Upon first meeting Grace, one would assume that she is something of a ditz. She is chatty, scatter brained, and her home is completely unorganized with all of the papers and reports she has to write about her adventures extraneous to the guild's purview. More often than not, she is off in her own little world, seemingly without regard for the circumstances at hand, and often finds herself in a pickle when she wanders off without paying attention to what direction she is walking. She is a little bit of a flirt, and will occasionally make remarks to some of her coworkers and friends that make them groan or blush, depending on their outlook on life; but, generally, she it more focused on blabbing about other topics to make use of this. Underneath the aesthetic of being a stereotypical airhead, however, is an absolutely brilliant and curious soul. A closer listen to her babbles reveals a highly attentive researcher and explorer, able to remember the most minute details of her experiences traveling abroad and at home. Her reports on several regions and artifacts are some of the most accurate there are, and multiple times she has been cited in the works of prestigious scholars and cartographers. When she isn't writing reports, reading books, or being a total geek, it's quite easy to get her talking about any number of things...talking being the main word. She can talk, and talk, and talk for hours on end if you let her, but it's always colorful and so full of images that it probably wouldn't hurt too much to sit and listen.
A lot of her personality is an act; friends and co-workers alike soon realize that she is one of the most hard working people in Fiore, as well as one with a large heart for kids. Anytime she returns from one of her adventures, she spends time in slums and ghettos telling stories to children about all the wonderful aspects of the dungeons she's been to; she donates food and supplies not used in her expeditions to families that need it, and she has opened her home up on numerous occasions to children roaming the streets at night. Although the hustle and bustle of the cities attract the masses of their citizenry every night, she prefers to be at home and keep herself busy. She falls asleep at her desk many nights working on her reports, often mid sentence; occasionally, if she is experiencing writers block, or having trouble concentrating on a certain paper, she will wander about at night to the heart of the town. She might watch a theatre production, or find a music club to sit and listen while she thinks, but she makes an effort to avoid the shadier parts of town.
In battle, Grace is highly analytical, but she generally tries to stay out of any direct harm that could be brought on her. Her magic and fighting style are designed to draw an opponent out and see what they can do while attempting to ensure her safety. Although not cocky, she will try to goad an opponent into situations they may be unprepared for and then take advantage of it. As a leader, Gracie is highly unorganized and go-with-the-flow; she is hardly ever prepared for things ahead of time due to her almost obsessive writing, and it shows when it comes time for jobs and the like.

- Reading- One of her favorite pastimes, Grace loves to find out new things in the sea of information that she makes her home in most of the time.
- Writing- Her other favorite activity; she can't stand having so many thoughts and observations taking up space in her head for very long, so she's always jotting down notes and drawing diagrams, even if she can't sit down and write a full blown report of her last adventure.
