Personality: Shizuki-san is a pretty recluse lad. Rather than roaming around outdoors making friends and going on adventures, he would rather stay down in his basement working on his research. Ever since he was small, Shizuki-san has had a fascination with poison. In animals or man-made, just the thought of poison made Shizuki-san's mind race with wonder. This caused a lot of his childhood to be filled with bullies and strange looks, leading him to a path of loneliness. After several years of researching poisons and learning about how to create and concoct poisonous brews, Yuri learned of the Illusive Arts of Toxic Magic. Yearning to learn more, Shizuki-san ran away from his home in search of a master to teach him how to perform Poison Magic. Eventually, after a year of searching in the underground markets, a man by the name of Groder, also known as the Sludge Mage, took Yuri under his wing and decided to show him the ways of sludge and all poison-like magics. At 18, Shizuki-san was a fully fledged mage and now being an adult, took his earnings and opened a potion shop to sell his own concoctions, but the shop was rarely open due to his reclusiveness. But, although his past seems dark and sad, he still smiles with the rest of them and never misses an opportunity to crack a joke.
In battle, he tries to keep to the shadows. Usually waiting for the best times to strike, he churns his poison magic to highly toxic levels, leading to very devastating blows. Since Shizuki-san is very skilled in the art of potion making, he keeps a couple bottles of all kinds of mixes on hand for whenever the time comes that he would need them. Shizuki-san is also very fond of blades and always keeps his trusty Bowie knife in hand when its time for some close combat. His fury and speed with his blade can be very devastating to his opponents, but also affects Yuri's body to a very high degree. Shizuki-san's body is not the strongest due to his many experiments on himself with various types of poisons, but he makes up for it with his quick thinking and his great speed. With or without a leader, Shizuki-san can usually make it through a difficult fight. Though he may seem pretty agile on the field, he has a bad case of scopophobia, which can typically put him into dangerous positions. Still, he will fight his fears when it comes to saving someone he holds dear to his heart. Shizuki-san tries his best to stay out of the front line and keeping the more flashy people in charge, so he can slip his way through the shadows and make the killing blow on the target that matters. Even though Shizuki-san tries his best to sneak around alone, he has no problem working with others, in fact, he feels like it's important to show his friends that he has their back and to know that they have his.
Likes:
1. He has a love for pickles and anything that is pickled. Vinegar is the drink of champions!
2. He loves anything poison related. His infatuation comes from his childhood, seeing how people only saw the bad in poison, he wanted to show everyone the good it can do. ( what little good it can :P)
3. He's a big fan of lab coats. Since he is always in his basement/lab, wearing a lab coat has become second nature to him.
Dislikes:
1. He cannot stand shoes. Feeling the floor with his bare feet make Shizuki-san feel more agile and in-tune with the battles at hand.
2. Sweets. Shizuki-san doesn't care to much for sweet. Not really sure why.
3. Yuri isn't a fan of strangers. He worries that they will be scared of his magic.
Motivations:
1. Knowledge above all. He strives to learn more about the things he enjoys.
2. Victory is important to Yuri. He hates losing. A lot.
3. Making sure his friends are ok is a huge motivation for Shizuki-san to push harder and strive further.
Fears:
1. Scopophobia. Shizuki-san has a small fear of eye contact.
2. Losing all of his work. Due to his "dangerous' work, he fears losing his research to unruly people.
3. His friends dying. Death is something Shizuki-san fears for everyone but himself.

Appearance: Shizuki-san sports a white lab coat that goes down just above his knees. Under his lab coat, is a white and black striped collar shirt with a black tie around his neck, loosely hanging. His pants are a black shade and loosely fit, held up by a brown belt with several hooks for potions to hang on. The bottom of his pants are torn slightly due to his lack of shoes. Along with his messy swamp green hair, he has darker green sideburns.
