-Allows for user to gain certain abilities.
-Allows user to lift heavier things
Weaknesses:
-Can only be removed by cutting off the arm
-Cannot be transferred
-Effects are diminished in the sun.
-Tattoos can give off a bad impression of the user

Abilities:
Tough Guy:The user gains an extra 30% Strength just by having the tattoos.

Superbad: The user deals 20% extra damage when using spells that come from a weapon, ReQuip included.
