Ticket Cost - First Ticket is 50 Jewel, 2,500 for each ticket after

Maximum Tickets - 11 Per IP
- Tickets may only be bought on 1 account, if using multiple accounts to purchase them you must list the accounts on 1 post.
- Tickets may be purchased for another player, but that player cannot have more than 11 tickets.
- Tickets may be purchased with guild funds, with a maximum of 33 tickets and must be distributed to specified members of that guild. These guild members cannot have more than 11 tickets. Those receiving tickets must be specified when the tickets are bought.
