Special Characteristics: As Mellascyla is of the giant race her size and length of life are much larger than an average humans, as such she stands at least six times the size of a normal person. Though through magical means prefers to maintain the look of a human.

Personality: As a member of the now nearly extinct clan of "Sunlight Giants" Mellascyla has a lot riding on her shoulders, both in the means of continuing the clan and also on the fact that her size means destruction tends to be more accidental. By nature Mellascyla is a kinda lady having hit maturity at age fifty she has had a lot of time to grow, or at least by others standards, considering her people can live up to five hundred years before death on standard and longer if they can hold out. Mentally she is more like a twenty year old than anything fresh out of her maturity but still inexperienced. As such she tends to be grossly curious about a lot of things around her and the human world of Earthland. This of course combines with a natural misunderstanding of culture as she cannot quite fathom the reasons people dislike her even when she blatantly eats livestock or crushes homes. Over time she has gotten a little better at understanding these things, wearing a ring that shrinks her down to human size when exploring the human realms, though she can remove the ring to go back to full size. Pride has never been her focus and in fact she is very capable of swallowing pride to ask for help if needed, though it is often more about her tourism than anything. For one so large fear is often a rarity but she does have a natural dislike of most insects and arachnids and will become not only horrified if they come near but she has been known to remove the ring and begin stomping areas to kill them much to the chagrin of townsfolk.

When it comes to combat Mellascyla is not someone who particularly enjoys it, she will without a doubt smash anyone that tries to harm her or those she cares about. Yet even then she has a severe dislike of it and would prefer to either intimidate or talk her way out of a fight. This extends in a way to her being a leader, under pressure she becomes not only heavily nervous but also tends to crack and just sort of let others tell her what to do, in this way she becomes less a leader and more of a follower to however is second in command. As such she will often try to avoid leading groups and is often more than happy just to follow along and sniff the flowers on the way.

- Human Culture: She has always held a deep fascination with it and often tries to learn more about it, from cooking to ritual and festival.

- Food: As a Sunlight Giant her people are not often the type to focus on cooking, more survival so she revels any chance she gets to taste good foods with good people.

- Discovery: Every new revelation and bit of knowledge gained is something special to her, it is something she never got to experience during her early years so she is now more than ever trying her best to get the most from life.
