"Come one, come all! Try your luck at the shooting range! Hit a bullseye, get the prize! Come on, people! This Honsenka!"

Oh, right. This was Honsenka. The town of lights and vacation, smiles and laughter, devilishly lovely hotels and bars with the richest of liquors. The town reeked of alcohol and food, most of the merchant selling more exotic, simple pleasures such as lizards' meat and Honsenka propaganda. It wasn't all to surprising, but everyone here appeared to be brainwashed by the town's amazing features. Or so it appeared, to this young man.

Leaning against a wall, near the festival of Honsenka, a young brute would stand with crossed arms and prying, azure eyes. Long, snow, frivolous white hair would run down his shoulders as he would gaze at the chattering townspeople indulging in such silly activities. - That, and a long, relatively fluffy white tail and small ears accompanied his figure.

He went by the name of Pierre, Pierre van Duval. A cat demon raised in Sin. It took a lot of convincing for Pierre to even step foot in such a ridiculous place. But, the festival had piqued his interested. But not for the reason one may assume. It wasn't the exotic, tasty food that you couldn't find anywhere else in Fiore. And it wasn't the attractive young men and women who were always willing to tussle. And it sure wasn't the fun games that children and teenagers would indulge in. But rather the people who attended it.

The young man stood there, eyes following the small groups of children, young men and women, and even some middle aged folk with interest. All of them blinded by the fun, flashy lights of the festival.  Pierre had taken the liberty to leave his home unattended for the week just to flatter himself with the observation of these people, and felt obligated that they feed his hunger for excitement. Of course, no one but Pierre would know this, but certainly came prepared with his own tools... just in case they needed a little spark for the fire.

Of course, Pierre didn't mean any trouble, no no. He simply wants some entertainment, no matter what form is appears in. He wore a black, collared shirt with three buttons unbuttoned down the top of his shirt, black pants and a golden watch. Despite his simple appearance, throughout the hour he had been wandering the streets, he had certainly gotten the attention of men and women alike. Of course, Pierre was dull with flirting, and often would neglect their feelings in an instant, getting a bit of a satisfying taste in his mouth as they would strut off, upset.

Pierre smiled and raised his wrist, with the watch on it, into sight. "In two hours, the fireworks will be set off, and the festival will reach it's docile stage. Interesting, I have time." He chuckled before putting both hands into his pockets, nudging himself off the wall and walking into the avenue dedicated to food stands and games.

He pulled away from the shadows, and towards a lemonade stand, possibly the only normal beverage here. Pierre would lean against the stand and smile innocently, the stand lady flushing a subtle, rosy pink. "M-May I help you, sir?" She stuttered, refusing to take her eyes off of him.

"A cup of lemonade. Give one to me." He would tap a pair of fingers on his bicep while his arms crossed, a subtle demand in his tone.

"Y-You can just have it. We have a surplus anyway!" She smiled as she hurried to prepare it.

    "Right." He snickered, waiting impatiently.

It was only have a few more moments did she return with a fresh bottle of lemonade and handed it to him in a haste. "Here you are, sir! Enjoy the festival."

Pierre would take the bottle and chuckle, nodding silently before turning away and walking, raising a hand to gesture his goodbye. However, it was getting crowded. The bottle didn't have a cap either, so he kept an eye out. What was he going to do next?

HEIR TO THE THRONE OF YOUR ORIGINAL SIN
Bright Lights, Cheerful families, It had been a while since Jade last had last been here. She remembered it like it was yesterday however, the day when she met Mashyuu. She had stayed at a hotel near the festival grounds and she took a bath with the man in the rooms hot springs. She took a big whiff of the air in and exhaled "Still the same scent as last time..." she muttered underneath her breath. A young man came up to her and offered her a drink as she walked. She smiled at him and bowed "Ah, no thank you." She straightened up as the man walked off sadly. The girl shook her head and sighed "Some people just don't have any restraint do they..." she muttered to herself as she looked around. It wasn't normal for her to be out and about, especially in this type of crowd or setting, "Fun" not being her favorite thing to do. But she felt as if she needed to get out and enjoy the Nightlife of a town that was well known for its nightlife.

She tended to veer away from the people as she was not a person who liked crowded places because of the slim chance someone would recognize her even with her outfit on. She wore a small black skirt and a light pink button down blouse that reached to about her belly button. Her shoes however were white heels were about an inch or so off the ground, paired with black thigh high socks. She walked with what little grace she had as she was not used to walking around in her heels quite yet, she did however walk with a sort of royal dignity about her. A small child ran between her legs and almost caused her to fall over "Tch... Why do I even choose to go outside... I may never know..." she said with a slight annoyance to her voice.

The aroma the air smelled like alcohol and a mix of different foods. She closed her eyes and took another whiff of the air. Something stuck out from it, something sweet. She looked around and smiled sweetly "Ice cream!" she exclaimed excitedly, almost like a small child would on Christmas day. She started to walk faster, sniffing the air every now and again to try and pin point the scent. Eventually she arrived at a small cart where an older lady was making Ice cream out of a machine. Jade sensed that the machine was being power on magic. When the lady looked up and saw the customer she offered a sweet smile "Hello dear, what can I get for you?" she has a sweet grandma type voice, One that even made Jade's cold heart melt a bit. The God Slayer took out a pouch of jewels and began counting them in her hand "One Vanilla cone please!" Jade usually had a bubbly and cheerful tone when she was in this disguise in order to further hide her identity from the public.

As she walked further into the Festival, she would notice that the sun was starting the set "Ah the fire works will be starting soon." she made a note to herself before continuing onward. She licked her Ice cream and hummed a happy little song as she walked along. All of a sudden one of the children running around bumped into her and kept running "H-Hey!" she cried as her Ice scream fell out of her hands and she lost her footing with her heels and fell forwards.

Pierre proceeded down the avenue of sweet treats and zesty foods, and he might as well go crazy now after seeing all those things. Lizard heads, bird wings, spider eyes, vulcan fingers, it was almost gross. But he managed. People are so gluttonous... easier to catch, I suppose. He smiled to himself as his lips grazed the rim of the tip of his lemonade, taking small, controlled sips. He would not lie to himself, this was a rather pleasant beverage. A rich, sour taste to it, but lingering pulp would slip down his throat every few seconds.

His lips retreated from the cold beverage, and Pierre had been left satisfied, but not impressed. If anything, it was above rubbish. Not to be critical, but it could've been better. A lot of things could be better, really. This festival in of itself could be improved. But one may not want this cat demon's input. His taste in entertainment... was unique. He found true entertainment in conflict and chaos. It was rather cliche and boring, festivals. A little push is what they needed. In two hours, the fireworks would set off and hundreds of people would stop to watch it's glory. However, it is at dusk where Pierre's festival would start.

The idea was mockingly pleasant to think of, but irritable knowing that he must wait in order to truly enjoy it. So instead, he distracted himself with the chattering women and gossiping teenagers. His azure eyes would dash from stand and group alike, standing in the middle of the avenue.

Of course... such a stop-point would take a toll on him as some kids would scurry by. Pierre would peer over his shoulder to follow them, a rather unpleased expression on his face. "Put a leash on those savages-- !!"

    THUD!

Another young girl had been within reach, and had unexpectedly fell onto him, causing him to stumble back and fall over onto his back, the stranger uncomfortably placed on top of him and his beverage splattered all over his clothes.

Recovering from the impact, Pierre unlocked his eyelids and squinted to the young woman, who appeared to be wearing a small black skirt, accompanied with a light pink button down blouse and white heels that were about an inch or so off the ground, also in unison with a black thigh high sock pair.

He would raise a brow and scowl, not pleased with what had just taken place. "Do you mind?" He spoke, urging her to get off. "You're heavy."
