Mashyuu in: Witches and Tigers and Wardrobes Oh My!

Job Description:

The trek to Glowflower Lake had been one that Mashyuu hadn't expected to even be taking. But at the request of the Sabertooth Guild Master how could the Earth Slayer resist? The sun was high in the sky today, it's rays beating down on the Earth Wizard and his elemental Companion. Mashyuu Stopped a few meters short of the lake and looked around it carefully. Animals all watched as the Wizard and the Elemental monster started to look for the village that was supposed to be located here. "...I think they are in the trees.... What the hell are those?" Mashyuu looked up to see small and large doors carved into the trunks and spines of tress around the forest. As he shouted his concern a series of pieces of furniture soared down from the tallest canopies of trees.

Animals scattered and hid in their respective dens as the horde of animated objects swarmed the area around the lake and a unified sigh of relief could be heard from the creatures dwelling in the trees after getting some sort of relief from the flying attacks. A dresser took aim at Mashyuu and made a sweeping motion towards Mashyuu. The Wizard bent his knees then sprang up and over the dresser at the last possible moment. He managed to land atop the thing then sprang off it, only to grab onto a broom as it went high into the air. Mashyuu suddenly felt sick as the broom spiraled to shake Mashyuu off. Confused and dizzy Mashyuu released his grip on the broom and fell to his knees on the dirt ground some twenty feet below him.

Mashyuu landed on his knees hard and was shaken by the sudden impact, though not harmed. He flexed his fingers in his new red and black gloves and started to stand as Rocky inhaled while running up on Mashyuu and stopping at his side. Rocky unleashed a steady stream of stones that all crashed into various flying objects, causing wood to splinter and fall lifelessly to the ground. "We didn't even get to meet the lady paying us this time! What a crazy day." Mashyuu stated.

Still of the thirty things that had been flying around only six had gone down. That stupid dresser started to fly at Mashyuu once again but this time the Earth Dragon Slayer was ready. His eyes narrowed and ran through the line of things behind the dresser. Rocky started to bark angerly at the animated objects but Mashyuu didn't budge. Instead he waited, and waited until the dresser was in punching distance. He slipped a leg back and his right arm with it.

Mashyuu's right arm crackled with a sudden burst of energy and as he threw his fist forward the Earth Slayer launched a bolt of pure electricity straight forward. The bolt ripped through the dresser and hit everything else in a straight line, splintering everything with little effort. Mashyuu grinned ear to ear at the attack he made then glanced down at Rocky, the Earth Elemental simply looking up at him in confused joy. "If that's the worst of things I think we are going to be just fine buddy."

Together with Rocky, Mashyuu made his way up a seemingly hidden flight of stairs to a door that was hidden in a tree. Mashyuu knocked on the door and a buxom blonde Elf in a red dress and tall hat answered the door. the Earth Dragon Slayer's jaw nearly hit the ground at the sight of the woman but he just barely managed to keep himself from gawking after the woman. He shook his head for a moment then spoke. "Hilda? Hi, I'm Mashyuu, the council sent me over to help with the situation." He pointed over his shoulder to the destroyed constructs that were littering the grass around the lake. Hilda smiled warmly at the Wizard and his animal companion and moved aside, motioning for the two to enter her home...

Finding himself sitting at a kitchen table with a cup of warm tea in front of him, Mashyuu was struggling to maintain eye contact with the woman in a low cut top. Hilda took a sip of tea then explained the situation. "A spell of mine went wrong... Things started to animate. They attacked the village and still are at random. The worst is one is the Wardrobe. If that were destroyed then my spell would be broken... I just am not strong enough to do it myself." She admitted. Mashyuu glanced down to Rocky and shrugged his shoulders. "Well... We haven't backed down from a job yet. So we will help you. Just do me a favor and next time keep your spells in check." Mashyuu grabbed the tea and took a long sip of the warm drink. "This isn't going to attack me is it?"

Mashyuu and Rocky left Hilda's home and sat on her front step, looking over the hidden village standing around the lake. The sun was starting to set and plants were glowing a beautifully dim light that, together with other plants the forest lit up beautifully. Mashyuu couldn't imagine many places more beautiful in the world and the idea that magic had started to cause such problems made the Earth Dragon Slayer sick. Mashyuu closed his eyes for a moment until Rocky nudged him. "Alright... Come on Rocky lets go save the day partner."

...Back on the grass covered ground the Slayer and Elemental cautiously stalked the land. From what Hilda said, her tiger had been hunting in the area, as had the wardrobe. If Mashyuu could avoid the tiger and find the Wardrobe, Mashyuu could end the spell. The plan was simple enough: find the Wardrobe, get the jump on it and hope to god that Mashyuu and Rocky could take the thing down before it had the chance to take down the pair.

The young man kept low to the grass, his brown hair just barely standing out against the tall blades of grass, but the light of the other various plants did little to help the young man stay hidden. Mashyuu's ears perked up at the sound of a high pitched whistling sound. The pair looked up to see a massive wooden wardrobe circling over head, seemingly searching. "I don't think it can see all that well. This is our chance."

Mashyuu pointed a finger at the ground and a loose stone floated up to Mashyuu's fingertip. The rock stayed level with his finger while the Wardrobe hovered around in the air, looking for something to strike with a spell. "God I hope this works. Rock Bullet!" The rock went sailing through the air at a high speed, howling and spinning as it reached it's intended target. The stone blasted into the Wardrobe seemingly doing almost no damage. The tall wardrobe swept down at the Earth Wizard and tried to attack the man, sweeping over his perfect hair just barely missing.

After it's sweeping motion the Wardrobe floated in the air for a long moment. Mashyuu gritted his teeth and tried to search for any sign that he had harmed the perceptive thing. Mashyuu was about to strike again when the creature shook hard and erupted. A high powered gust of wind shot from the brown and gold trimmed wardrobe but the moment the doors of the Wardrobe spread wide, Mashyuu and Rocky both spread out, moving from the position they were in and managed to dodge just before a large chunk of grass and dirt was blown up and away from the magical effect.

Swiftly Mashyuu landed and looked over his shoulder to see the damage that the Wardrobe had caused. He glared at the wooden thing and thought about his spells. "I bet that thing can blow away my ranged spells... Gotta get it from behind if anything." Mashyuu said while Rocky barked loudly and started to growl. Mashyuu looked down at the Elemental while he stood up to his full height.

The Wardrobe's doors closed and it took aim again. Mashyuu lightly kicked Rocky in the side, signaling it to take off. Rocky rushed forward, moving to draw the Flying Wardrobes attention. The Earth Elemental took a deep breath of air then launched a spew of stones towards the Wardrobe. The Wardrobe in turn used it's wind ability to reflect the stones. Mashyuu in the mean time ran to the left while his right arm charged with electricity. "Thunder Flash!" He shouted, launching a bolt of electricity at the wooden structure, singeing part of the wood.

"Yeah.... This thing doesn't have what it takes to take me down." Mashyuu mused to himself. The massive creature shot up into the sky, until Mashyuu couldn't see it anymore. He swore under his breath and called out to Rocky. "Rocky! Get moving!" The Elemental rushed, trying to evade whatever was coming at the pair. Suddenly a Wardrobe shot down next to Mashyuu, just barely missing the man. The ground rumbled and attempted to knock Mashyuu over. The Wizard scoffed at the idea and sent a firm knee into the Wardrobe, splintering pieces of wood.

Wardrobe hits: 2/15

A distant yelp could be heard above Mashyuu. He placed his gaze up and watched as Rocky bit down on the Wooden Wardrobe. Mashyuu gauged the distance from the ground to where the monster was and he clenched his jaw. Every time he fired off a ranged attack the monster responded with a spell. The kick he gave it caused the monster to erupt with a fire based spell that had nearly put him down. Mashyuu instantly came up with a plan.

Mashyuu bent at the knee and cast a spell under his legs. A six foot stone wall jutted up under him and launched the Earth Wizard in the air high. His Dragon Slayer's Blood started to run hot in his body while he flexed his arms as hard as he could. At the peak of the launch the stone wall gave him Mashyuu channeled the energy in his jacket as electricity crackled through his body. "Lightning Leap!" He shouted and vanished in a burst of electricity. The Earth Slayer appeared above the monster and aimed his hand down towards the creature. "Sin, aid me!"

From Mashyuu's left palm, the serpent like monster jutted from his hand in a black mass. It's sharp teeth glistened in the moon light as it's jaw unhinged and it bit down on the wooden body of the Wardrobe. While the creature couldn't heal Mashyuu of his wounds it did managed to do some harm to the monster.

Wardrobe hits: 3/15

Wind kicked up around Mashyuu as he started to plummet to the ground. Wind whipped around him while the monsterous Wardrobe did battle with both Rocky and Sin, seemingly unphased by the pairs attacks. Mashyuu whipped past the trio in a brown blur. As he fell a loud voice echoed through the night sky. Mashyuu looked over to see a Giant sailing through the air on a flying bed. "Ah hell." Mashyuu muttered when he saw the other twenty nine flying objects coming his way. "Does that thing summon monsters on command?" Mashyuu asked himself just before the bed crashed into the Earth Dragon Slayer.

Mashyuu flipped and rolled over the bed and hit the head board, landing next to Giant who was wearing a pair of green pajamas. It's grey skin looked cold in the night air. It glared at Mashyuu as if the Earth Wizard had summoned up the bed and forced it to slam into the Slayer. Mashyuu glared at the massive man and pulled himself up onto his feet, even if just barely due to the sudden illness he was feeling. He closed his eyes and spread his arms, letting the wind carry him off the bed and sent him free falling to the grass ground.

Wardrobe hits: 3/15

The ground caught up to Mashyuu faster than he expected but still the Wizard managed to roll with the fall, reducing the amount of pain he suffered considerably. He sprang up onto his heels, jumped into the air and delivered a powerful spinning kick straight into a flying table, smashing the wood on the spot. Before another flying object could come at the Wizard he dropped down and took a large chunk of earth out of the ground with his mouth, replenishing some of his magical power from the use of so many spells. Mashyuu stood up and flexed his hands before smashing his left fist through an oncoming kitchen counter. It splintered around him while Rocky and Sin landed next to the Earth Dragon Slayer.

Sin snaked up onto it's tail and lashed it's body into a flying broom, smashing it in half. "...This is a bunch of nonsense. Why have you called me here!? To battle flying wooden objects? Bah you waist my skills." The monster said through fanged teeth. Mashyuu just rolled his eyes and prepared for another wave of flying objects. The ground rumbled under Mashyuu's feet and the trio turned to look at the Giant who was once in bed had smashed his own bed and running towards the trio. Mashyuu and Rocky jumped to the left while Sin snaked right, the Giant smashed through a set of dressers in a charge, clearing a path to the flying Wardrobe.

Wardrobe hits: 3/15

"Rocky, Sin. Flank it!" Mashyuu ordered as the man rushed forward, behind the path that the Giant had made. The Giant grabbed a large coat rack and used it as a club to swing it around like a club against other flying things from his house. Sin shot one way while Rocky ran the other, all towards the Wardrobe. At nearly the same time the three converged on the same point. While the Wardrobe attempted to trip up the three, only Rocky and Sin fell prone. Mashyuu couldn't be moved thanks to his strange fighting style and feet placement. The earth shot up into Mashyuu's hand making a staff of stone and the Wizard used it in a flurry to smash into the wardrobe multiple times before flipping back and running away.

The Wardrobe, like the other two times Mashyuu struck it started to glow red and soon a red hot heat wave launched out around it. Mashyuu just barely managed to avoid the blast radius that the Wardrobe unleashed. The Giant howled in pain for a moment as his back became red from the sudden burst of fire like energy. Sin and Rocky had been outside of the blast thanks to falling just moments before.

Wardrobe hits: 4/15

Rocky stood up and howled loudly then shot a stream of stones at the Wardrobe, only to have them blown away by the Wardrobes wind ability. This however gave Sin and Mashyuu the opening they needed. Mashyuu rushed forward along with Sin. The two slammed into the Wardrobe together harming the Wardrobe about as much as Mashyuu would have done with a stronger spell than his Stone Staff but the job was done. Mashyuu twisted on his heel to try and run but the Wardrobe seemed to learn from the past few strikes Mashyuu made against the strange thing. Almost instantly it unleashed a massive blast, hitting Mashyuu and Sin hard.

Sin went wide eyed in anger before it vanished in a could of smoke from the sudden impact of heat. The Earth Dragon Slayer fought through the pain, stumbling forward and falling to a knee. He already wanted to smash his stone staff through the back of the living wood. "Ah this almost isn't even worth the damn reward, I'm fighting magical wood." Mashyuu groaned to himself. The Earth Wizard spun around and smashed his staff into the monster again, to try and stun it but he doubted a single strike from his stone staff would do the trick.

Wardrobe hits: 5/15

The Earth Dragon Slayer was about to follow up his strike when he heard the horrid sound of the Giant screaming in pain. Mashyuu looked to his left to see the Giant had been impaled through the shoulders by a pair of animated spears. Mashyuu winced from watching the pain shoot through the Giant's body. Still though the Giant kept fighting, swinging his arms about wildly to bat away anything that had decided it was a good idea to get close to him. Mashyuu spread his legs carefully as the Wardrobe attempted to strike him. The ground erupted around the Earth Slayer and a suit of stone armor covered his body. The intense heat shot out again but did no damage to the Wizard thanks to his strong stone armor. "Gonna have to do better than that."

Mashyuu wasn't sure how the Wardrobe actually targeted things but it managed to deflect ranged attacks from time to time but he wasn't going to let that stop him. Rocky had snuck up behind the wooden Wardrobe but the thing didn't seem to notice. Spikes jutted up from it's body and Mashyuu decided to do what he could to help. He slid along the ground moving backwards then threw his staff at the creature, letting the stone rod fly forward. The monster blew the staff back, hitting Mashyuu but doing nothing at all. At that same moment Rocky lunged forward and smashed into the creature, causing it to howl in pain.

Wardrobe hits: 6/15

I wonder if that thing can blow away an electrical blast. Mashyuu thought to himself while moving backwards away from the monster. The Wizard pulled his right arm back and electricity sparked through his arm hard, and while he let his hand shoot forward a flash of electrical energy surged through his body. "Thunder Flash!" The Wizard called out. The Wizard's arm launched a bolt of electricity through the air at the Wardrobe. Trying to counter, the Wardrobe sent a gust of wind at the bolt but the monsters spell had no effect on pure energy, and instead the bolt crashed and crackled through the thick wooden object before dispersing.

Mashyuu was about to follow up the attack when the spears that had ripped through the Giant attacked Mashyuu instead. His suit of rock armor blocked the first strike but the second one managed to break through his armor. The stone slabs fell to the floor and the Wizard was put on the defensive. Spears stabbed wildly at the Earth Wizard and Mashyuu was forced to block and deflect spear tip after spear tip. His stance helped him from giving any ground but he couldn't seem to gain any advantage for a long moment.

Wardrobe hits: 7/15

Somehow Rocky had gotten mixed up in the battle along the side of the Giant, leaving the terrible Wardrobe to terrorize those inside the village. The Giant and Rocky battled fiercely against seemingly twenty flying objects. Mashyuu wanted to help but spears were currently flying back and fourth past him, just barely missing his face with each stab. The Earth Dragon Slayer ducked, dodged and weaved in order to keep himself from getting stabbed. Harshly he swatted a spear away and spun around the other. He grabbed it and swang it hard to try and throw it away. The Spear however caught itself mid air and turned around. It flew at Mashyuu and the Wizard threw up an Earth Wall to block the spear. It lodged itself deep in the wall and became stuck. At least until the wall would eventually go down. "One down, one to go." Mashyuu counted. He took on an aggressive stance and prepared as the other spear took aim at him. It flew true towards the Earth Dragon Slayer who readied his body. Swiftly he grabbed the spear just under the spears metal tip. He gripped it hard and snapped the wooden shaft, causing the thing to fall to the ground with a light clank.

Wardrobe hits: 7/15

Mashyuu's earth wall sank into the ground and snapped the other spear in half leaving both the stabbing, flying objects lifeless. Mashyuu wasn't gassed on magical energy, nor was his life blood draining from him very fast but he was a little winded. Most things he fought had needed to take a breath and think things over mid fight to adjust. This stupid Wardrobe however seemed to not need to do anything. Every time Mashyuu hit it with a spell or swipe of his claws the Wardrobe had instantly reacted with a powerful spell in return. Mashyuu wasn't sure how to fight the thing at this point, nor did he really even know where it went.

The Giant screamed out in pain for a moment but still managed to swing it's coat rack into a flying table smashing it to bits. Rocky in that time had been atop a love seat and started tearing into the flying seat, spreading cotton and stuffing through the air. Mashyuu ran up and grabbed a stone from his armor in his palm. He slid to a knee next to the Giant and took aim as if he were holding a gun. The stone he held floated to his finger while he lined up a shot that would have taken down the remaining flying objects. "Rock Bullet!" He shouted and blasted a stone at a high speed knocking four small lamps out of the sky.

Wardrobe hits: 7/15

Mashyuu, Rocky and the Giant all looked at each other with a relieved look on their face while the animals of the lake started to come back out into the open, looking to make sure that the area was clear of any danger... Mashyuu met back at the Witches home to go over the battle he had just had with the Wardrobe and the animated objects. He found himself sitting on a lush sofa with a small cup of tea in his hands, warming the Earth Slayers cold fingers. "What's inside the Wardrobe that lets it cast spells like that?" Mashyuu asked after taking a sip. The Witch sat across from him and thought for a moment, looking like she didn't want to admit the mistakes she had made. "...My magical scrolls... And components for my spells." Mashyuu hung his head for a moment and wanted to choke her for making such a dangerous mistake. He was lucky that he hadn't ran into her pet Tiger out in the grass.

The young Earth Slayer finished his tea and placed the cup on a coffee table then looked it over for a moment to make sure it wasn't going to attack him. "How does it pick what comes to life and what doesn't?" The way Mashyuu saw it, the more information he had the better he could fight this thing the next time.

Wardrobe hits: 7/15

The Witch shrugged her shoulders, making the red straps of her dress slip off her shoulders for a moment before she pulled them back up. "Honestly I don't really know. It seems a bit randomized. Sometimes things from entire homes animate and other times there are only a few things from multiple places animate. It might just be the Wardrobe flies around a building and randomizes animated objects. I wish I could help more. But again the reward will be worth it." She said and handed him a blanket to sleep on her couch for the night...

As the sun rose and light crept through the windows of the Witches home, Mashyuu sat up and ran a hand through his seemingly perfect hair. He closed his eyes again to try and go back to sleep until he realized he hadn't taken down the Wardrobe yet. Mashyuu jumped out of the couch and snapped his fingers. Rocky sprang into action, running to Mashyuu's side. The pair slipped out of the tree house without saying a word to the Witch who was already up and making breakfast.

The Earth Wizard jumped from the spiral stair case that ran up the tree and landed on the ground, rolling through the grass. He sniffed the air and while wood was the most potent smell in the area he could smell the odor of treated paper too. "Get Ready Rocky, this is going to be the last time we fight this thing."

Wardrobe hits: 7/15

Mashyuu's blue eyes scanned the sky while Rocky slowly paced in a circle watching for the Wardrobe that had caused the pair a massive amount of trouble in the span of a single night. The Earth Slayer's ears tweaked at the rustling of leaves in a tree. He spun to find the Wardrobe coming at them head on. Mashyuu flung his body back and sprang with his hands a few feet away as the Wardrobe came crashing down. Unfortunately Rocky wasn't as fast as the Earth Slayer. The Wardrobe crashed down atop the dog like creature, digging it into the ground. A bright red light surrounded the Wardrobe and Mashyuu extended his palm. A spray of stones lanced out at the Wardrobe. The wooden structure stopped glowing red instantly and instead sprayed a gust of wind out, knocking the rocks back into Mashyuu who's slayer and birth linage kept him safe from the harm his own spell would do to him.

From under the Wardrobe the ground started to shake and suddenly Rocky shot up, splintering the bottom board of the wooden Wardrobe with stone spikes. Apparently Mashyuu had given his pet and friend the opening it needed to recover and counter attack. Rocky shot up on it's four legs and paced around the Wardrobe, looking for an opening that may or may not have been there.

Wardrobe hits: 8/15

"Rocky Move!" Mashyuu shouted and pulled his arm back as that familiar crackle of electricity charged through his right arm. He had already proven that the wooden Wardrobe couldn't reverse the electrical effects of his armored jacket. As he opened his palm Mashyuu took aim at the creature. Rocky's little legs carried it rapidly over the land as Mashyuu threw his arm forward and a bolt of electricity jutted in a straight line. "Thunder Flash!" He shouted. The bolt of electricity raced forward almost to fast for the human eye to see and slammed into the Wardrobe. Mashyuu took a stance and rushed forward at the wooden object to try and confused it. His knee slammed into the Wardrobe while Rocky spun around and raced forward again.

Doors flapped open and batted Mashyuu away, while not doing any real harm the doors were much stronger than Mashyuu expected and they sent his sliding along the ground rapidly. Rocky took over the fight with the Wardrobe, as it bit down on the wood and did seemingly nothing to the thick object. Mashyuu continued his slide and sprang up on a single hand and foot throwing his body weight around until he was back on both legs.

Wardrobe hits: 8/15

Back on his legs Mashyuu rushed forward again for the Wardrobe. His long legs carried the Earth Dragon Slayer across the land as he neared the Wardrobe with a balled up fist. Mashyuu sprang up into the air and slammed his fists down atop the Wardrobe. The top of the Wardrobe cracked and warped under Mashyuu's strike. Following his strike Mashyuu's hands opened and he flipped straight over the wardrobe. His legs kicked out and slammed along the side of the wooden structure, nearly toppling the thing over. "Rocky run!" He ordered and took off as fast as his body could carry him.

Mashyuu assumed that the Wardrobe was going to use a spell but when he looked over his shoulder the Wardrobe was gone. High over head the Wardrobe aimed it's mass at Mashyuu and dropped at a speed to fast for Mashyuu to be able to dodge. It hit him dead on, head first and nearly broke his bones on impact. Surely his bones were bruised and cracked as he was stopped suddenly and placed into the ground for a painful moment. The Wardrobe shot high into the air again and came back down atop him. A plume of dirty air shot up around the Wardrobe but Mashyuu didn't seem to move under it.

Wardrobe hits: 9/15

What the Wardrobe couldn't see was that after planting Mashyuu into the dirt, the Earth Dragon Slayer started to munch and feast on the ground that was under him. Dirt coated his lips and teeth while the Wizard continued to eat and replenish the magical energy in his body. He doubted he needed Dragon Force to beat the thing but if he could get some extra strength while the monster thought it was killing him then why not. The Wardrobe Sprang up again and seemed like it was going to land atop the Earth Slayer when Rocky's spinned body slammed back into the Wardrobe, knocking it away from the Earth Slayer and buying the Wizard time.

The Wizard pulled himself up from the ground and cranked his neck, cracking the bones and relieving tension in his body. Rocky had somehow managed to push the Wardrobe away far enough that Mashyuu had the time to think for a few moments. ...Can it send it's wind out in more than one direction? If not I might have an idea. It doesn't matter. I have to try either way. He thought to himself and started to skirt around the Wardrobe and Rocky until he was behind the Wooden structure.

Wardrobe hits: 10/15

Mashyuu watched while his Earth Elemental and the Wardrobe danced around each other. For something so large the creature was very agile and able to wander around the Golem. Mashyuu took a deep breath of air to focus. Deep in Mashyuu's soul a dark creature started to cackle and cry out for release. Mashyuu let the thing come forward and from his shadow a small creature with long limbs and deep red eyes started to dance around Mashyuu. It smiled with wicked teeth up at the Wizard and spoke. "....Let's kill that thing Master. It would be happy to help, I fetch something now?" Mashyuu chuckled and glanced down at the monster. "Confuse that thing. Rocky! Stone Spew!" The Earth Dragon Slayer shouted.

Rocky barked in response and started to rush around to get into position. The Wizard knew that Rocky would attack from the front so the Dark One teleported atop it and smacked the creature on what others would call it's head. Mashyuu in the mean time used his link with the Dark One and vanished, only to appear behind the Wardrobe. His finger tip pointed to the ground and a small stone floated up to the index finger. He took aim with his finger and was about to fire. Rocky unleashed a stream of stones at the Wardrobe. At the same time Mashyuu fired off a blast like a bullet. The stone ripped into the Wardrobe as it let lose a stream of wind.

Things were going smoothly, while Mashyuu and Rocky had suffered from some blows the pair had managed to keep the Wardrobe on the defensive. That alone was a boon for the Earth Dragon Slayer and his elemental companion. Again the Wardrobe started to glow red then it erupted in a sudden flash of violent red energy. Heat enveloped Mashyuu, Rocky and the Dark One swiftly. The man gritted his teeth with the energy that burned his skin. When the spell cleared the Dark One was looking worse for wear as was Rocky.

The Dark One teleported to Rocky's side and touched the dog like creature. "Come come. Master won't like if I not help you get to safety. Let's go." He ordered and teleported away from the wooden Wardrobe to a safe distance with Rocky at it's side. Mashyuu glared for a moment and started to look around. It seemed that he drew a crowd with the battle. The Wizard's spells had alerted the village to the fight taking place outside their homes. Giants, Pixies and elves alike all watched as the Earth Dragon Slayer and the Wardrobe that had been causing them nothing but trouble engaged in combat.

Mashyuu needed to finish this swiftly. He reached out and pulled up a series of rocks to form around his arms. He rushed forward and slammed his fists into the wardrobe again before it could managed to turn.

"Gotta end this quick!" Mashyuu whispered under his breath as he finished his first blow against the Wardrobe. Before he could follow up the strike the Wardrobe twisted around and blasted him with a gust of wind. The spell should have blown the Wizard backwards but his footing and stance kept him from rolling backwards. Mashyuu smiled wide and sent his gauntlet covered fist straight up into the wooden Wardrobes center. It made a sickening cracking sound as his fist crashed into the back of the wardrobe and came back out. The Earth Slayer smirked while his right arm charged with one last blast of electricity, but the Wardrobe shot high into the sky and let the sun keep Mashyuu from seeing the thing.

Mashyuu took a series of small steps back from the place he was standing while scanned for Rocky. The Elemental started to yelp loudly while the Dark One pointed up at a shadow that was growing over the Wizard. Mashyuu grinned and vanished into a plume of smoke. He appeared next to the Wooden Wardrobe while his arm ran rampant with electricity. "Thunder Flash!" He shouted and shot the Wardrobe with electrical energy. The wood splintered and cracked for a moment. Following up the attack mashyuu flipped through the air and smashed his fists straight through the Wardrobe, smashing it in half.

Mashyuu landed on the ground with a thud as the Wooden Wardrobe fell to splinters around him. The Wizard stood up and ran his hand through his hair while his spells ended and crumbled to the ground around him. Mashyuu looked up to the villagers who were all cheering the young man and his Elemental Companion. The Wizard smiled and waved to the creatures who were shouting out to the Wizard who had just saved their village from something that had been bothering them for days. "I'm just happy we didn't run into the crazy tiger right?" Mashyuu joked to Rocky.

That afternoon the village had a feast for Mashyuu in order to thank him for helping the village. Afterwards he found himself in the Witches home, sitting on that familiar sofa. The Witch had taken most of the morning at the splintered Wardrobe collecting her magical scrolls. "Well as agreed. Here are the Jewels for helping me. And you didn't hurt my Tiger so... Here." He extended an arm and handed Mashyuu a straight broom stick. "It will fly you wherever you like." Mashyuu took it but couldn't tell her that his body would make him sick if he was riding the broom. "Thank you. It's very kind of you to give this to me. Just do me a favor and promise to be more careful the next time you go out and try to make stuff fly."
