    Shorty, Twerp & Legacy

    Human

    Age:
    Mentally Fifteen | Actuality Unknown

    Birthday:
    January 1st

    Moon Sign:
    Aquarius

    Sexuality:
    Bicurious

    Special Characteristics:

    - This is a very rare and strange ability, mainly because its unheard of, though, Atlas has the capability to see magical power in the form of particle-like birds. They come in multiple colours depending on their element, though, the most commonly seen one is the white particles which are the substance of magical energy itself. It is hinted in his past, that Iskander mainly rescued him when he was a toddler, because of this ability alone — fearful that he may have been used for much worser things than a blood bag.

    Personality:

Atlas has a kind and cheerful personality, and as such he is easily able to make friends. He cherishes friends a lot since he's never really had friends except for his mentor — Iskander, whom he considered as a sort of older brother figure. Because the percentage of individuals he encounters are almost always older than him, Atlas is always determined to become stronger. Not because he wants to prove himself, but rather, he wants to be able to protect those around him. If any of his friends were in danger, he would always jump in to protect them, even if it meant risking his own life. The safety of those that he genuinely cares about is his number one priority. In-fact, it was often mentioned to the monks that him and Iskander visited, that he overworked himself to the point of physically harming his body, regardless if he didn't even know the person.

He's greatly naive about the world as he spent most of his time in the middle of a forest in a tiny cottage. If you asked him about the most well-known guild throughout Fiore, it's likely he would have no clue what you are talking about. However, he is rather wise for his age, able to offer advice to others and providing remarkable insight at various points of time. Atlas never seems condescending when criticizing others, and offers his opinions and thoughts in a matter-of-fact manner. He also has a calm temperament, even able to stay level-headed in dangerous or dire situations to think up strategic plans and solutions. Even though Iskander has taught him more than the regular fifteen year old should know, he has always been more than eager to learn about new things, showing a great enthusiasm for it at often times.

He has never been shown to be someone who is greedy. Which was surprising to those when they first met the kid, especially since he was raised by Iskander — a man whom lied to get out trouble and was especially greedy when it came to food. Though compared to his mentor, he'd give up anything, more accurately money, if he felt that he didn't need it. If Atlas won some sort of prize he'd probably end up giving it to an elderly woman or younger child. In other words, he feels extremely at bliss when he makes others happy, wether it be in the form of giving away expensive items or lots of money. Despite all this, however, he is quite perverted for his age as he likes to grope women with "large, soft breasts" and according to Iskander, has "manly interests." Though he somehow manages to get away with this sort of act as he's "basically" a child, and is often adored by many older woman.

Atlas also has a tendency to eat food that isn't his. It's not like her purposefully does it with the intention of stealing or provoking others, rather, its a habit that he picked up while living with his mentor. When he was first brought to Iskander's place, he ended up invading the cupboards while he was gone, and literally eating everything. Additionally, despite his bright and kind demeanour, Atlas harbours a very deep loneliness as he feels different from everyone else at most times. This may be because he thinks that he has no father or mother, or the fact that Iskander, his only family, ended disappearing one-day; seemingly off the face of the planet. Aside those matters though, he has always felt that way even when he was practically isolated from the rest of the world.

Regarding battle, Atlas is smart and calculated, often always remaining calm despite how dire the situation may be. He often pushes himself to hard, and ends up physically harming himself, or tossing himself into battles that may be to much for him to handle. Although at the moment he is just a kid, and wouldn't really grasp the attention of someone who would be a leader. Atlas is more or less solo, though, the few friends he does have seem to be enticed by his righteous and peaceful aspects on the world, no matter how naive he may be. It would be smart to say that he is both a leader and a follower at heart.

    Likes:

Napping - its an escape from reality. He finds the most peculiar of places and somehow ends up napping there. It could be a barrel full of fruit - for some reason he tends to sleep in very cramped places which is rather.. odd to most, but to him he finds very comfortable.

Free Food - nothing is better than dining on a load of delicious food without worrying about the pay later on, or at least, being chased around for "accidentally" eating someone else's meal. He also seems to have a liking towards chicken more than he does with candy itself. Cake is fine once and awhile, but if he could live just eating one singular piece of food for the rest of his life, it would probably be meat.

Making Others Happy - as mentioned in his personality, he enjoys making even strangers at bliss, often handing off or giving away things that could be considered valuable treasures, though to him, is something he just doesn't need. Or it could be perhaps cheering others up with encouraging words and advice, which he is often good at doing. Other than that, it gains a certain sort of satisfaction from making others smile.

    Dislikes:

Violence & Confrontation - he enjoys having fun, and this to him, is the complete opposite. Atlas avoids violence like its the plague, unless someone is in trouble or needs his help, other than that he won't openly try to start some sort of fight if it isn't necessary in the first place. He wants to one-day stop any sort of conflict that is happening in Fiore, mainly with dark and legal guilds, and hopefully be a symbol of peace to those trapped in dark times.

Insects - a rather silly disliking, but, the young boy always cringes at the sight of any bug, no matter how harmless or beautiful they may be. There is no reason as to why he dislikes these certain beings - it came naturally to him ever since he was born - like growing a strong disliking towards a certain type of food. Even while seated in a beautiful field, totally at peace, if a butterfly gentle flutters by his line of sight, all tranquillity felt before, will instantly vanish.

Hard Work - anything difficult or boring he will instantly avoid. Atlas doesn't enjoy stressing over work, especially if its quite the endeavour, even for him. Most of the time he will sit off to the side and be lazy, even if you ask him. Sometimes all it takes is a little bit of yelling to get him off his butt and do what he doesn't want to do the most. But, even in the end, you'll come back to the job not done and that troublesome kid missing.

    Motivations:

Finding Family - he grew up remembering bits and pieces of his child-hood, though, the remainder of it had been with Iskander whom he knew was definitely not his father. As his mentor was rather honest with the boy. He wants to meet his father and mother, no matter how terrible they may be. Even if they're no longer alive, he wants to know about them rather than knowing nothing at all.

Making Peace - Atlas does not expect war to ever stop. Humans, will always try to force their opinions onto each-other - meaning religion, or sometimes the need for more land. But, he does what he can to at least bring about peace to dreadful situations. Like a light in the cavern of darkness, lost and alone, he will guide you to safety like a seeming angel. Despite being naive, he has a way with his words to make people put down their weapons and just go home.

Iskander - the closest person to him, and the one who randomly disappeared. Not a single note, no trace of him anywhere. It's almost like he vanished into the air. Atlas searched everywhere for him, though in the end, was forced to go and live with Jaeger, someone else he considered as an older brother and close-friend. Though, he still is motivated to find his mentor, in the hopes that he is still alive and hopefully safe.

    Fears:

Betrayal - Perhaps one of Atlas' biggest fears. Although he has not experienced it just yet, he worries that one-day his friends will no longer like him. That he'll be abandoned and hated on, forcing him to do nothing but sit back and watch as they leave. Iskander had warned him that the outside world was not as friendly as he anticipated it to be, though, despite him acting like naive child on a regular basis, he almost always takes this warning into consideration - often stressing about it.

Death - the thought of dying of course frightens him. It is hinted that he is actually older than he thinks he is, but, because of his mental state still being a twelve year old boy, if he were to die now, he would definitely feel like he had not accomplished much in his life. That he had not made enough people happy, and that he hadn't found his parents or at least learned who they were. So of course dying right now scares the hell out of him.

Coulrophobia - another silly fear. He is not very comfortable around those who dress up as clowns - evil looking or not. Ever since he was seven years old he has rather come to fear them than to dislike them. Its not that he pictures them as some evil looking being - they just don't settle very well with him. There is also no reason as to how this fear sprouted into his very being.
