I Challenge You! [Guild Quest Battle vs. Zero] {Spectators Can Post}

Zero stood across from him at the Fairy Tail Guild's courtyard, they were in front of the guild, it was finally time. After months of training and perfecting his deck, Brennan would finally face her first opponent. Brennan clutched his precious deck in his hand, Zero stood parallel to him 10 meters away. It was time. "Hyah! I challenge you to a Guild Quest Battle, Zero!" Brennan yelled as he slammed his deck down on the air. A silver magic circle appeared under the deck, and it floated it the air, on top of the circle. Hopefully Zero would do the same, because Brennan drew six cards from the top of his deck and quickly grabbed one of them, slamming it down in front of him. A magic circle similar to the one holding up his deck appeared, and as soon as Zero placed down his, Brennan would let out a yell, "Hyah! Rise, my Magic!" As he said this, he turned over the card, it was their Guild Mate, Julius. A holographic Julius materialized a few feet in front of Brennan, ready to battle. "It's my turn first!" Brennan yelled, drawing a card from his deck and slamming a card down beside Julius, it was a Water Magic II. "Since I can't attack on the first turn, I end my turn!" Brennan yelled, clutching his cards and staring at Zero.

Zero stood across from Brennan in the courtyard ten meters away waiting for the start of their game.After finally reaping his savings and thinking over it, his deck was finally ready for its first performance."Its showtime.", Zero thought as he pulled out his deck."Lets Rock and Roll! I challenge you to a Guild Quest Battle, Brennan!", Zero exclaimed as he tossed his deck up where it landed on top of a light blue magic circle to his right.Zero drew his six cards and spotting one he grabbed it and placed it face down.As soon as they both placed down their first card Zero exclaimed,"Let's make this showy, my Magic!",Zero said as he turned over his first card; their guild master Heero. A holographic Heero materialized a few feet in front of Zero anxious to fight.Zero watched as Brennan revealed their guild mate Julius,draw his first card and brought out a Water Magic 2. "Alright let's get this show on the road, Draw!", Zero exclaimed as he quickly drew a card and added to his hand.Zero smirked."I'll shake things up by bringing out an Earth Magic II and having Heero attack Julius", Zero said as his earth magic materialized as a brown circle beside him and Heero prepared to attack.

Actions Taken:

Zero played Heero, then an Earth Magic II and attacking Julius. There was nothing Brennan could do, so he just grimaced as Julius took the blow, disintegrating. "Damn!" Brennan yelled as he grabbed the card and tossed it to the side, where it was caught by a silver magic circle. "Well, it's my turn now!" He yelled, drawing a card and smirking. Aww, yeah! He thought. "Alright Zero! You may have taken out my Julius, but I've got more tricks up my sleeve! I'll destroy you with my Fire Magic IV! Hyah!" He yelled as he slammed a Fire Magic IV Card on the field, a cluster of magic circles appearing on Brennan's side of of the field. "Time to feel my wrath, Zero!" Brennan yelled as a burst of flames shot out of the cluster of red magic circles, straight for Heero.

Actions Taken:

Zero watched as Brennan turned up the heat with a Fire Magic IV card.With nothing he could do, Zero waved bye to Heero as he got incinerated."Looks like our big wig burned out early.", Zero said as he picked up the card and tossed it to his left where it went into a white magic circle."The show must go on though so, I Draw!", Zero exclaimed as he drew his next card with a spin and added it to his hand."As the saying goes, fight fire with fire, so I play my own Fire Magic IV!", Zero said as he placed the card in front of him. Four red magic circles materialized in front of him lying face down. "Heads up, this one is going for your Fire Magic IV!", Zero said as a big Fireball emerged on top of the 4 red circles.Zero ran back then with a running start kicked the fireball towards the 4 red circles on Brennan's side of the field.

"Damnit, my card!" Brennan tossed his Fire Magic IV to the graveyard and frowned, "Well, I'm not done yet, so I draw!" Brennan dramatically swept a card from the top of his deck, Perfect. "You gonna try to wipe out my cards, huh, buddy? Well good luck with that now!" Brennan yelled as he tree a card down onto the field. "Go Brennan! I mean err… go me!" A mirror image of Brennan appeared on the field in a fighting stance. "And I'm not done yet!" Brennan yelled as he punched the air. "Go! Water Magic II! If you're gonna fight fire with fire, I'll just put out your fire!" He yelled as an orb of water appeared on the magic circle. He jumped in the air and kicked it towards the Fire Magic IV, and though and II card versus a IV card would normally be a bad idea, Brennan had the elemental advantage here, there was nothing Zero could do, unless he had a crazy trick up his sleeve.

Zero watched as his fire spell was drenched in water. "Intresting, haven't seen your card, let's hope you can add to the show.", Zero said to Brennan as he picked up the fire card and tossed it to the side where it went into a white magic circle."Water you do gonna next Zero? Well my dear audience I'm gonna Draw!", Zero said to himself as he quickly drew a card and placed it in his hand."Hmm, for now let's set the stage with another Earth Magic 2 Card", Zero said as he placed another Earth card down in front of him. Two brown circles appeared in front of him. " Hope the audience laughs with mirth, as I hit you(Brennan card) with my first Earth Card", Zero said as a tremor moved towards the Brennan Card.

"Hah!" Brennan laughed as an earthquake approached his Brennan card. "You won't be getting rid of me that easily!" He yelled with a smirk, "Yah wanna know why? Well that's because my Brennan card can sacrifice one of it's attacks in order to nullify an attack, and that's exactly what I'm doing!" As he said that, the Brennan on the field burst into flames, which quickly separated from his body and flew towards the tremor that approached him. Suddenly, both the flames and the tremor ceased, and Brennan grinned. "Perfecto. It is now time for me to draw." He stated as he drew a card from his floating deck and frowned, Damn. "Alright, Zero! I think it's about time for me to pull out all the stops!" He yelled as he slammed down a card, which was stopped by a magic circle. It was their guild mate, Ultra Magnus. "Now, since Ultra's on the field, Brennan gets a times two attack bonus!" As he said this, Brennan was surrounded by a silver aura. "And to wrap up my turn, I'll be attacking your Earth Magic II with my Ultra Magnus." He pointed towards Ultra, who threw a fireball at the Earth Magic II that had not yet attacked.

A strong wind would appear across the place as a certain spirit was around; watching over the guild today, Mura had decided to go spirit form and soar around the guild as a careless ghost, alongside his samurai companion Kyuken. He enjoyed the calm, until he suddenly spotted his two guildmates, clashing over some card game. It was no ordinary card game, though; with the floating magic circles and amazing outcomes, they seemed to be dueling with more than just a game of cards. Having nothing else to do, really, he slowly obtained presence in the middle of the battlefield, a few meters away from the happening. His contour would be faint and waving, indicating his appearance between the living and the dead. With such a sudden arrival, he would greet them with the plain words: “Sup.”
