Personality:
*Outside of Battle: Strawberry is a robot designed by Grim Heresy to be their housekeeper and servant. They made a complete success, except for the fact that they also made someone programmed to not only be a pure pacifist, but also be somewhat "human." Strawberry does indeed have emotions like a human, but only a simplified version of it. She can experience happiness, anger, and even to an extent more complex emotions like fear, pride, and loyalty. She can't however experience anything more than that, such as embarassment, envy, or even a simple emotion like sadness. Along with this Strawberry is naturally cheery and overly ecstatic, with her natural state being giddy and filled with glee. She has a bit of a shy side when it comes to her fears, but nothing more than that. She's also... A bit of an idiot despite being a robot. While most associate robots with hyperintelligence, she doesn't have anything of the sort and is quite the idiot when it comes to many aspects outside of cooking, cleaning, etc.
Off of emotions, her robotic side is a bit simpler than her emotional one. Her primary objective is to simply be a maid, nothing more and nothing less. She enjoys cooking and cleaning even though most loathe it, and she's programmed to excel at such things. The faults inside of her isn't what relate to her job as a maid, but instead as herself as a person. She, as mentioned before, does have a dummed down version of emotions, and can think on an AI level. She has opinions, a personality, and Strawberry isn't a simple servant as they intended her to be. On a different note she is a pure 100% pacifist and will never purposely harm someone else, and will even go as far as defying orders to fulfill this personal task. This is the next problem, as she is loyal to a fault, and can't defy any order whatsoever, except those that involve hurting others. She on a regular basis will listen to any Grim Heresy member, but will go so far as to not even listen to the Guild Master herself just to not harm someone.
This being said, Strawberry does have her quirks. She calls everyone in Grim Heresy by titles such as "Master," "Sir," "Lady," etc, even if they don't belong to a noble family, and despite her pacifistic nature she will never impede on another Grim's violence. She herself will not attempt to hurt others, however if a Grim is fighting someone her body physically will not allow her to interfere. Along with this, Strawberry has an unnatural desire to see the world, despite nothing inside her programming dictating her to desire such a goal. Along with this is the desire to become stronger, despite having no need for strength whatsoever. She is just a maid, after all. And the final quirk is that Strawberry is easily startled by things she doesn't know to be there, such as someone who sneaks up on her while she's washing dishes.

*Inside Battle:
Inside battle Strawberry will run like absolute hell. In all seriousness, Strawberry has made it her prime objective other than being a simple maid to avoid combat altogether... But in the rare (not so rare with how often she wants to go on jobs) occasion that she gets into a battle, she'll rely on others to fight for her or just go to the old-fashioned "run like hell" schtick. Works every time.

*Under Leaders:
Under a leader, Strawberry will abide by their every non-violence related whim. Anything they need within her power, she'll achieve. It actually gives Strawberry the weird sense of pseudo-depression when she's unable to provide for someone's needs, as her entire purpose was just to be a servant. If she can't fullfill her number one priority, how can she have any use in her guild?

*As a Leader:
As a leader, Strawberry will make it an objective to get everything they need done as efficient as possible. And in the case of being a leader in combat, as pacifistically as possible. She's a natural servant, so she's unfamiliar to the sense of command, but she can indeed get it done when necessary.

Likes:
*Cleaning: Strawberry was created with the intent of cleaning, and naturally enjoys such things

*Sightseeing: Strawberry loves seeing new places that she's never been to before, ranging from mountains to cities to anything of the sort

*Going on jobs: Going on jobs, especially jobs that require combat, is something Strawberry enjoys doing, simply because she can perform exciting tasks, while also proving that violence isn't always the way to go

*Helping people out: In general Strawberry loves helping people out, be it through any task that doesn't involve harming others. It's her nature to help anyone, regardless of their morals or values, or even guild relation.

*Cooking: Strawberry loves to experiment with food for others, and would willingly go the distance between countries simply to get a new recipe.

Dislikes:
*Violence: Her number one hatred, a loathe of Strawberry's, is violence. She is a 100% pacifist and hates when others are harmed, people fight, etc.

*Slobs: Despite her love for cleaning up messes, she can't stand those who make them. Sure, they may have a robo maid to assist them, but why can't they ever be considerate enough to just pick up after themselves? It's the person, not the mess.

*"Good vs Evil": Despite belonging to a dark guild, Strawberry doesn't like when people pin each other as good or evil, as it's all a matter of perspective. Each person has their own morals and motives for their actions. A dark guild member could be a saint while a legal member could be a murderous evil fiend.

*Depression: Strawberry can't sit by idly if someone is sad or depressed. She'll do her best to help their emotional state as much as possible.

*Attacking her: Strawberry has this "don't attack the messenger" mentality that no one is going to try to fight her ever in her life, and when they do... She gets quite pissed off. And runs like hell, but that's a different thing. It isn't even so much attacking HER that's the problem, it's attacking ANYTHING that poses no threat.

Motivations:
*Work: This may seem simple but this is an actual motivation of hers. She was programmed to be a maid, and that's her top priority above all else, so she always wants to have something to do.

*Seeing the world: Strawberry not only enjoys when she sightsees, but she wants to travel the world and see every city, country, etc. Even if just for 2 seconds each, she'd love to have the gratification of knowing that she got to see the world.

*Gaining Strength with Peace: This isn't as cliche as the "I live to get stronger" trope, as Strawberry doesn't want to gain power through just simply beating a bunch of enemies up. She wants to prove to the world that violence isn't necessary, and as such would like to become the highest rank possible without hurting anyone... At least on purpose. The accidental "you startled me" whack with a frying pan always happens here and there

*Master Chef: Strawberry takes huge pride in her cooking, and wants it to be world renown. As such, she will try her hardest and go to any cooking event she can, or cook for anyone, just to prove how amazing her cooking is.

Fears:
*Killing someone: This one goes without saying, a pacifist like Strawberry doesn't even want to harm someone, and the thought of killing them puts a knot in her nonexistant stomach

*Cooking failure: With her being so amazing at cooking, Strawberry physically forgot what it was like to fail, and doesn't ever want to experience that.

*Defiance: As a maid, and a robot designed to adhere to others' wills, Strawberry fears her own defiance. She never wants to defy an order simply because that'd sort of... Break her. The only sort of order that she can willingly defy are those that involve hurting people, which was programmed inside of her from the start

*Things inside of her: GET YOUR LENNY FACES OUT! By this I mean that Strawberry would have a breakdown mentally if something such as a bug or water were to get inside of her body. Not that it could do that much damage, but the thought of a disgusting roach messing with her circuits just makes her wanna vomit... If that were possible.

Appearance: For starters, she is made of an entire steel alloy, being a robot of course. Her hair is completely natural, and her eyes function as screens of sort, but if you were to punch her in the stomach, you'd likely break your hand. She appears to be a young woman in her 20s, with an average build and frame. She normally wears a maid's outfit, save for it being black it's green instead. Other than that, her outfit is generally the same every day (as she doesn't really require other clothes, no?) but on rare occasions, being very rare, she'd wear a casual pair of jeans and a tee for appearing more "normal" around others, such as being around other people that she has little to no experience with. However not even that thought crosses her mind much as she's strutting through the streets in her green dress with a white hem and white apron, topped with the bandanna of course.
