Passport at the Port (Job)

Here he was, in Rose Garden. He had come for one reason and one reason only- His passport. He had no plans to leave Fiore right now, but better safe than sorry. After all, his plans would not be contained upon a single continent. One thing was wrong though... The line was much longer than he had anticipated it would be. For some reason, he had convinced himself that there would only be other mages here. A couple score at the most. There were hundreds upon hundreds, though, and very few of them were mages. What to do now, he wondered...

Well, there was only one thing really to do. He walked over to the crowd of people, to the right of the line. He was near the front of it for now, so all he would do was look at what they were doing. There were no pictures being taken, and instead the people were registering with what appeared to be their finger prints. Interesting... "Oi! No cuttin' in line, kid!" Glancing at the man who shouted at him, he realized that it was a rather older man. The actual people running this were all in some sort of tent, the line extending much further outside than in. Interesting...

"Stop me." Two words, but they were heavily weighted with the meaning behind him. This was a continent where Magic was both well known and, in a certain relativity, common. For someone so young to have so much confidence in his words, there was one of two things going on. Either the young man was a mage, or he was bluffing. The old man, it seemed, did not consider either option. Hell, he didn't consider any option. Instead, he simply started yelling at Uryu. Profanity was thrown about wildly, and more and more of the people were turning their attention to him.

Closing his eyes, Uryu simply grinned. Everyone's attention was on him now- Everyone who was outside, that was. People who didn't even know what was going on were now looking at him. Within a moment, however, he would disappear from everyone's sights. People looked around and began yelling in shock, the old man talking about how the young boy obviously ran away from the challenge. Stupid decrepit fool- It didn't matter though. Walking, his footsteps hardly making a sound, he approached the tent and allowed himself inside, immediately cancelling his magic the second the flaps closed behind him and drew the attention of employees.

Now inside, Uryu was immediately called up to the desk. Turns out they were taking pictures- Good thing he ended his invisibility. "Name?" The employee was bored- Likely they had been there all day, every day for a couple of weeks. "Uryu. No last name." The employee nodded, though hardly actually listened. Whatever Uryu said, the person would simply write down. Making any problems would simply lead to more work. It was a quite simple process, and within minutes Uryu had his passport. Exiting from the tent, the entire crowd that had been at the front of the line looked in shock as Uryu held up the passport and grinned. "Good luck." And with that, he walked away to the sounds of angered yells.
