Primary Magic: The Angel Hidden In The Blood

Description: The Angel hidden in the blood is a water and darkness based magic. It is an offensive magic, a powerful one capable of incapacitating an enemy quite easily. This magic has been called evil, and many fear it's power. This magic allows the user to control their blood as well as the blood of an enemy. Chiyo discovered it one day when she cut herself on a rock and to her astonishment found her blood moving at her command.
Chiyo uses it to strike at the very heart of enemy ranks, causing mass panic amoung them. She uses it to sow chaos so that her allies can more easily take the enemy out. She sows chaos by targeting multiple enemies with bullets made of her own blood.
Strengths:
-stunning (in a way)
-sowing chaos
-immobilizing an enemy
Weaknesses:
-takes large amounts of magical energy.
-requires full attention of the user,leaving them vulnerable while using it
-if used too often can create physical stress for the user.
-may temporarily blind the user if too much magical energy is poured into it.

Unique Abilities:
-The first unique ability this magic provides is known as Bloodwings, giving the user wings made of black blood, which are about 15 feet in wingspan. These wings allow flight, but are not an offensive ability.
-the second unique ability allowed by this magic is the ability to control one's own blood. The user controls their own blood only after it has been spilled, however.
-the third ua is the need for far less bood than any normal human. Chiyo can use her own blood as a weapon only due to the fact that she dosen't actually even need blood.

Description: This technique allows the user to control the very blood running through another person's veins, causing immobilization and physical pain paralyzes the target for a single post. This spell is instant . once the target has been locked it is very hard to fight off the user's will, who by that point may very well be controlling the target's body like a puppet.
Strengths:
-immobilzing the target
-controlling the target's body
Weaknesses:
-the user is also rendered nearly immobile, as it requires much attention
-takes a great deal of energy
-can cause the user pain as well if they are not fully concentrated

Description: A huge bust of energy is required for this spell. This spell creates a pair of beings of water, that charge and destroy everything in their path, with a range of 15 meters at d rank.

-destroying large targets
- +25% damage against fire wizards

Description: This spell allows the user to drain some blood from an enemy to use as a weapon, which normally takes the form of a bullet. The bullet moves at speeds of 25m/s and has a range of 15 Meters
Strengths:

-Dealing damage to a muliple enemies from a long range
Weaknesses:
-close range range combat
-takes a great deal of energy
-can be redirected back at user
