    Clover Town, 4:59 P.M.
Interior of the Guild Master's Hall

Stark silence fills the hallowed halls where the Legal Guildmasters of Fiore convene.
Preparations for the event have been completed.
Seven banners hung ornately over marble pillars.
At the far right, hung the light green banner dedicated to Lamia Scale.
    - The seat of Lamia Scale's power is depicted as a swirling mass of water and emerald crystals molded to the form of a throne.

At the far left hung the mustard brown banner dedicated to Sabertooth.
    - The seat of Sabertooth's power is depicted as a towering slab of obsidian cut in the elegant form of a throne, with shards of onyx dotted around it.

Next to Lamia Scale's banner is the deep blue tapestry dedicated to Blue Pegasus.
    - The seat of Blue Pegasus' power is depicted as a gilded throne made entirely of sapphire that splays out at the ends with amethyst tendrils that resemble their fabled wings.

Aside Sabertooth's banner is the newly reformed legal guild known as Black Rose.
    - The seat of Black Rose's power is a stark white throne made of incandescent pearls to exemplify their values on anonymity and balance.

The adjacent banner to the middle, on the left, belonged to another new legal guild. Infinity Hydra.
    - The seat of Infinity Hydra's power is depicted as the fearsome maw of the many-headed Hydra - emblazoned in fiery ruby crystals.

The adjancent banner to the middle, on the right, belonged to the legal guild that was the most stepped in history. Fairy Tail.
    - The Fairy Guild's seat of power is depicted as a simple hollowed out tree-trunk with strands of grass billowing in a unfelt breeze. However, it is accessorized with twinkling orange quartz crystals suspended in the air.

The final chair - the one in the middle - belonged to the representative sent from the Magic Council. The moderator, a member of the Rune Knights.
    - The Rune Knight's seat is a simple wooden chair laced and studded with striking diamond gemstones.

    The clock strikes 5 P.M.!
    It is time.
The magic seals on the entrance hall doors dismiss themselves. The doors are unlocked.

Post by Ardere Kasai 16th February 2016, 10:04 pm

    I am the fire
    I am burning brighter
    Roaring like a storm
And I am the one I've been waiting for
    Screaming like a siren
    Alive and burning brighter

Standing in the room outside of the main hall, was Ardere Kasai. Donning his red and gold samurai armor, the mage tapped his foot slightly against the ground. It was almost time for the meeting to start, as the guild masters and their guests gathered around. Entering the grand room, he noticed the seven large chairs almost like thrones. Each seat was for a guild master of a legal guild, and next to them would be where the guests stood. Hmm. Observing each individual throne, they seemed to represent the guilds in some manner. The Infinity Hydra seat was next to the center one, resembling that of a head with fiery rubies embedded into it. It was a rather beautiful seat, one he found fitting for the guild. It was not yet time for the guild masters to convene, but he took a gander about the room. Running his fingers along the seat, he stood by it until the masters found themselves in the room as well. He was waiting on his two guests in particular, Deniel and Alye. The two mages should have been right behind him, or at least arriving soon. He chose his strongest ally and most experienced Ace to accompany him, as they were the two he found most fitting. He also knew them to be more professional than many of his other members, less likely to burst out of term.

Tightening his gloves, the guild master exhaled deeply. Keeping Clarent by his side, he did not enjoy staying away from it. While it was a peaceful meeting of masters, a Samurai he felt strange without his blade near, almost like a security measure. The other masters were well aware of his beliefs, and likely would not question it. For the most part, he was friendly with the other guild masters. He had never met the Black Rose master, but he was well acquainted with several of their members, especially Elyx. As for Fairy Tail, his relationship with the blue haired slayer was quite obvious. Hikari was one of his oldest friends, and the co-leader of their alliance, making matters much easier in terms of communication. The other masters he had seen, but not been the best of friends with. Perhaps here was the place to make new allies. But he had certainly gone with his most intimidating outfit, combining the armor and his massive cloak. Clutching the sheathed blade tight, he looked towards the entrance. There was a gathering of men and women from across the country, most he was well aware of. Hopefully they could come to some sort of compromise about the problems in the country, but Ardere had a voice of his own and he was prepared to use it. Let's get this show on the road. He had quite the feeling that Heero would make a grand entrance in this meeting, and that was something he was prepared for. He had only arrived early due to an old habit of his, something that was sure to make this meeting interesting. But first, they had to assemble.

Post by Kakuma Blackflower 17th February 2016, 6:08 am

Kakuma didn't like the idea of a Guild masters meeting, it sounded like Dark Guild bait and she would treat it as such. She had arrived with two full regiments of Platoon of troops, one being Black Rose Special Tactics Group and the other being a Platoon of Black Rose Guard. This also served as a show of force, to show that Black Rose would not be bullied. She had already talked with the guild master of Saber tooth and had made a alliance with them, though she was unsure if it would stand here in front of the rest of the guilds. But Kakuma didn't believe that Hikari would go back on what was said, she seemed very honorable. Then there was Zack, she had talked about him in the past about setting up a alliance and figured he would be up for it. Kakuma sighed as she walked through the door to the guild masters hall, she was wearing a set of BRSTG's Mark 2 combat armor and had a gunpowder based handgun on her hip and her blade Hōrīurufu on her back. She looked around the hall briefly before making her way right to the banner that marked Black Roses chair, she crossed to it quickly not saying a single thing to the only other person in the room.

    "How gaudy..."

Kakuma didn't know what the hell they were thinking, white with pearls for a guild named Black Rose. Kakuma stifled a laugh and gave the chair a solid kick, tipping it over. She simply dragged the chair off the stage and tossed it aside, after which she reached up to her radio.

    "Bring me a chair."

Kakuma lowered her hands and looked at the other man, she looked him up and down. She knew of him already, It was hard to not know. Ardere Kasai the Guild Master of Infinity Hydra, a guild that hunted the dark guilds without mercy. She didn't bother speaking as a BRSTG Trooper came into the room with her requested chair. The man walked up and set the chair down on the stage and then proceeded to remove the other one. The man nodded at Kakuma and left the room, Kakuma sighed and took her seat in the chair. She placed her chin in her hand and waited for Hikari and Zack to show up.

    Post by Haru-senpai 17th February 2016, 11:46 am

A huge sea of people would be shown around a building in Clover Town as the camera would pan over it; a huge crowd of onlookers, press, media, and fanatic fans gathered around the Guildmaster's Hall in Clover Town. This was to be expected, as this many guildmasters, aces, and people of note in one place at one time was bound to draw some attention.

Perhaps even the King himself was watching.

Suddenly, an area hundreds of feet away from the hall would electrify as golden lightning would skip about, as if something were about to appear, Terminator style. With a very loud thunderclap, as if a tree nearby was struck; a huge train sized golden lightning bolt would slam the ground from the heavens, the ground sizzling for a moment as three shadowed figures were shown. In the distance approaching the hall. As a few paparazzi and crowd goers looked around for rain, but saw none.

As a camera man would look over his shoulder, he would point as one of the many dozens of news anchors would hold a finger to his ear and say something into his shirt.

The screen would zoom up from the feet of Heero, showing perhaps both Leonard, the 1st Master of Fairy Tail, and Alyia, the blonde angel wizard of Fairy Tail on either side of him. Rose, a red colored Exceed in a white and blue dress sat upon Heero's shoulder swishing her tail once.

"Damn, did these people camp out or what...." Heero said under his breath, to be honest, wizards in this country were more famous than musicians and artists, so people actually had been camping outside for days for a possible up close glimpse at people like Deniel, Zack, Alye or Heero. He bet some had even traveled from Midi to see if the Fire Clan actually did have one member remaining, as the Fire Clan was thought to be long extinct, even by the people of Midi. He'd invited Kiku, his bartender and a exceptional technology wizard extraordinaire. But he wasn't sure if he'd be able to make it.

As soon as they were noticed, a huge crowd of paparazzi and fans bumrushed them---however appearing almost as if from nowhere a huge entourage of Rune Knights had them surrounded, beating back the flashing cameras and escorting them in an impassable circle as people shouted questions, cameras flashing. People yelled and jeered at Heero, Alyia, and Leonard, some shouted profanities some screaming in disbelief that they were so close to them as the circle of Rune Knights passed and moved closer and closer still to the hall.

Soon however, the mighty doors of the halls would close behind them, in epic fashion the sounds of cameras and shouting questions were drowned out to a small ambiance. The hall itself seemed to have white noise of it's own, it was almost kingly. The banners hung proudly over he chairs as he would notice both Deniel and his sister Alye in the room from where he stood. The stained glass windows in the hall were frankly huge, as a raised stage was shown with a huge press core in front of it seated ready to pose questions, as cameras and the like were set up in the large assembly in front of the stage.

Although the press area was roped off with red ropes, and they likely couldn't even get to the Guildmasters themselves.

A sudden gasp filled the room as the press began to talk amongst themselves, Heero looked around wondering what was going on, until he looked up on the stage. He saw Ardere with one hand on his throne, but then he saw why the press was rapidly and frantically jotting down notes.

A woman who was fiercely garbed in oriental white styled clothing with red accentuation. She looked like she had actual wolf ears---had kicked Black Rose's throne away and picked it up after, chucking it off the stage as she dragged it with a loud groan across the stage. It would land with a crash off to the side as a few Rune Knights scurried about to get it removed from the area near the stage.

"Well.....damn, I got a log for a chair and you don't see me complaining..." Heero was surprised at the level of disrespect at such a meeting by this woman. He was a knuklehead but even he might not have done that. Still, he liked this womans spirit. When he noticed what looked to be magitek SWAT flanking her with several more spread out through the crowd, he began to like her less. He had heard Black Rose was founded by the remnants of some group from Bosco, from the looks of things, that was very accurate information. When two of those magitek armored looking guys brought a new seat up on the stage, Heero would lean back toward Alyia and Leonard and crack a joke underneath his breath so the press wouldn't hear him.

"So if I want a new chair...all I gotta do is fling the one I've got off stage. Check." he would make a check sign with his hands, and share a little giggle with his two guildmates as the press inside the assembly hall finally noticed Fairy Tail had arrived.

He noticed the Ace wizards were standing behind the actual thrones all uniform and proper like, so he turned and nodded sideways to Alyia and Leonard, as they would make their way up one of the two red carpets towards the stage, passing press who was roped off.

Heero would shake hands on his way toward the stage like a robot, recognizing this person or that. A few of them whispered to themselves, remembering a wild younger Heero. During his days as a Fairy Tail wizard, he had been almost outright hated by the Council, but loved by the people. The first saint to be elected solely on the love held by the people for him alone. Many in the crowd still had a rather tough love for Heero, and many adored him.

Finally through the gauntlet of flashing cameras and line of press leading up to the stage, Heero would pass from the left, walking past Sabetooth's empty seat on the left corner, and passing behind Black Rose's new seat. He would pause for a moment, as a scene of Heero passing behind Kakuma and pausing was shown. He would look down at the top of her ears and white hair, before stepping forward and moving on.

Shaking hands with Ardere on stage, Heero would hear cameras start flashing wildly as he looked shocked. Realizing what was going on, Heero would comically sparkle as he shook Ardere's hand, beaming for the cameras and press as they flashed to get a poster image of Heero and Ardere shaking hands.

"It's for the kids Ardere, smile! Sparkle a little if you can." Heero said under his breath so as not to disturb his smile or his sparkling as he held onto the samurai armored hand on Ardere, eventually releasing their shake. Heero would look over his armor, and then smile. "Well don't you look Lu Bu." Heero commented on the ancient warlord from Midi, who's look in he history books reminded him of Ardere's gilded current look.

Heero would then make his way to his seat, sitting on it and folding his hands in front of himself. He would look out at the crowd as the orange crystals...glowing and floating all around the wooden throne with leaves would illuminate his features.

"Nii-chan." he would say to Alye who was nearby him, hands folded as his chin rested on the folded hands, he addressed her with a serious tone without looking her way to show he was taking this meeting seriously. But it didn't last very long at all.

"....That was my serious voice...how'd I do?" he sat back in the throne and winked at Alye, crossing a leg gentleman style as he rubbed his chin and let both hands fall to the wood laquer of his throne. Playfully he poked one of the orange glowing crystals that floated around the throne, it hummed in response as he blinked at the crystal. Must be from Bellum....'

He would tap one of his fingers on his thone as he looked around the room. He would then turn and look at his sister again, and then make eye contact with Ardere. He would then look back to his sister as he had Ardere's attention as if to say 'you'd best be taking good care of her', but then would look away and back out at the press who was still taking notes.

Blue Pegasus, Sabertooth, Lamia Scale, and the Rune Knights all had vacant seats. Heero himself had more than a few questions once they'd all assembled, but he supposed he could wait an listen, maybe some questions he had would be answered on their own.

His Exceed would sit perched like a lady on one of the branches high on Fairy Tail's throne, swishing her tail and balancing herself with cat like precision. Near Heero ready to slice the world itself apart or even a fly if it go too close. Though she looked relaxed, she was vigilant as her cat ears would occasionally twitch or move on her head to listen to various conversations.

    we all hide behind masks
The eve before the meeting Heero had come by Kiku’s bar, and left him an envelope. Being as Kiku was normally away during the evenings doing something, and usually he was bright enough not to pry anymore. He had arrived an hour late to receive the letter personally, but he grimaced at the content of it. ’Guild Master meeting. How lovely. He thought to himself. The thoughts of his old guild passed through his mind as the idea of Ardere Kasai being there. He wondered how the guild was doing since his withdrawl from the guild. How had things been since Tyriel went into her coma, and Shu died? His head had shook away the thought before he returned back to his lab back behind the bar to get ready.

The following morning Kiku had taken the time to put on a new outfit that only a select few within the guild had seen. That being that annoying woman Kanix, and Heero. He was standing in the middle of his office styled room with a black body suit on with a tattered cloak that laid scattered around his body that connected to a hood that came up over his head with a white mask laying on his face. The mask bore a rather odd appearance for one of Fairy tail. It had hollow abyss like eyes that were filtered to allow Kiku to see outside of it. It had a smile engraved on it, and every so often lines going through the smile to look something like stiches. It was quite funny to Kiku, given his sense of humor was always odd. With his always present spear strapped to his hip in it’s retracted state, he stepped from his office, and soon after appeared in his bar with the aftermath of a black gale. Sadly just as he had appeared, a bolt of lightning struck outside, taking Heero and his chosen aces with him. ”Fuck!” He cursed as he ran outside as the lightning left the ground, leaving him with one choice.

His eyes gazed back to the letter that he had pocketed earlier, and skimmed across the location. ”I honestly thought it’d been in Era, but hey this is better.” He muttered to himself as he ignored the Fairy Tail members closing in on him. With a grin, his body dematerialized into a black gale of wind before shooting off to the location of the meeting. Some minutes after Heero and his crew that he had taken with him had arrived, Kiku had too, but a top of the building and gazing in through a window that was slightly cracked. He witnessed Heero sit down in one of the more uncomfortable looking chairs possible. Part of him was glad that he made the vow to never lead a guild.

With a quick motion, Kiku drew his spear from his hip, and extended it straight out before disappearing in another gale of wind and slipped down into the building. With the gale indoors, it’d become visible to everyone as his Daten-shi’s step’s weakness was that it was visible while he was the wind, but that added to the flair as he materialized standing up off set, but behind Heero’s throne. His spear came down, and first the violent winds that were the first tips slipped into the ground and soon after the metal part of the head slipped into the ground allowing Kiku to then lean against it, watching over the content of the meeting, as requested by Heero. People would note that with his materialization the air directly around Kiku, upwards of around 10 meters gave off the feeling that it was already fermenting with his mana. This wasn’t something he could directly control, but they could get a light feel of the emotional state of the person that it came from. It was completely neutral, with a light tang of resentment. While Heero could figure it was about the fact that he asked Kiku to come, others wouldn’t be able to guess it as his identity was hidden.

Post by Rosetta Crawford 17th February 2016, 2:32 pm

Zack opened an eye and looked down at the assembled mage's below. First to arrive had been the leader of Infinity Hydra, a mage he had not met before, but who looked rather impressive in his heavy armor and cloak. The second to arrive was a mage that Zack recognised and her actions caused him to smirk slightly. Kakuma was a wild one at that, but she was a good leader from what he'd seen and her military-esque police far outclassed the rune knights in terms of efficiency, skills and equipment. Or at least from what he had seen. They'd even dared to arrest him once and he was a H-class mage, a guildmaster and a god of ishval. They at least had balls and that he could respect. Her actions were perhaps a bit rude and brash, but he could see her reasoning. The white chair made no sense for Black Rose. In all honesty the name of the guild always made him chuckle. IF you knocked off a letter and changed one then it became his own name Zack Rose.

The third to arrive in all his flashy, over the top splendor was Heero who seemed to reprimand and then take the mick out of them. That was so Heero's style from what he'd heard and seen so far. It seemed far too show offish for him. Then again he couldn't really say much considering that he was famed for being fast and was currently laying on the ceiling as if it was the floor. He yawned and dropped down lazily flipped round in the air and seemed to float down into his chair laying across it on the arms rather than sitting formally.

"Yo. No need to be so serious and formal. Sure its a meeting, but we're all buds here right?" Zack said casually as a large zanbato thudded down next to his throne embedding in the wood next to it. He seemed to ignore it entirely as if was part of his every day life swords falling from the sky. He really wasn't the type to take this sort of thing seriously. Sure it was important, but why be all stern about it? Why not be him? After all, this was a meeting of guildmasters not a bunch of stiffs. "Also, who the heck ordered such flashy thrones?" he looked over at Heero with a playful smile on his face. "Was it you? Seems your style of thing Heero-san. I mean they're nice, but...damn why not just some simple leather?" He looked about again his gaze sweeping over everyone. "Still good for lounging on I suppose." He chuckled and then stretched out.

"So can we get this thing started? I'd rather not be sitting around waiting for ages." he said with a note of seriousness in his tone. He hated sitting still for too long. He liked to be doing things. "Unless you don't mind me building or walking about?"

He wondered where his chosen guests were. It was kind of annoying he was only allowed two. He would of liked to bring three. Shuhei, Akeya and Akryn. That way he'd have his three best reliable and powerful mages on hand incase things turned to fighting. However, as he'd been limited to two he brought the two he was closest to. The former guild master, who would be probably know more about this sort of thing than he did, and his head of security Akryn. He was an imposing figure and suited this sort of situation. He'd been tempted to bring Akeya anyway and have her hidden in his shadow or something. Who would know right? Still, he didn't want to subject her to this sort of thing and if she was found out then he'd be hard put to explain why he kept what was essentially an assassin on call at a meeting with guildmasters.

Ah well, he'd just bring her along to the next one. Be a good chance for one of his future aces, or potential aces, to attend. That was another reason he'd brought Akryn. He was near the top, if not at the top, of his list. He just needed to stop being as reckless and overconfident. He wasn't Zack afterall. He could die, Zack couldn't. Ah well, he'd learn in the future. Zack seemed to briefly blur and then in his hand there was suddenly a slushie. Where he had gotten it from who knew, but he seemed to be enjoying it.

In terms of attire he'd forgone his black ninja like outfit and instead wore a long coat in the blue pegasus colours with the wizard saint emblem for buttons. There was a fur trim to the collar and sleeve openings. Beneath this he wore a white shirt and black trousers. More formal than normal, but still easily able to fight in should a fight happen. He didn't go for intimidation through his clothing like Ardere. He had other methods for that. Still the armor was pretty impressive and he said as much. "Liking the armor big guy, but isn't that going to be a bit uncomfortable after a while of sitting in it?"

Daemon grimaced at the letter that was currently siting on his desk. Daemon had heard of the Guild master meeting before but considered it to be too risky of an option in the past. The letter currently on His desk was given to him by one of his informants from Kakuma. Daemon thought through the night before the meeting about whether or not to go weighting both the pros and cons of the possibility of something happening at the event. While Daemon didn't believe that anyone could be that stupid his personal experience of seeing what someone would be willing to do for their beliefs left him slightly skeptical . Daemon got dressed slowly in his kimono and carefully tied Kusanagi to his left hip while slipping a few scrolls into his sleeves . As Midnight came Daemon had asked Genbu to head to Midi where Daemon had acquired passage from an old friend he had met a few weeks earlier  after nearly twenty years.

As Daemon reached Hargeon the morning sun had slowly began to rise into the sky. Daemon tied the boat to a small dock and proceeded jumped out of the boat. Daemon than headed to the train station and headed to clover town.  On the boring train ride Daemon took out one of the scrolls in his sleeve and opened it carefully and began reading about the legends of the various warlords of Midi which included the tale a legendary general by the name of Nobunaga Oda. Daemon held great respect for the man and had spent neuromas evenings reading about the strategies he used during his life time.

As the train slowly reached clover town Daemon had closed the scroll and slipped it back into his right sleeve and proceeded to disembark the train to the left. Daemon's eyes scanned the general area and found Clover town to be rather mundane for his liking yet still thought that it seemed like a nice place. Daemon noticed that he couldn't see the assembly hall from his present location and proceeded to jump up into the air and land on the Station roof. Daemon examined the town from his new vantage point and began to sniff around from a familiar scent.

Daemon's nose and eyes zeroed in on the assembly hall  thanks to Kakuma, Heero, and Ardere's scents. Daemon than took a few steps back from his current spot and ran towards the edge of the roof and quickly jumped from roof to roof until he landed gracefully on the assembly hall's roof . Daemon smirked slightly to himself as he  jumped off the roof and landed on a balcony on the back of the building. Daemon  walked through the balcony doors and stood main room's second floor. Daemon walked over to the balcony and noted the other four guild masters and another fairy tail mage, he remained silent as he walked over to the railing and leaned against it. Daemon didn't really feel the need to let them know he was there unless one of them either spoke to him or more then likely throw something at him.

Akryn quietly leaned back against a wall, watching as the various guild masters began making their entrances. He was dressed in a brand new outfit today, an outfit he had purchased specifically for the meeting. A set of decorative, wide shouldered, armor, with a red, knee length cape, with the Blue Pegasus insignia emblazoned in gold on the cape. His black star cutter was on his hip, the seven cuts on the back of his waist, and the thunderous breach in spear form, leaning against the wall next to him. In his new armor, with his white hair and eye patch, Akryn would strike quite an interesting figure, and a handsome one at that if not for the long, ugly scar running down his face and over one eye, the eye currently hidden under a patch.

He watched the guild master of Infinity Hydra enter and take his seat peacefully, followed by the guild master of Black Rose. Who entered, took her seat....and threw it across the room. Akryn watched the little display for a moment, blinking curiously but unable but to smile at her antics. The next to make an appearance would be Fairy Tail, represented by Heero and his entourage. Akryn smirked a bit at those three. Fairy Tail was a rather flamboyant guild, it was no surprise that its representatives here would be equally so.

His own guild master made his appearance next and Akryn couldn't help but grin. Zack was certainly one for an entrance and dropping down from the ceiling was a hell of an entrance indeed. As Zack floated into his seat Akryn would grab his spear and step forward to flank his guild masters seat, taking the left hand side, posting himself there, spear in his right hand, left hand tucked behind his back, feet wide apart and head held high. He may not have been the most powerful of mages in this meeting, hell, he was likely the weakest. But damned if he wouldn't represent!

    "A wanderer isn't always lost."
Needless to say, he was quite a bit surprised that he had been invited by Ardere to the Guild Master's meeting. Not because he found it unusual for Ardere to invite him, but rather the location he had been invited to and the position he was granted was what struck him as a bit ludicrous. Regardless of whether or not Ardere invited him personally, Deniel was going to attend; he was no Guild Master, nor was he a Rune Knight. But he was a Wizard Saint, one of the most powerful ones at that; there was no way that he was going to be denied entry into this session. If it would come to it, he would get permission from the Magic Council to accompany himself. But, being a good friend, Ardere invited him personally, and thus he promised to accompany him. It would not be personally, no; he wouldn't follow the Fire God Slayer all the way from Infinity Hydra's Guild Hall to there. He was no member, he was an ally, hopefully an ally to all Guilds that considered themselves Legal, but he would travel his own path. And he would go his own way. At his own pace. There came a sense of disappointment to himself with his travelings in the fact that he could have participated in this if it were a few months ago...back when Eclipse Soul existed, and back when he was its Guild Master. He could have imagined it now: himself, with two of his friends accompanying him: Alyia and Venir.

That was no more. And all of it was within the past.

Now, he was on his own, with only allies to call to. Not that he needed them; the relationship was more of the other way around. They needed him...only at times. That time had yet to come, but he expected it may or may not be soon. As for the Nephalem...he could take care of himself. He arrived after the first few guests had come, Ardere among them, and some notable and recognizable figures. Zack...Heero...that was it, actually. Aside from Ardere. He recognized not the other guests. Apparently one of them had been the Guild Master to what he assumed to be Black Rose...all of the signs he heard about were there. No need to ponder that any more than he had already done. There seemed to be more necessary guests to arrive, and yet Zack was already in a rush to get it done.

Deniel himself had been covered with his signature ragged black cloak, covering a majority of its body, which underneath it was the regular clothing and attire that he wore, consisting of cropped trousers, combat boots--which could be seen as the length of his cloak did not go down that far--, a t-shirt, and an unusual short sleeved cloak. "Already, Zack? Not all of the guests have arrived. Sit tight." Approaching the chair to Infinity Hydra, since it would be custom for him to stand by Ardere's side as his guest, Deniel shot a wave at Heero whilst walking across the hall. He stood on the left side of Ardere, saving the right one for one of his actual Guild Members. There were doubts in his mind that he would receive questioning for his presence from anyone outside of Infinity Hydra...but they could be taken care of easily. Crossing his arms underneath his cloak and placing himself where he belonged, he gave a very faint salute--more humorous one--at Ardere. "Deniel signing in..."

Her feet swung back and forth as they hung in the air, laying in her bed and starring at a letter. The letter itself was one she had never seen in her life, but the random, but cute looking symbol on the back that sealed it down made her wanna keep it rather than just call it trash. It wasn't addressed to anyone specifically, just to a member of the guild who happened to open it. There wasn't really any reason not to open this, and in doing so had found herself starring at nothing less than an invitation. Her head slowly started to tip to the side in confusion of all the larger, more complex words that she had read. Not that was an idiot, but more so that feeling of knowing a word by an audible notion rather than seeing it written. It had taken her a minute to get some of these words, but upon finishing the letter, she felt a little more compelled to accept it. The letter itself was signed from the guild master of Black Rose, Kakuma. Honestly, this felt more of a sign than anything that she just get up and go rather than wait around and ask.

With more than enough additional outfits and all from her previous I trip to literally every big named store in Magnolia with Rae, Sasha felt more compelled to go with one of those newer outfits, despite them being a little more girly than she actually was, it didn't stop her from wanting to wear them out for thing every once in a while. Picking out one more appropriate, but comfortable, Sasha requipped herself into her choice of outfit and headed out. Honestly, she had come to think that the meeting would have been held in Era like a formal governmental esque meeting would be, but she just shrugged it off and headed towards the meeting place as fast as she could without straining herself and prolonging the trip, thus ending up being late and being "that person".

After some time, the country raised girl had reached the meeting hall. It was packed outside with reporters flashing lights and albeit blinding her with it. She frowned at the thought of trying to get through this big crowd, but maybe there was a simpler way in. Sliding around the group, Sasha managed to slip her invitation to the Rune Knight at the door, making an opening to the hall enough for her small frame to slip in. Once there, she started to head down until she ran into a couple of Knights that she happened to remember. With a big smile, Sasha wrapped her arms around the back of both of their arms and wore a big cheesy grin. "Long time no see, boys! How's it goin?" She'd ask, enjoying their surprise as Sasha was always the more carefree Knight at the time she was a part of them. "M-Ms. Martin!? You've changed a bit since you left, as have the Knights themselves. Any reason you're here?"

She would slip around them and turn to face them, all before a rather large looking chair would crash next to her, causing her to squeak in surprise. Looking to the chair, she recognized the symbol as the one on the letter, smiling so as she looked over to see a woman with animal like ears starring down from above before seating herself in another chair. "Well, that's the bull this cowgirls gotta go wrangle up, so I should get goin. Steak house, you me, bring your wives! If.. They forgive me from the picnic... I swear I didn't know they weren't wearing bras..." She would slip away awkwardly almost, headed through a small stairwell up to the area where the masters would meet, headed to the woman she would believe to be Kakuma and take stand to the left of her chair, arm out for a handshake as she had normally done for all people she met. "Howdy! I'm here regardin' yer invitation you sent for Laughing Coffin. Name's Sasha Martin, former Knight, former farmer, full time charismatic gal, at yer service!" She now waited on either Kakuma to reply to her, or the starting of the meeting to cut that off. Either way, it was something she wouldn't mind either way.

Post by Sir Leonard 18th February 2016, 5:53 am

It was no surprise that Heero would invite Leonard to come with the current Guildmaster to the annual meeting. Although he declined him at first, he understood that he cannot hide from the world any longer. He must accept the fact that has returned to be the once guardian of his guild, and the blademaster of Fiore. Finally, Leonard agreed to go with Heero. Not because of his constant pleading, but because he has accepted that now was the time to tell the world that he was still alive. Or risk it all on the fact that he was gone for so long, no one will recognize him. Though that has little to no chance of happening because he must introduce himself when the time comes in the meeting. He should know. He's been on these more than once. Perhaps that's another reason why he was chosen.

In all honesty, Leonard had hoped he could go to Clover town by himself. After all these years he still knew where it was. But it looks like fate had him go there with Heero instead. And this could only be something as... flashy...

And there it was. On a clear morning, with the sun's rays beaming down as if being blessed by heaven, and the heat moderated by a display of cottony white clouds across the immaculate blue sky, a lightning storm approached the small lake town, but there was no storm cloud seen anywhere. This was obviously the work of everyone's favorite Lightning Dragon Slayer. The lightning bolts carried him and his entourage namely Alyia and Leonard through the streets that were littered with fans and people from the media. It appears they have been on this spot for days, eagerly awaiting for the who in the event. It was... amazing to see how many people have gathered simply to catch a glimpse on a few people. Sure there are important powerful people that help or save the world, but they were important people as well. For every citizen works for their family and state and Leonard certainly felt indifferent about it despite how amazing it was. Cameras flashed and people shouted on with different emotions; happiness, excitement, hate, everything might be there from the most positive to the most negative one can imagine in an event full of esteemed mages that may or may not have bettered their lives. As such, Heero was on his usual self, with his hands high up in the air waving to the people, and occasionally shaking hands with civilians. He cannot say for sure if he knew them personally, but they sure looked close.

In all this, Leonard looked around. The screams were silenced in his head as the flashes kept on going as he walked slowly behind Heero with his head running numerous thoughts. He couldn't even hear his own steps. He did not know what to feel from this. On how the people would react, especially the mages. Both he knew and did not. In essence, he was very nervous. But he did not let it show, with the help of his brown cloak and hood that placed him under a very dark shade. Yet this visage he has on might direct attention instead. After all, people are curious to know all sorts of mystery, especially those in front of them. He was certain of it, he could not help but see the look of the some of the crowd's faces.

Alas, they were inside. The screams outside were muffled behind the doors, and in front of him the grand hall. A very serene place, as if the lobby of a 5-star hotel. By the isle was a grand red carpet with tables and chairs for lesser guilds at both its side. And on the platform, seats for the greatest guild in the country as was their custom. But surprisingly, there were more seats than the last meeting he attended.

As they walked towards the platform, with Heero acting the same as always, a small commotion erupted that caught the attention of everyone, even Leonard. He thought that the meeting hasn't begun yet and there was already trouble brewing. How he wished he brought his greatsword with him today to prepare for whatever might happen. He dare not ReQuip at this moment for it will give away his identity which he was trying to avoid. Apparently one of the Guildmaster of one of the Guilds that was new to his ears, Black Rose, disliked his throne for it was made of pearls and had it replaced with something else. Truthfully, Leonard thought it was a beautiful chair. The simple white pearls contrasted with the master's black attire that would gave a feel of balance, similar to Yin and Yang. Furthermore, she could have done it quietly. Having replaced without causing much of a commotion. But he dare not speak a word. There was no need. But Heero seem to whisper about the comparison about their seats. Indeed Fairy Tail's throne was that of a tree stump, but it was appropriate for the guild. As he remembers the first building they had in his younger years. Imaging it in his head the first time he gazed upon it. "A very comfortable stump. I certainly enjoyed sitting on it before. That's why there's no need to complain." he whispered to his master.

As they made their way up the platform, Leonard got a closer look on the amazing, powerful masters that were already there, most of them he did not know. Heero would occasionally lean back and whisper to them. And in respect he would reply, like when Heero leaned back to joke about the chair swap in regards to what happened earlier. "Not really. Won't be original. Just stab it a few times when you're bored. But really. Don't think about it." he then softly karate chopped the back of his head as if scolding him. He also made a few stops to greet some of his friends, even taking pictures with them. He wasn't annoyed by it. He had complete understanding as to why. And while Heero did these things he simply stood behind him, next to the back of the stage. He had hoped he wasn't caught in the pictures since he took cover behind Alyia. He wasn't camera shy. He just didn't want to be seen, and/or ruin Heero's pictures.

Finally they were at the throne and Leonard simply stood behind it like a vigilant guard. As was his believed purpose of being there. He wasn't there to learn how these things work, that's for sure. He simply stood there with his head facing forward while his eyes and ears wandered with the only blind spot being where Heero was meaning he couldn't see what he was doing. Looking for anything that might cause trouble. Though that might be impossible since he couldn't think of anyone assaulting a gathering of Fiore's legends. An example of wandering ears were shown when Heero called out "Nii-chan". Signifying that Lady Alye was nearby. He breathe a sigh of relief inside as there was someone he knew in this gathering. One that he had sworn his blade to in his early life, and he was very happy. He would turn his head slightly and slowly to the direction where the Storm Goddess was and bowed his head in respect to her. He was so happy to see her again that the world might have paused a little bit. He didn't even hear what Heero said. But hopefully Alyia did.

Moments passed and more people came to the hall. All very powerful and interesting. He wanted to meet them. Or if he had met them before, refresh their memories of their past adventures. One person worthy of note was the master of Blue Pegasus. He was cheerful and had many weapons. And Leonard certainly found it interesting. Perhaps he could get the chance to interact with him after all this official business was over. Another was the male assailant from the cathedral a few weeks ago. He didn't look to cause trouble from the balcony at the second floor with him leaning on the railings and all, but Leonard thought he should keep an eye on him. All the masters were nearly at the gathering. They should be starting any moment...

A wizard is never late, he arrives precisely when he means to! The words were uttered dramatically by Shuhei, while he was laying comfortably in the silk sheeted bed, snoring loudly with only a portion of silk covering his manhood and left leg. Several empty wine bottles were scattered around the chamber in which he slept, and the room itself appeared to be quite messy. Finally, the light from his window shown in his eye, and he woke slowly. With a yawn and a stretch, the White Wizard rolled out of bed and walked over to the open window, exposing himself to the world. "Lovely day." He said with a sigh and a rub of the eye. Lazily he walked past his desk, on which there was a letter, and made his way to the sofa on which his robes were laid out. upon dressing himself, he walked back towards the window, and in the corner of his eye, saw the letter. He stared at it for a moment... A little longer... Almost there... "SHIT!"

Quickly, Shuhei grabbed a crystal sphere from his desk and tossed it out the window. Quickly, the sphere soared through the sky across Clover Lake, through Clove Town and over the heads of many civilians, reporters and Rune Knights and through the doors to the Hall in which the meeting was taking place. The sphere circled Zack, sitting idly in his throne, and then hovered at Zack's right and in a bright flare of light, The White Wizard emerged. The crystal sphere circled Shuhei and landed softly in his palm, which he then placed inside his robe. "Mornin' Zack." Shuhei would smile and nod towards his comrade as camera's would flash in response to the arrival of the #1 God of Ishval.

Shuhei looked about the chamber, taking notice of all the hot shots in the room. Ardere, wearing what appeared to be ceremonial Samurai armor. Kakuma, dressed in tactical armor who also seemed to be accompanied by quite a few spec ops troops the likes of which Shuhei had never seen before. "Talk about overcompensation..." Shuhei would whisper in Zack's ear. It seemed odd, for the newly made Legal Guild to bring so many soldiers to such a gathering of mages. Was it really just a show of strength, or something else? No matter, it wasn't like that many regular people could do much against the accumulated magical strength in that room, let alone whatever Dark Guild mages she may have expected. Shuhei leaned forward and waved at Akryn. "Hey Akryn, lookin' sharp." He'd say jokingly, wearing nothing but a white robe himself.

The blonde sat in her house, her plush though supporting her small frame as she glared at the white crisp paper that she had in her hand. It had the emblem of her guild on it, Fairy Tail. This was never a good sign for the Angel. Hesitantly her finger slid under the seal and popped the letter fold open. Her fingers glided along the ridge before dipping in and pulling out the cream coloured parchment paper that smelled vaguely of rain storms. She looked at the parchment and she noticed that it had a soft sparkle to it. She knew exactly who had sent it and the Angel closes her eyes, it was either something good or it was something that she would regret opening. How She really hoped it wasn't the latter. The blonde moved to unfold the parchment and but her bottom lip before opening her eyes and groaning. The word meeting popped up off the page and the girl rubbed her temple with two fingers before beginning to read the rest of the letter. There was a guild master's meeting and he was allowed to take two people with him and he wanted her to be one of them. Glorious. His signature was at the bottom, Fairy Tail's Guild Master Heero. A sigh escaped her lips and the Angel moved to get up only to call off the couch with a thud on the hardwood cedar floor below.

The blonde had gotten herself ready, dressing herself up into something nicer than her usual out fit and was out the door before anyone had interrupted no matter how much she wanted someone to come and tell her that she had something else to do. God she hated meetings. She remembered them with the council when she was the Guild Master of Eclipse Soul, how painful they were. It was mostly lecturing her about how she would have to shape up her guild and do her work faster. But it mattered not the topic the Angel never seemed to listen it was not important to her mission. Yet, as she landed on the stoop of the Guild she crossed her arms and waited.

The lighting stopped and brought the three of the mages to the Guild Masters' hall. Heero had not only invited her but Leonard as well. This the girl was not surprised of. Leonard had been with Heero since he was small, being the Fairy Tail's Guild Master before Heero had come. But as Alyia's feet touched the ground she swayed back and and forth before looking around. That had been the first time she had transported via lightning and the Angel didn't know how much she liked it. Her head was still slightly fuzzy and the girl couldn't see straight. But this didn't stop her from following behind Heero and Leonard as they entered the building. There were already so many people there and the girl just stood there taking in the scene before swiftly going to stand behind Heero. She smiled at the bickering between him and Leonard and looked at the faces of the surrounding people. She had seen several of them before but there was one that she distinctly knew. Deniel. But the Angel's gaze didn't linger long before it was somewhere else.

Alyia simply stood behind Heero without a motion or a voice. She would prefer to not speak much at the meeting but as she looked around she noticed something... All but one guild master was a male and even the female seemed as though she was on her last nerve. Alye was here that was good and there was another woman here as well. She had red hair that reached the bottom of her chin and the Angel smiled softly. She didn't know if there was a person there looking at her but she knew that she looked pleasant with the situation that was occurring.

All that was left for her as she remembered and her smile quickly faded was for the meeting to start.... How she hated that idea.

{It was recommended I post sooner rather than later, sooo,  just to insert myself into post order and ensure I have a place later on}:
    Far away:
A blindfolded woman stood in an emptied village street,  her body soaked in blood that dyed her hair red and dripped from her arms to join the pools that stained the earth.  Few villagers were left to tell the tale of what happened here.  She could see them now,  cowering in their holes or quivering in fear muttering to themselves in the dark while their fallen loved ones rose to add to the chaos.

The woman's attention was elsewhere however, as she stood looking off to the distance,  head tilted as though she were entranced by something.  But what would curb the carnage such a creature had wrought?

Fire.    Her world was on fire, and a light that overwhelmed even the sun blazed on the horizon before her eyes.  A multihued inferno raging with the colors of magic called to her like a beacon.  More magic in that one point than she had witnessed on entire worlds she had left smouldering for the slightest scrap of magical essence.
A shudder ran through the woman's body,  her head lifting to the stars as she seemed to soak in the brilliance of the magic source unseen to the two surviving witnesses.

Something was happening somewhere,  and whatever it was the red lady was drawn to it.  Her body billowing up into an inky black smoke that faded away leaving only the gibbering of men who's minds had shattered and the sobbing of villagers praying to see tomorrow as their own families clawed at their doors searching for the living.

    for you...

    Alye does not wear red.
Other than her mother's ruby, the color red does not reside in her repertoire.
It had taken much convincing, coaxing, and bit of bribery (with sweets) to get the white-haired woman into the current rosey red kimono she was wearing. She felt particularly miserable in this getup. It was exceptionally loose in all the weirdest places. How the women of Ardere's country wear this all the time was beyond Alye's comprehension. However, she'd agreed with her step-sister, Haretsa, that showing a unified front with her new guild was a good idea. If that meant donning these robes for a couple of hours, then the Windrider could deal. At least keeping her battle fans would match the outfit.

Alye - who was about a mile away, in her hotel room - closed her incandescent white eyes. She'd been using her magic to watch the arrivals. Her brother had already made his entrance. Meaning that the paparazzi would be sated for the moment and not bother with his older sister. Ardere and Deniel had arrived as well, which meant that she was due any moment now. Tying the last ribbon and tucking the robes as securely around herself as she could, Alye sighed as she opened her balcony. Fresh winds rolled over her skin and sent a wave of calm over her senses. A small smile escaped her lips. That never failed to make her feel better. The winds rolled through the sky again and Alye - true to her namesake - vanished in their wake.
    ----
A resolute sigh left glossed lips as the white-haired woman reformed in the entranceway of the Guildmaster's Hall. She ignored the press around her the best she could, as she usually did. Her brother was attracted to the spotlight. Alye was not. She preferred to let her actions speak for her, rather than empty words. With her form now corporeal, Alye appeared in full regalia and began walking steadily towards Ardere's magical pressure. Now in the room, Alye could feel several different ones here now as well. Some familiar, others were not. She noticed her brother sitting lazily on his throne dedicated to Fairy Tail. Alyia and Master Leonard stood faithfully next to him as well as Heero's Exceed - Rose. She smiled just a bit. It was good to see Alyia fitting in at a guild that appreciated her. She was glad for it.

Alye was also quite happy to see Leonard. After him revealing to her that he had not died, but actually shut himself off from the rest of the world, she was worried that he would become somewhat introverted. His presence here made her happy. As Alye got closer to the main stage, she too noticed the anomaly in the air but dismissed it as well. After all, if no one else was bothered by it, she wasn't either. Though, she would keep her battle fans in her hands to snap open in a moment's notice... Just in case. As she climbed the steps to the stage, Alye noticed the rest of the company present. Blue Pegasus' Master, Zack "The Speed Demon" Rose. She even recognized Akryn - a mage who had been a member of Eclipse Soul a very long time ago. He'd certainly changed, but she could feel the difference in his strength. She was proud for him.

Alye was now ascending the stairs designated for Infinity Hydra. In all honesty, she could have just flown to Ardere's side, but it would've just been a waste of magic. As she continued walking, she noticed that Sabertooth, Lamia Scale, and the representative from the Rune Knights had not arrived yet. Her gaze trailed over to another white-haired woman sitting in a plain chair, flanked by what seemed to be some kind of magical police. The banner above them read Black Rose. So this was the newest legal guild? She'd heard whispers about them, but they didn't seem to be important enough to warrant further investigation. But those rumors must've be true if the Magic Council didn't even deem it necessary to give them a dignified seat amongst their new peers. Alye faked a cough as she stifled a laugh.

Damn, that was cold of the Council.

The Windrider finally reached the show floor. Her brother wasn't that far away so she nodded to him serenely before doing the same to Alyia. A small smile came over her lips as she also nodded to Master Leonard. It...really was good to see him. Alye turned to her Guildmaster - both current and former. She swished over to Ardere's side and she admitted that they did look rather striking in their matching Midi styling. Perhaps Haretsa wasn't wrong... Though Skylar's musing about Ardere were... J-Jaded.

The white-haired woman took her place behind Ardere's side. "Hello Master Ardere, Deniel. I trust you both got here without any troubles?", she said as she slid her battle fans in her hands, which her hidden under these stupidly large sleeves - ready for any contingency.

This must’ve been a test of some sort even if they didn’t want to tell the man. A test of what though? His mettle? His words? His business etiquette? Perchance they ran out of candidates or worse…nobody better or of higher rank wished to attend? ’Then again with how they function, I suppose a meeting for the Guild Masters BY the Guild Masters…isn’t as important as other business where the country is concerned.’ No, they were likely busy with other matters and attending this function required more of a “peacekeeper” and a representative, but they were not a guild themselves. They were the law that worked alongside guilds that chose to grant their allegiance to the kingdom of Fiore and against those who sought to wreak havoc upon its people.

Spying the large group of people – fans, haters, and of course the press/paparazzi – the man sighed: not even started and the day proved trying already. ’Lucky for back entrances I suppose.’ There’d been a slight warning that with so many figure heads and well known mages in one place there might be a hint of a crowd so the man received a key to help him slip past all that. It’d been received with honest gratitude as now he needn’t feared losing his hat nor the shredding of his jacket by the more rabid of people, the event unfortunately reminding him of the recent capers underground.

Maybe his superiors realized the resemblance to a zombie horde.

Once inside things remained a little crowded, but he needn’t fear stepping on toes or being unceremoniously squished somewhere. Yet as he exited one hall towards the main room a woman fell into him as another reporter accidentally bumped her. ”Ah, careful miss,” his gentle voice rang out crystal clear in her ear as he righted her, ”t’would be a shame to miss the festivities, no?” The gentleman didn’t linger long enough to see any blushes or hear any sputtering as getting around the crowd made him late enough: best to not keep these important people waiting.

Seeing the current line up as he moved along the outside of press and interested nobility, Faeral could only surmise that another part of the choice stemmed from his anonymity. Perhaps they wanted someone who came off as “less threatening” amidst all these powerful folk? Someone to represent the voice of smaller people or something quaint to that effect. It wouldn’t be the first time he sat in what accounted for a “pantheon” and it might not be the last with a multitude of lives laying beyond this one. Then golden eyes finally caught sight of the chairs and his pace halted for a moment. ’They really ARE treating this like a pantheon.’ Though he pondered why the obsidian sculpted chair sat beneath the Sabertooth banner, perhaps pearls better suited for them or some form of topaz. ’Then again I suppose something black would’ve been too obvious for Black Rose? Well…no matter…’ On the bright side the chair smack dab in the middle meant for little ol’ him was probably the least ostentatious of the bunch aside for Black Rose's current chair - how they lucked out he could only wonder, having missed the tossing of the original by mere minutes. ’Thank the gods for small favors.’

The journey to his seat continued as the man now stood before the stage and removed the simple top hat, offering a bow to the various guild masters and their plus twos before moving towards the stairs. Walking past a few of the chairs the man lightly and simply unbuttoned his jacket, where upon reaching the middle seat he swung it over the back of the chair without causing the garment to fly and potentially slap anyone – how hilarious that might’ve been if they stuck him near someone insufferable, but Faeral didn’t know a single soul here personally so there was no need for “accidents.” His hat joined soon after, set upon a finial hidden under one of the shoulders of his jacket as he finally took his seat. One booted foot rested over his knee as he steepled his fingers, staring blankly at the faceless crowd. Perfectly comfortable and relaxed in the chair, he pondered if his supposed “escorts” would actually show, though he wouldn’t blame them for opting out either. The fanfare alone seemed obnoxious and he pitied the recruits forced to act as security for the event. ’Wonder why simple barriers weren’t setup…would’ve at least spared people from acting as rope. Something for next time. At least I get front row seats to the show.’ If appearances were anything to go off of then a very interesting spectrum of personalities filled this room already, not accounting for those who’d yet shown up.

Post by Inspirational Quote 23rd February 2016, 1:09 am

Ni-Ju pushed open the wooden doors of the meeting hall without fanfare and began making his way through the assembled crowds with great difficulty, towards the dais where it was clear that the various guild masters were gathering for this event. His stylized black silk suit with the embossed sigil of Lamia Scale upon its breast had seemed a bit much for him before he had left from Hargeon but now that he was able to see some of the what the others had decided to wear, he felt just a bit under dressed. A thought that was quickly cut short as he got a closer look at where everyone would be seated. The outfits were far from the gaudiest things in the room as it seemed as if someone had decided that a guild master couldn't bother to sit in a normal chair. Each of the thrones that stood on the dais had been crafted so as to impress upon the onlookers the exact importance of who would sit there and each of them if sold could quite probably keep a small family in decent meals for a year or more.

Shaking his head at the waste of it all, he motioned for Dmitry to keep close as they finally managed to approach the short stairway leading to the dais itself. As the two lone Lamia Scale members joined those guild masters that had already arrived he took a moment to look over the men and women that stood at the heads of the most powerful cadres of mages that Fiore had to offer. Each of them by his count were famous or infamous in their own right and could most likely crush him like an insect with a mere flick or two of their fingers. It also probably didn't help much that he was both the newest of the guild masters and had actually never known any of the others except in stories that had been spoken of by travelers and townsfolk throughout Hargeon Town. Some of them looked as if they were getting ready for some type of war rather then just a meeting as he was able to pick out at least a dozen or more weapons on their person's within the first few seconds of taking the stage.

Nervous in the extreme but not willing to shame the guild that he had been chosen to represent, Ni-Ju put on his most passive expression and walked forward to stand in front of the seat on the far right of the dais that had clearly been intended for Lamia Scale before turning to his fellow guild masters and executing a short bow as one would to an equal in order to express respect. Ni-Ju could feel the holster of his pistol dig into his side as he straightened back up and gave greeting to the others who stood upon the dais. Pitching his voice so as to carry above the stray noises from the crowd, Ni-Ju spoke in a pleasant tone. "My name is Ni-Ju Hachi and I will be representing Lamia Scale as it's current guild master. You have my most sincerest apologies for the lateness of my arrival, I hope I have not kept you all waiting too long." Even if his guild wasn't exactly the largest or most powerful at the moment he could at least show that they possessed manners and the ability to exorcise them. Now all he had to do was survive the night.

    The Annual Guild Masters Assembly.

Held in a reserved building in the town of Clover, this event involves the gathering of the masters of every major magical guild recognized and approved by the Magic Council. From Fairy Tail to Blue Pegasus, Sabertooth to Infinity Hydra, and even the newly approved Black Rose Guild. Indeed, it was safe to say that some of the most powerful wizards in Fiore were gathered on this day to discuss the things effecting the magical world at large, not to mention to build relations between the groups. However, it seemed one of the smallest guilds running a tad bit late. Despite it's withered state, this guild still held a great deal of influence and was certainly not to be taken lightly. Accompanying the master of this guild was a certain gray haired mage, one who most certainly did not want to be here, yet came anyway out of loyalty to his guild.

Dmitry Kazakov sighed as he stepped through the doors of the assembly hall with his guild's master, NiJu Hachi. Much as he hated crowds, this was an important event and an opportunity to show that Lamia Scale hadn't simply disappeared, that it was alive and well, that it was growing strong again. Still, the whispering around the two was becoming...bothersome.

"Oh my, he's a lot shorter than I expected,"

"Shh, I heard he can blow stuff up just by looking at it."

"Who's the tall guy next to him?"

"I think I've heard of him, but I can't remember the name..."

A vein could be seen bulging out of Dmitry's head as he helped to make way for his guilds master. "C'mon folks, make a hole." He said, moving a few people out of the way. "Gotta guild master comin' through." As was said by the crowd, Dmitry was a rather tall fellow, so he was able to see the guild master's dais a lot sooner then NiJu.

"Uh, boss?" He addressed his master. "You ain't gonna like this..." However, before he could go into further detail, NiJu was already gesturing him towards the steps to said dais.

"I warned you..." he said when they arrived at...whatever it was Ni-Ju was apparently expected to sit in. Dmitry actually felt a little sorry for the blue haired guild master, considering he personally wouldn't sit in that thing to save his life. However, the shorter mage presented himself with all the dignity and grace befitting one of his title, leaving Dmitry with nothing more to do than stand next to the seat of his guild and look pretty...ish.

    I am the fire
    I am burning brighter
    Roaring like a storm
And I am the one I've been waiting for
    Screaming like a siren
    Alive and burning brighter

The first of many to come, that Ardere noticed, was none other than the guild master of Black Rose. Considering his dealings with Elyx and Aether, among others, he found himself forever intrigued with that guild. He liked to consider several of them friends, but never met the guild master. Unfortunately his impression of the young woman was a bit warped as she took the nice chair that had been picked out for her, and replaced it with a normal one. Quite an odd thing to do, but not as odd as the armored men around here. But in the end it was not his business, so he chose to just take his seat and relax for the time being. Unfortunately, the feeling of electricity bothered him slightly. It was away from the hall, but the flashy entrance was no doubt by none other than Heero, the guild master of Fairy Tail. Shaking hands with the blue haired weirdo, he could not help but enjoy the flashiness of the man. Nice to see you value the importance of a big entrance Heero. As always. Exchanging a look with the man, he knew it was about his sister. He had every right to be protective, but considering the woman's strength, the fire mage would be in more need of protecting than her. Alye and Deniel, nice to see you two. Feel free to speak openly, but watch out for the others. I got here pretty easily though, thanks for asking. Giving a reassuring smile to his two companions, the guild master could not help but recognize a very familiar, almost angelic scent in the room. It was different than before, but he had quite the idea of who it was. Sadly, it was not the time to dwell on such things. The other guild masters had begun to arrive, even including Daemon. Giving a casual salute to those walking in, he took a deep breath. Looking over, he noticed the Blue Pegasus guild master as well. He had only seen the man once, but he was well aware of his reputation. Smirking slightly, he ran a few fingers through his thick brown locks. This armor is like a second layer of skin for me, plus it's made of wood and leather, not metal. Tapping it, the red and gold armor was not as sturdy as a metal set of armor, but it gave him quite the speed boost.

Sitting back down after greeting the guild masters, he noticed one final entrance, at least for now. The new representative of Lamia Scale was someone he had never met before, but regardless he gave them a casual salute. Welcome welcome. Everyone seemed to be in their seat, even the Rune Knight representative, who he gave a respectful nod to. The only person missing was his closest ally and one of his friends, the guild master of Sabertooth. Getting comfortable in his seat, Ardere observed the crowd in the room. He found it a bit odd they had the media in here, but he could have them leave when more private matters were discussed. I guess we should get this thing started, Hikari probably has her reasons for running late, but we I'm sure we're eager to get this show on the road. Clutching Clarent by his side tightly, there was a slightly ominous feeling coming over his body, but he was unsure exactly what it was. Choosing to ignore it for now, he felt confident in a room with such strong mages. He was eager to get started though. We could knock something out of the way anyways. If that sounds good to you lot. The sooner they got the media out of here, the sooner they could get to discussing the new legal guild, and whatever the dark guilds were planning out there. Things were quiet for so long, and then there had been an encounter with Basilisk Fang on multiple ends. This was something he was hoping to involve himself in directly, the dealings of dark guilds that is. It was his job after all.

Haru knew of the letter recieved by Sasha, and it was safe to say that this meeting could be dangerous. Haru and her partner, Feitan, were not going to miss an opportunity to show who they were. Haru had left Feitan with instructions to follow her as soon as he was able.

Haru took off from the guild, flying as fast as she could. She arrived at the enourmous doors, letting herself be enamored at their elegance.

"I need some of these for my own castle...." she murmered.

As she walked in, she was able to witness the outbursts by other masters, throwing chairs across stages, and some gaudy entrances that she just had to respect. Haru watched Zack fall from the ceiling, and simply remembered her battle with him not too long ago.

Haru saw that Sasha was present, and let her be.

Haru had been absent from he guild for a time, for several reasons. She knew it has strained her guild. But she hoped her members were still loyal, as she was to them.

Haru opened a pocket dimension, and released her floating personal throne. SHe climbed into it, put her drink in one of the cup holders, and levitated next to Kakuma on the stage, stage, awaiting meeting.

There it was. The cold glares, the sudden silence with only a vague whisper in the back. The continuos flashing lights had came to a sudden halt, as every bystander suddenly realized who it was that just stepped onto the red carpet.

No, he didn't receive the warm welcome, the enthusiastic fans screaming for their heroes nor the flashing lights shot at them, every time a photo was taken. No Frederick only received the other end of that very long stick. But who could blame them, he was after all a very unexpected face to join this fray.

As he walked down the long red carpet, he could feel the glares. Some scared, no most of them scared. Others ogling with more careful intent, like the guards along the carpet that separated the masters from the masses. They just carefully traced him, their hands clenching tighter around the shaft of their weapons. Frederick could even hear some of the whispers as he passed them by. People softly speaking to each other, asking why he was here. Him of all people, instead of the Sabertooth Guildmaster.

The hall was no different, a silence befell over them as Frederick entered through the large gates. He could feel it in their gazes, piercing through him. Some scared, others angered and some just filled sadness as he was the very embodiment of painful memories for them.

The stage itself, was already set with every other significant guild master in the region. Each and every one of them setting on a throne, well everyone except for one lady. Who sat on a regular chair. Frederick hadn't met this one before, but judging from her description she seemed to be the master of the recently turned legal guild Black Rose. Along with her, was the current master of Fairy Tail. The all so famous Heero Reynolds, along with his... rabble. A man who Frederick didn't even bothered to acknowledge right now.

Then there was Zack Rose, master of Blue Pegasus who had brought with him two of his most capable members so it seemed. One the previous master, namely Shuhei the feared white dragon. And off course Akryn, a man who Frederick didn't really recognized, yet something told him he should have. Either way, it probably goes without saying that he as well held a grudge against him.

Not far from the Blue Pegasus group, was another interesting party. One who held ties all the way back to Sabertooth. Namely Infinity Hydra, with it's master Ardere Kasai. Who once was a proud member of the strongest of guilds, and was currently the co-leader of their alliance. Lamia Scale was as present as ever, which was a surprise regarding the past events that occurred in their home town Hargeon.
Then there was the real unknown aspect on the stage. A seat, filled by a Rune Knight. A group of people Frederick wasn't particular fond of. In fact to him they were a redundant group of people. A group who time and time again, proved that they could only utterly fail if it came down to the protection of Fiore and its citizens.

Eventually his gaze befell onto the large obsidian throne. One that was still empty. A seat originally meant for his master Hikari. Yet now, to some unforeseen circumstances it had befallen to him.
He stepped forth, onto the stage. And slowly took seat on the throne, not even trying to apologize for Sabertooths absent nor even trying to explain why it was him. And not Hikari who had assumed the throne of the strongest of guilds.

'Yes, let's get on with it shall we'

Feitan had found the note and made his way to the guild master's meeting as fast as he possibly could. It didn't matter much to him that he wasn't necessarily a legal guild member, but his master had already arrived there and he was late. It wasn't very hard for him to sneak his way in mostly due to the fact that various other guild masters and their guests all looked insanely strange as it was, so what was one more oddly dressed person walking into a building? Surely there was nothing wrong with it.

As he arrived he was mesmerized by what he saw and couldn't help but be slightly upset. Laughing Coffin may be small, but it was strong and he thought that Independent guilds deserved to have meetings of this elaborateness. Still it was an injustice that would have to be set aside for now and he simply found Haruhi in her floating throne standing next to it looking around taking special note of Frederick. He knew the wizard by reputation and after a short interaction with a wizard that Haruhi had apparently known fairly well. He also noticed Sasha was here either as a former Rune Knight or someone's guest, in either event, it was a bit strange that she should be invited but he and Haruhi had to actually 'crash' the party perhaps it was because not many people knew the Gravemaster of Laughing Coffin. He glanced up at her speaking to her "It seems the Sabertooth Guild master is fairly strong. We should be careful not to make an enemy of him." he said softly to his Gravemaster not seeming to bother reacting to anything else he saw. A sudden thought struck him as he glanced up at her again "I'm not sure how adviseable it is to sit in your throne Gravemaster. After all, we are uninvited guests in this place, and we shouldn't do anything to make us really stand out." he said hopeful that she would take his advice, but he didn't hold his breath he knew Haruhi far too well for that to actually be a real thought in his head.

Heero sat on his throne, elbows leaning on the large desk in front of them. Hands folded in front of himself together, chin leaning on his hands. The only noise he made was laughing when Leonard leaned in to comment about stabbing or chopping the chairs up.

Zack floated down from the ceiling itself, slowly...very slowly...as his clothes and robes dropped into his throne, he would notice Zack kick his feet up on it. Commenting that they shouldn't be so serious, and that they were all buddies here. As he looked around the room, making eye contact with several of the SWAT looking armed guards from Black Rose, he would only comment without looking at Zack. One of his fellow Gods of Ishval. A title Heero cared nothing for, he only cared about being the strongest.

"I'm not so sure of that." a side panel was shown of the table with Heero a bit up further than Zack as he said this. Rose would look back for a moment, and then look around at what Heero had been referring too. Keeping her wits about her. When Zack commented on the chairs, asking if Heero ordered them, he would only turn to him keeping his chin on his hands. "Ha! No not me this time...." he would then turn away from Zack at the exact moment that someone unknown to him walked up on the stage.

He took off some kind of top hat, like a cop from a movie and with a swift air of his long black coat with his hands behind him, took a seat on the Rune Knight's throne in the center. Sitting right next to Heero, who made sure that the man could feel his eyes burrowing into him, even if he didn't turn to look at him. The Council, was non existant, and then they send a relatively unknown Rune Knight? He'd heard that the Council was having a ton of trouble hiring Rune Knights, good ones. He'd ask this guy about that later. Among other things. Like why the Council was leaving the magical security of Fiore to the Guilds alone when it was their responsibility, to provide Rune Knights for the King, and the people of Fiore.

Eventually, Heero would look away as the Lamia Scale Guildmaster who had succeeded Zuo Cii, the old man arrived. The previous master had been a close friend of Heero's, and as he watched Ni arrive, he would smile at his appearance, a suit with the Lamia crest stitched onto it. He'd even brought along Dmitry, someone Heero knew from the Festival of Fairies.

Rising from his seat, abruptly, Heero would cross to Ni's throne and shake the Lamia guildmaster's hand for the first time, as cameras would go off for a moment as Heero retook his seat.

A crystal ball appeared, and circled the area around Zack's throne; as Shuhei's voice came from it. In a bright flash of his element, light, Shuhei appeared and caught the orb into his palm. 'Nice trick....I'll have to remember that.' he smiled at Shuhei, a smile that only years of friendship and brotherhood could only muster, although he didn't greet him directly merely made eye contact with him and nodded. Soon though...this expression would change to one Shuhei definitely recognized after years of knowing Heero, and even going into battle alongside him.

'That smell........' immediately, Heero began to smell Rita radiating from Shuhei as if she'd been near him, the smell was even more dank coming from the crystal ball as if she'd been holding it herself. He then raised an eyebrow and continued to smell....Frederik of all people, from Shuhei as well. Along with Shuhei's chosen colognes, but there was no masking scents Heero had known for over three years each. 'Shuhei what have you been up too........' for some reason, for the first time. He had some serious doubts about Shuhei as some would notice Heero just...staring at Shuhei with a very serious expression. However, he would keep his thoughts to himself...for now.

When Frederik appeared, Heero's expression would get even more severe as he watched Fred take the stage.

"!!!!" would appear over his head, as Fred sat on the other side of the Rune Knights throne, in Sabertooth's throne. Looking over to Shuhei, Heero was surprised that he hadn't dove across the stage and ripped Frederik's head off. This was the former Dark Wizard who was directly responsible for Blue Pegasus' brutal destruction, leaving nothing but blood, splattered body parts, and worse lining the walls of the destroyed hall before Shuhei had rebuilt it. Heero had seen the carnage left behind by Savage Skull all those years ago, for he had been one of the wizards who had shown up. Laid the bricks of the new guild hall of Blue Pegasus by hand himself alongside Shuhei and others.

Something was up between these two. There's no way Shuhei would carry Fred's scent, and there was no way they would not be at one anothers throats. Unless something was up or something had changed.

He looked at the two of them with an "I'm watching you both" expression, before his face would turn back to normal as he leaned back into his chair signaling Alyia and Leonard to come near him. He'd whisper to them both that Shuhei and Frederik were up to something outside of the meeting, and that Fairy Tail would have to watch them both. Leonard knew that Fred had a direct hand in Shuhei's guilds destruction, and he too would probably find it strange that they were not trying to kill one another up here. At the previous Annual Guildmaster's Meeting, Shuhei almost started a war between Blue Pegasus and Sabertooth just for having Frederik as a member of Sabertooth, challenging, Zenshin, who was master then. Now? He was letting Fred sit on the Guildmaster's throne without so much as a word?

Heero's thoughts were broken only by a young lady who seemed pretty mouthy standing near Kakuma's throne. He blinked at Sasha a few times before smiling a small smile at her vigor and attitude. Although he thought she was a bit airheaded, but honest. He wasn't sure why Kakuma had invited an ex-Rune Knight, and from the looks of her crest a member of Laughing Coffin. First the armed guards, and now this?

As a chair mysteriously floated up from somewhere in the crowd, with a woman wearing glasses sitting on it Heero would raise an eyebrow yet again, his chin still resting on his folded hands.

"What in the world......" even the press and cameras would turn toward this woman and flash a bunch of pictures of Haruhei floating in her chair, even though she was away from the stage. If she wanted to remain anonymous, she'd just failed at that as her face had been on national TV for a moment just now, along with several photos taken. "I'm not sure who that is there...or why their chair is floating, but I'm not sure about a lot of things." as he said this, Ardere said that they should begin, as Heero agreed.

Taking the lead and standing, the cameras would stop flashing and clicking as he stood at the front of the stage. Raising his hand for complete silence from the press core and all in attendance.

"Let this, the 801st Annual Guildmaster's meeting, come to order. We'll begin with a moment of silence for the Guild of Eclipse Soul." Heero would then bow his head, as everyone in the crowd did as well. Keeping his hands gripped in front of himself, he would keep his head bowed, and let the good memories pass over him of his time, and friends at Eclipse Soul.

After a literal full minute, Heero would raise his head and return to his throne, leaning back into it lazily as the press core literally exploded with questions directed at all or one guild or guildmaster individually, even Faeral on the Rune Knights throne would receive a few questions, about the lack of magic police on the streets, wondering if the Rune Knights were struggling.

Eventually, Heero would call upon one person in the press core as the rest of them got quiet.

"Do the Guilds know anything about Fiore's standing with other nations right now? If war is imminent, the people and the King have a right to know right? Any conflicts the guilds know of between Fiore and other nations?" the rather smart looking reporter asked.

Heero would wait to respond, giving the other Guildmasters a chance.

"While, I'm pretty sure Pergrande wants us to be a huge crater in the ground....same with Bellum, since we allow non-humans to live in Fiore....Ca-Elum is in good standing, Fairy Tail a year or two ago helped them recover their national treasure, the Hammer, Worldbreaker." Heero would think to himself, believing that to be all he knew. "As far as Minstrel goes, the Musketeers have been working with our wizards here, for quite some time, our relationship with them is strong...for now."

"And what about Bosco? Their energy shield remains up, there's no entry point into or out of their nation without some crazy security clearance....that shield dome remains up. Their nation is about three times our size, with technology that doesn't even seem like it's from their planet....what should we do about them?" the same reporter asked.

The press core would explode with questions once again after this question, as Heero got a sweatdrop over his head. People began to shout at Ardere as well, asking him if he really was the last descendant of the Fire Clan from Midi, and bombarding him with questions about how the other Clans felt about Fiore. Midi had always been a favorite tourist nation of the people of Fiore, it was beautiful there. It seemed national security was the subject now. Heero didn't blame them, there were literally tens of millions more regular humans in Fiore than wizards, this press core included. They had a right to be concerned.

"The armed guards in this room! They have weapons and armor that are not from Fiore, why? The Rune Knights already have provided security for this occasion...why are they here? Who are they with? Does one of your guilds have ties with Bosco?!" the press core was literally roaring with questions at this point.

Her blonde hair was in webs over her shoulder as the angel looked around. There were people that she knew here and there were people here that she had no clue of who they would be. She assumed that the people that she could sense had the stronger magical aura would have been the Guild masters and she looked at each person as they entered. Lamia Scale, Blue Pegasus, Infinity Hydra, Sabertooth and a guild that the girl hand't ever heard of Laughing coffin. The people that the angel found herself with seemed much older than she and had much more experience. They were not the child on the inside that she was.

Blue crystal orbs scanned the people around her. Heero had informed her that there were people here that were doing things outside of the meeting and that they should be watched. However the blonde simply shrugged it off. It was no her problem. If he was interested in it he could deal with it.

But how she hated meetings. With a large burning passion. They were boring and non-eventful. She was like a shark, a lioness she couldn't stay still for long especially when the topics that were discussed were as boring as the rest of meeting. It just made all of it worse. But the worst part of it was not the meeting or the fact that she was still standing it was that there was no food. What meeting had no food to snack on? However her time in distress didn't last long as the angel remembered that she had food in her pocket. She had had packed some fruit gummies packets as well as some of the cracker cookies and the best thing if the meeting ever got interesting. Popcorn. Of course peopel wouldn't see it the skirt that she had dressed herself in had pocket dimensions. (A/N: Haha Pun) A slender hand slipped into her pocket and pulled out a packet of fruit gummies and silently opened it. To her left was Blue Pegasus and to her right were the Rune Knights the people that she always avoided when she was apart of Eclipse Soul and the people that she still tried to avoid should they ever find out what she had done. It was a strawberry one. She popped it into her mouth and began to chew, savoring the sweet yet tangy flavour.

The angel continued to watch and looked at the people around the room. The guy from Sabertooth she had fought while she was in Eclipse Soul. She knew no one that was in Lamia Scale, she knew both Daniel and Alye who came with Infinity Hydra. She had seen Zack at the Sabertooth ball but didn't know anyone else. She knew nothing of the new guild and she had never met anyone from Black Rose. As for the Rune Knights... she hoped that she would never know anyone from their group. But the angel's eyes looked at the people in front of the circle table, the flashing cameras and the people with mics to record what people were going to say. However the angel knew that she wouldn't day anything. She didn't have to. She wasn't a Guild Master. Though her new biggest fear would have been that someone asked to share her food.

    Lady Red

    Guildmaster's Annual Assembly! NjABNgU

""Let this, the 801st Annual Guildmaster's meeting, come to order. "

    Watching.  Studying.  Learning.

    Amused.

A presence drifted about the masses,  unseeing eyes witnessing all.   An incorporeal form was lost among the crowd of onlookers as the so-called goddess of chaos observed the events unfolding before her,  absorbing the radiant magic and powerful souls at hand.  Rarely in all her assing of realms would she have felt as much magic and pure power throughout the whole of a world's pitiful existence.  The fiery bodies blazing with the colors of their magics carrying on this event, their meeting,   she could see every little detail on their bodies written in flame.  A world on fire was her reality,  and the fires whispered all that she needed to know.

But here,  in this one single town there was it all, and an untold wealth of more to be hand throughout the lands.   She hungered to taste it,  to reach out and steal it away.   But a greater power held her back.  Curiosity.  Mixed with a hefty dose of caution.   There were presences here that rivaled her own.

    A council was in session.

She reached out, sorting through the jumbled mess of voices all around her.    Lamia Scale.   Sabertooth.  Blue Pegasus.  Black Rose.   Infinity Hydra.   Fairy Tail.   The Rune Knights.   Laughing Coffin.   Among the rabble she picked out the names of the guilds,  the names of their champions.   Their Guild Masters.   It almost seemed as much of a popularity contest as it was a council.  Many of these people were loved,  others less so.

She could feel the tensions among some of them.  Others who were just off in their own little worlds or outright displeased with presumably their required attendance. Maybe not required, but strongly advised as far as she could tell.  She wasn't on her own in these assertions,  it wasn't her own imagination at hand but the rumors and chatter that was an endless flow of new information to her.    Their admiration,  their fears,  their hopes, and their worries laid bare in their words.   The questions on everyone's minds given in small talk and complaints.

Viewing the whole scenario in her minds eye as though she were everywhere and nowhere, Eris imagined just how to break this little council apart.   She could not allow such a collective of magical beings to stick together.    She could not allow this... harmony, to prevail.  Unity itself was her enemy here.   A united nation was strong, far stronger than its individuals.   If she wanted to succeed at anything,  she would have to drive them apart.

    But how.
