Miyuki: While not looking like the active sort; Miyuki enjoys playing sports, hunting, fighting, and playing chess. Miyuki doesn't find comfort in studying men, though she has a strong desire to be a mother. Her maternal instinct is more active around young children, below the age of 6; and when her younger brother, Kaede gets injured. While she isn't all that good at chess, she still plays to honor her father who was infatuated with the game. As for sports, Miyuki prefers ones that allow her to work with teams to accomplish a goal. As a more passive enjoyment, Miyuki loves listening to her brother's music; though often times toys with his mind by saying he was out of tune even though he wasn't. Miyuki is a strong willed girl who'll stand up for everything she believes in, or die trying. She's the first to enter battle, and makes damn well sure that she's the last to walk off the field; right behind the rest of her team. While she does look sweet, innocent, and shy; Miyuki's quite sociable and is the more outgoing of the siblings.
Kaede: Preferring the shade of a nice tree over the blazing pain of sunlight, Kaede is a passive sort who watches over Miyuki constantly. He detests having to fight, but so long as the beast that killed his youngest brother still survives; Kaede will never stop getting stronger. Unlike Miyuki, he prefers to train in private rather than asking random people to brawl with him. He doesn't like running about, or getting sweaty. He finds hunting to be a bit savage, but acknowledges his sister's talent for it has saved them numerous times. Kaede does enjoy playing music, and knows how to play flute, violin, and leaf whistle quite well. He enjoys playing whether or not he has an audience, and even sometimes prefers playing alone. He isn't too keen on talking to strangers, and is always to one to calm his older sister down when she's about to pick a fight with someone she'd never win against. 

In Combat:

Miyuki: Full on assault! Miyuki charges the front lines with her two blades, displaying amazing swordsmanship as well as raw strength. Her speed and ferocity in battle is the stuff of legends, and her ability to disobey orders not given by Kaede is her infamy. Miyuki, being headstrong and over confident rarely considers the opinions of others as valid. She refuses to be a leader, but she also refuses to follow. However, if her brother Kaede tells her to do something, she puts her absolute faith in that being the proper course of action to take, and will happily follow his lead.

Kaede: Strengthen the Lines! Kaede is a defensive sort, using a shield and never a blade. Knowing his sister, he charges the front lines alongside her, switching out to block attacks when Miyuki calls for it. He has an amazing ability to psychoanalyze the entire battlefield without taking his mind off the immediate situation. For this very reason, he stomps his sister at chess every time. For this reason he's also ideal to be a leader, although he'd much rather be second in command; or even third. His humble attitude prevents him for usurping power for his own gains, and makes him prefer being more of an adviser than anything.
