Jade gently leaned against the wall in an empty part of the guild hall. She was in her normal revealing attire and had a sort of bored look on her face but her eyes were more excited. She was going to do something today that she had been longing to do for a long time now. She thought about the boy from a few days ago "Ahote was his name..." she thought to herself as she looked at the ground. She also was caught up on something that had happened between her and Heero the other day, the two had met in private without anyone knowing and spoke to each other. The conversation made her think of things. She had wrote a letter to Ahote, summoning him to the empty room so that they could have some private time together. A bit of bonding time if you would. Jade did not like to create relationships with people but something about this boy intrigued her enough to try and get to know him like she took a chance with Famine and even Sol. She was a tough nut to crack though but she did give people a chance at times. Jade sighed as she looked around "Where is that boy..." she muttered as she looked around the empty and quiet room. | ◀ MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS |

In the halls of the Basilisk Fang Guild, Ahote often found himself lost in it's corridors. It seemed to be much more complex than the Fairy Tail guild hall, which was spacious and simple. But he was often found near his designated quarters or the infirmary, seeing as it was the place he enjoyed being at the most. It was where he met everyone he knew in this area. He had only been here for a few days, and it certainly was a rushed experience, and the fact he found it hard to adapt to his surroundings when he kept getting lost.
But it was earlier this day that he received a letter from the pretty blue-eyed girl, whom he met when he woke up in the infirmary. If anything, he felt the most comfort, besides Famine, around her. The people he met weren't nearly as intimidating as his friends and family back in Magnolia told him they were. If anything, they were just as charming as any other person. He couldn't point one bad thing that they had done to him ever since his arrival, and it would be rude to judge them base on what he has been told. But even so, he kept a distance from everyone. His shy and quiet nature overthrowing his others, uncomfortable and comfortable both unbalanced in every situation.
But, as the letter suggested, he was summoned to an unfamiliar room in the halls, where they were supposed to meet. He wasn't surprised by this, his frightfulness had grown dull ever since the night Famine took him to this... fortress? He wasn't exactly sure what it was. But, he arrived to the empty room entrance, and opened the door.
...
Creeaak....
The door squeaked open with an unsettling, cracking sound, and peered in the head of Ahote. "H-Hello?"

Jade's eyes would peer at the door a bit as she saw the figure at the door. A wide smile appeared on her face as she took a step towards the boy "Hey there!" she said with a big smile "I assume you got the letter I sent you?" she asked as she approached him and gently took him by his hand, trying to lead him inside. If the boy didn't follow her she would let go on the hand and keep walking inside. She gently sat down on the floor and rested her eyes for a few seconds and sighed before standing up "You're name was Ahote right?" she said through her closed eyes. She was trying to channel her ability to sense magical power so she could see how strong the boy was. This always intrigued her and she opened her eyes with a smile. She stood up and faced away from Ahote "You're probably wondering why I called you here Ahote." she smiled as she swerved her body around to face the young boy "I wanted to spend some time you. Some private time away from master Famine." she said with a smile as she leaned on the wall "We can play some games or we can just talk its up to you. We could do both if you would prefer." she chuckled a bit. She was ready for anything the kid threw at her. Ahote listened to the older woman with innocent eyes and childlike wonder hiding behind them, what did she have in store for him? Ahote couldn't wait to find out, but couldn't help but feel nervous. He had only talked with her once, and that was more of a one-sided conversation than anything, and was eager to return in the exchange of words.
She greeted him with a warming smile, inquiring if he had received the letter. Ahote smiled back, taking her hand and let himself be guided into the empty room. "Uh huh! But... I got lost on my way here..." He sulked, grinding his shoe on the ground disappointingly. But it was soon after he was led inside that she sat down, and quickly rose up. Ahote tilted his head, not sure what to say until words rolled off her tongue as sweet as honey.
He nodded again, confirming his name. Her hand slipped away from his and turned away from Ahote, back facing him. She continued to speak, but mentioned only their business here. He never actually caught her name, and was most curious to discover it before anything else.
"I know a lot of games we could play together! Hide'n'seek, Cops and Robbers, tag... oh! Let's do tag! I found a bunch of secret rooms in the fort, and tight places I can fit in! It's sooo cool! Oh, but... what's your name?" He blushed lightly, embarrassed that he had begun talking so much.

Jade snickered a little at the fact that the boy got lost trying to find her, she had to admits he was kind of cute for being 8 years younger than her. She felt calm around the boy and she took the initiative to go over the the small child and place her hand on his head, squatting down and giving him a smile "Don't be so nervous around me dear, I mean you and me are the only children around here." she had a kind tone to her voice as she reassured him that everything was fine. It was true that her and Ahote were the only two children inside of guild so they had to stick together and entertain each other somehow. Because of this she felt like it was her job to make sure that Ahote liked his new home and that he would stay for a while because she liked his company. He laughed to herself that he was going on and on about games and what he liked to play "Oh so he does speak more than a few words at a time?" she gave him a friendly laugh and shook her head. She nodded her head strongly and walked up to Ahote with a new look in her eye "Tag Eh?" She hadn't played a game of tag since she was in her own world with her little brother Asbel. Ahote reminded her a lot of Asbel so it felt like she was closer to home when he was around. She walked to his side and bent down "The names Jade." she said softly as she kissed him gently on the cheek before pulling away " And you're it." she whispered into his eyes as she hopped back and turned into a shadow while she was in the air, disappearing from the room entirely. She found herself in a tiny corner of the hallway right outside of the room and hid herself inside of the shadows. She wasn't entirely invisible but she was hard to find. She was using this as a way to test the boy and see how his skills were. She was excited and happy for the first time in forever. | ◀ MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS |

Ahote couldn't help but smile to the warming and welcoming treatment he had received from Jade in such little time, he had been feeling very comfortable in this fort lately. Not because of his eerie corridors that never seemed to be well lit, or the many rooms were always locked, or possibly the storming and blizzards that never end, but the gentle smiles of the snakes. Ahote didn't know what Basilisk Fang was. Maybe it was a club? He could only assume it was a guild, seeing it was the same procedure he went through when getting his Fairy Tail crest on his body.
Regardless, as his cheeks would flush a rosy pink when the older girl kissed his cheek and disappeared, it fueled his determination to find her.
Ahote giggled and first searched the room, and although wasn't the most conscious boy, he certainly did just everywhere he could inside that room, though it was essentially empty. With that, he scanned it one last time before exiting and closing the door behind him, given the option of left or right down one corridor. It was rather creepy, even at day time. There were little windows in the fortress, and although discomforting, he found closure in always taking his stuffed animals with him down the hallways.
Ahote looked side to side, left to right, but no one appeared to be there. His brows furrowed and his lips puckered slightly, denying that no one was here. I mean, she had to be there somewhere, right? Or what Ahote believed, and so he searched. He first checked the dead ends of the hallway, though a bit menaced by it's darkness, leaning over to peek into it's darkness. "Jade?... Hello?"
He chose to search here first completely by logic and instinct, but wasn't the sharpest of the knives. Figuring that there was no girl to be here, he giggled and turned away and began to power walk the opposite direction. "Jaaaaade? I'm coming for you! Jade?" He yelled down the hallways as he essentially walked farther and farther away.
