    Primary Magic: Thread magic
    Secondary Magic:
    Caster or Holder: Caster
    Description: Thread magic was taught to Miria when she was a little girl by a local seamstress in her village. This type of magic allows Miria to control thin, almost transparent threads at her will. The threads are shot out from her hands. She can control 30 at one time. If a thread is cut, it cannot be repaired and Miria has to create a new one to replace it. Because this type of magic is mostly used for defensive purposes, it works well as support to other casters. Also, this magic can be used for someone who wants to remain hidden, because the threads created are nearly transparent, and it is effective over long distances.
    Strengths:
    -Because they are nearly transparent, it makes them very difficult to see for the enemy.
    -The threads are very versatile and will form any shape or go anyplace the caster wants them to.
    -When combined, they become very difficult to break.
    Weaknesses:
    -The threads are very flammable, making it difficult to last against an opponent who uses fire magic.
    -The threads are quite thin, so individually they are very easy to break.
    -The number of threads that can be controlled at one time is limited to 30.
    -The threads only have a reach of about 500 feet. Anything beyond that won’t be reached by the threads.
    Abilities/Powers:
    -Ability to grab items or people.
    -Ability to block people by creating a net like wall.
    -Ability to group the threads into a single massive thread.

    Name: Spider’s net
    Rank: D
    Type: Defense
    Description: The spell is cast by the caster’s palms facing the area where they want the net to be. Then, thin threads shoot out and intertwine themselves until a net is formed. It is very difficult to see, because the threads are transparent, but there is a slight gleam. This spell can be used to create a wall, to keep someone away, or it can be used as a protective barrier around the caster.
    Strengths:
    -The net is practically transparent.
    -Because the threads intertwine, it is quite strong as a whole, but not impossible to break through.
    -Can be used in combination with other spells, because not all 30 threads are required. However, the less threads used means the net will be weaker.
    Weaknesses:
    -The threads are flammable, so anyone who sets fire to the net will destroy it automatically. This is especially dangerous if the caster uses the net as a barrier around him.
    Duration: 4 posts

    Name: Single hit
    Rank: D
    Type: Offense
    Description: This is a spell where all 30 threads are combined into one single, thicker thread. The threads are interlocked with one another, making it very strong. This spell delivers one single hit, kind of like a punch.
    Strengths:
    -This spell can be cast from a very far distance (500 feet).
    -The blow it delivers is very powerful, enough to break bones.
    Weaknesses:
    -This spell cannot be combined with another, as it requires all 30 threads.
    -This spell can only deliver one hit, so if it misses then you have to wait for next time.
    -The threads are easily destroyed by fire.
    -Is not very effective against an opponent who is moving very quickly and suddenly changing directions.

    Name: Spider’s prey

    Type: Offense
    Description: This is a spell in which the caster surrounds a prey, be it an object, animal or human with the thin transparent threads. This is very similar to the way a spider will spin a thread around its prey, to keep it prisoner.
    Strengths:
    -Once complete, the prison of threads will make it near impossible for the captive to move.
    Weaknesses:
    -Cannot be used in combination with other spells, as all 30 threads are required.
    -Threads are highly flammable.
    -The threads take a while to completely encapsulate the prey, so if they are quick about it, it's not that hard to escape before the prison is complete.
    Duration: 5 posts

    Name: Lasso thread

    Type: Defense
    Description: This is a spell in which a small amount of threads are combined into one. They are shot out of the caster’s hands at very fast speed towards either an object or a person. Then, depending on the objective, the thread can be used to pull the object or the person towards the caster or for the caster to pull themself towards the object. For example, if a caster is trying to escape, it can cast the lasso thread spell to attach the thread up a building, and pull himself up to that point.
    Strengths:
    -Because few threads are used, can be combined with other spells.
    -Because few threads are used, the thread is very transparent and difficult to spot.
    -The speed of the thread is very remarkable, making it difficult for someone to run away from its grasp.
    Weaknesses:
    -If the caster is trying to pull an object or a person towards him, the effectiveness of this will be dependent on the caster’s actual physical abilities. If the caster weighs 100 pounds and is trying to pull someone who weighs 200 pounds towards them, it will be extremely difficult.
    -The thread is very flammable.
    -Since it is relatively thin, it can be cut without much difficulty.
