand near the center of the festival, a tall, masculine man with brown, short, messy hair and a stubble on his chin. A warm cup in his hand, he leaned against the stand and took short, controlled sips as the woman operating the stand would chat with him.

"So what'cha 'doin all the way out here?" She chuckled, jolly from the festive season.

Isaac, smiled and raised a brow. "Ah, well, I figured I'd gift some people for their generosity, Honsenka does have worthy presents."

"You're right on that one. Just staying one night?"

"As long as I need to. I personally don't have a lot of interest in going to festivals alone."

"So you're alone, eh? Don't have any family?" The woman nudged his shoulder playfully as Isaac would pause midsip and sigh.

"I should get going. Thanks for the drink, keep the change, miss." Isaac spoke softly and placed a handful of jewels onto the counter from his pocket, walking off down the avenue of festivities, with the coffee loosely close to his chest, lost in thought.

This was utter hell!– old fashioned sandals rattled against the cobble-stone ground loudly, echoing as he forced his way through people while attempting to apologize briefly for the rather disrespectful shoving. Its not as if he could just shout for help. Even if he did, it wasn't like anybody would bother with the intimidating display of taller, larger and obviously dangerous men that pursued him in evident anger. Before getting himself associated with his guild; which had now unfortunately been shut down, he had gotten involved with a rather troubling group one night while playing poker.

Not having any sort of sense as to what he was ever getting himself into; he of course, cheated these four as easy as it was to read. He left with their money quickly that night, proud of himself for being able to play them. But, it was to his assumption that the bartender he thought of as a friend, had ended up being a snitch instead. Bastard!– he'd grit his teeth together, irritated with this outcome. He had been so excited to spend the night drinking and meeting a few woman from Hosenka, but his neglect for any danger in the lively town had nearly gotten him beat up. He was glad he could run so well in this outfit; though it was still a bit of a nuisance.

He'd hear them running behind him, turning a sharp corner down another long street with tiny shops layered on either side. Bright blue eyes would glance over to see how far away they were, but, in that brief moment, his figure ended up colliding with another. A warm substance– guessed as a drink, crashed upward and onto the expensive and rented yukata that he wore. "Tch." he didn't want to pay for the damages, but it was to late now. Usual worn and necklace of importance slipped by the inside of this garment, loosely hung around his neck. The air was slightly knocked from his lungs as he staggered by the one he had bumped into. "Sorry." he'd mutter, about to continue his escape.

    ISAAC ANICETUS
    MAN OF THE LAW

It wasn't a part of his plan to wander the streets of Honsenka with so much on his mind. The grim reminder of his forsaken family now lurking about in his head, he could no longer find much muse in the festivities that awaited him.

Isaac sighed, the cheerful laughter and never ending chatter between the rather fashionable women and drunken men filling up the air with unrecognizable sounds. However, one particular noise stood out in the midst of all these sounds. Little did Isaac know, a young man with notably white hair and blue eyes had been running about the festival with large, brutish men with their sights on him.

Many people had escaped to the sides of the street not when the young man had made his way through, but when the large brutes had made their way down the avenue. Initially, it was the crowd's separation that caught his attention, but has he turned around, the white haired man had bumped into him, crushing his cup and splattering his beverage all over his shirt. - Which, Isaac didn't really mind. He had plenty of clothes, but did not enjoy the warm, moist feeling all over his chest.

The young man would apologize to him grudgingly and attempt to resume his escape, but it was at that moment that he caught glimpse of the necklace around his neck. Isaac recognized it, so very clearly. The necklace that he and his wife, Setta, had given their stolen son at birth. However, it was only a glimpse. Isaac had squinted at his neck before carefully and swiftly grabbing his shoulder and tugging him closer, peering over his shoulder to hear the oncoming men run after the young man. Calmly, Isaac looked back to the same young man and sighed. "Right here." He grabbed his wrist and dragged him behind a concession stand, which sold ice cream, but was tall enough to hide behind. No one had been tending to the stand at the moment, so they would be able to hide from the same men with no problem. "Hush..."

Isaac sat there with his hand latched to the white-head's, waiting until the two men ran past them.

Just as he was about to continue his struggle of escape, a rigid grasp latched itself to his shoulder; forced closer to an obviously taller and larger frame. Did they reach me!?– he'd feel his heart leap into his throat, peering over at the one who had seized him. There was relief in the fact it hadn't been any of those goons; the fear that ate away evoked by their footsteps drawing closer and closer. Atlas struggled against the man, confused and in panic. "P-Please let go of me–!" his voice shook just barely; severed by the stern tone that resounded from the other.

I'm scared!– he didn't want to think about what those men would do to him if they caught him; something humiliating perhaps? That seemed likely. Even as he'd endeavour to slip from the unyielding hold of the man, dragged off and over into the direction of one of the shop stands, he was silenced by the simple gesturing of a "hush". For a moment lashes of silver fluttered in surprise, unfamiliar with being so obedient; even to a complete stranger. No– it wasn't obedience. He was just startled; but why? Shoulders tensed as the shouting drew near, returning to the misfortune of his reality.

Thankfully, because of their shelter, the two hooligans had dashed straight by the unoccupied stand. He'd exhale in relief, momentarily unaware of the still larger hand that held onto his own. There was still that restlessness of nearly believing it was going to be the end for him, but the comfort–even for an absolute stranger–managed to ease him just enough. "Uh..." now that his line of sight had wandered to the chest stained by coffee; there was a wonder if this older man just wanted him to buy another cup of coffee– or worse, a new outfit. He already had his own to worry about.

"I'm sorry, I'll pay you back." he'd pause, gesturing to his hand still caged by the possession of the other's own, "You can let go... I'm not going to run away."probably. He'd often lie about that, but he didn't think it was really possible to outrun a third angry man. Even when the outlook on what might happen to his source of money after this–would only be enough to buy cup ramen. "If its a new shirt, or a new cup of coffee; I'll get it. Just don't hurt me." gaze would lower, almost nervous in the hold of this unfamiliar face. "T-They're going to come back," he'd mention, almost as if comprehending that fact at this very moment, "I can't stay here." again the youth was beginning to panic.

Long Lost Strangers [Private;King] Empty Re: Long Lost Strangers [Private;King]

This boy whined. And he whined a lot. He was clearly shaken up from the large, brutish men chasing him, like some witness at a homicide scene. Panicked and flustered. Surprisingly enough, all it took was a quick hush for him to quiet up. And even more surprising, the brutes dashed straight passed the stand. Clearly they weren't bright enough to realize that a young, lean man running through an avenue of concession stands and crowds of people doesn't just disappear, and didn't to investigate the lane. But he guessed that was a good thing, seeing as there were a lot of them, all of them bigger than Isaac and the young man.

Peeking over the stand and looking for the men, who had just dashed by, Isaac sighed and leaned against the stand with a look of relief in his eyes."Whatever you did, don't do it again. Next time you might actually get caught." He glanced over to the young man and listened to his pleas, saying nothing while he spoke. "My shirt? It's fine, I can clean it. Just a coffee stain, not as stubborn as blood. You'd be surprised at how hard those are to clean out. But anyway, let me see your necklace..." Isaac removed his hand and leaned in closer to the boy, enough to gently pluck the necklace from his outfit and squint at it.

And he had confirmed it. This was the handcrafted necklace that he and Setta had built from scratch and gave their son at birth before he was taken. He knew that he was this son. His face and it's features across his eyes, his white hair and pale skin. He could never forget. He could never forget Atlas.

A variety of feelings rushed through Isaac at this moment. Relief, sorrow, guilt, happiness, regret, joy, peace, love, compassion, affection... for his son. After centuries of this longing for kin, he had found it. It didn't even matter if he would believe him or not, he was just glad that he grew up, healthy and safe. Nothing could matter more.

Isaac's eyes began to well up in tears, and a smile curved at the very end of his lips. He ignored his request to remove his hand from his, and only held tighter. "Listen... I know we just hid from some brutes and all, but I believe I am your Father. Your necklace was made by my wife and I and given to our son at birth long ago. He had the exact same marking in the exact same location on the face as well. Most likely you were raised by another person, and I don't know if you have a home waiting for you or not, but..." His smile turned into a grin, and tears ran down his face, "I'd like for you to come live with me in my estate. I know this is a lot to take in at the moment, but I don't know how long before I lose you again... this could be the last time I see you... so... if you want to know anything more, please ask now. My estate is located in Talonia and I will be transferring myself and belongings to it as soon as I please. It an provide all the finances and protection you want. Please consider it, Atlas..."

He continued to weep tears of happiness, and frankly...

That was the first time he had cried in decades.
