    Magic

    Primary Magic: Mage Bane Marital Arts
    Secondary Magic:
    Caster or Holder: Caster Non-magic
    Description:
    A Chi base martial art centered around the Truth lineage, designed to fight magic users and magic item users. The Chi of the user is used to interrupt the flow of magic in item and people causing item to break and magic user to have to expend more magic to cast spells. this art was designed to function with the Aura Truth's lineage gives off allowing the user to keep fighting to their full extent while sealing all magic a opponent or opponent has. the chi can also be use to cause status effects based around the elements such as burning or freezing enemy's, or at higher lvl Directly affect the elements by causing Earth quakes and lightning strikes. While mostly a offensive art it has some support features farther down the lines such as healing and Stat boosts.

    Kiba has recently started using Dark Chi, which allows him to power up his attack at the cost of his own body. While these attacks are more powerful they tend to show his darker nature as a human. Kiba believes that Both light and dark should be in balance.

    Strengths:

    • Unaffected by Magic Defenses or Stifling(such as Truth Ability)


    • Kiba is immune to Poisons and Bleeding stops after 1 post.


    • 10% chi regen every 4 posts(Lowered by 1)


    • Can Control Elements

    Weaknesses:

    • Cant Create Elements only control them


    • CANT USE MAGIC(Effects Secondary and magic item use)


    • Mundane def work better


    • melee focused


    BSL: 968 Feet per minute(11 MPH), This is due to Kiba being near peak condition from the training he has done since he was a child.


    \Abilities/Powers:
    Anti-Magic: spells(strikes) are ability's and non magical thus are unaffected my magic stifling effects(such as Truth Ability) and magical defense. Kiba fist are enhanced with Chi making Magic defenses useless against them meaning spells and passive don't reduce his melee damage.

    Chi Healing: Kiba's Chi has Reached a level were he heals 5% health every post as well as becoming Immune to Poison and Bleeding effect stop after one post. This is due to Chi being pure life energy

    Chi Null: Spells and Item effects that lower the rank of Kiba's attacks and "Magic" no longer work. This is due to Chi not being magic. Kiba does not give off a magical aura and in terms of sensory ability(as perk or magic app ability) registers as a non-magical person(Cause he is non-magical)

    Chi Interruption: Kiba's Attack now leave trace amounts of Chi in and on the enemy's body causing magic users spell cost to go up by 1% per Attack or ability. These increases stack up to 10% on magic users Ranked Equal to or under Kiba and 5% to magic users Higher ranked. Magic users may Expend HP or MP equal to the current increase to purge it from their body. This Increase lasts for 3 post but can be refreshed.

    Please follow the correct format to registering magic, and if need be, read the rules for registering spells properly. I don't mean to be strict, but this seems too messy for anyone to review.

    Description: A swift strike made with the tips of the fingers that cause pain and makes Casting harder. Cause a 2% increase in spell cost for the rest of the day. Too OP needs a duration of 3 posts and a cooldown of 4
    Strengths:

    • Stacking: If struck more than once the effects stack. How much do effects stack? If you notice that S and H ranks get to use D and C rank spells for free. Stacks need to be 1% more by hit.


    • no cool-down This is too OP for no cool down


    • not affected by Magic Defenses

    Weaknesses:

    • Mundane defenses reduce damage by 10%


    • Melee only


    • Only used once per post with no other strike(non-combo)


    • Requires 2% extra chi to use


    Name: Crushing Fist
    Rank: D
    Type: Offensive, Non-magic, Evolving(takes highest spell slot available. Example if a c rank is gained this spell takes it and the user gains the d rank back)
    Description: A Strike made with the fist that is aimed at magic items. Causes magic items to lose on rank with a 5% chance to outright destroy.(increases by 5% per wizard rank.) You need to affect only weapons and items categorized at weak and strong. All others you cannot affect them.
    Strengths:

    • No cool-down


    • De-ranks or destroys magic items


    • Not affected by Magic defenses

    Weaknesses:


    • Melee Only


    • Useless against non-magic items


    • May only be used once per post with no other strikes(non-Combo)


    Name: Cleaving Hand
    Rank: D
    Type: Offensive, Non-Magic
    Description: A chopping motion is made with the Knife-hand that causes Bleeding and a loss of 2% magic. 1% magic loss to C rank mages and no loss to any rank higher. Describe bleeding please.
    Strengths:

    • Not Affected by magic defenses


    • Can cause bleeding


    • No cool down

    Weaknesses:

    • Mundane defenses reduce damage by 10% and 50% chance to prevent bleeding


    • Melee only


    • Only used once per post with no other strike(non-combo)


    • Requires 2% extra chi to use


    Name: Burning Palm
    Rank: D
    Type: Offensive, Non-magic
    Description: A palm strike that has a slight glow to it which cause magic to burn away for 1d6 posts at a rate of 1d4 per post(to be rolled with each post by person affected)Good luck getting some of these members to do this. You need to rework this spell completely. No one here rolls d6 or d4 dice... YET.
    Strengths:

    • Causes magic to burn away


    • Not affected my magic defenses


    • Does damage over time equal to half the d4 at d rank

    Weaknesses:

    • Mundane defenses reduce damage by 10%


    • Melee only


    • Only used once per post with no other strike(non-combo)


    • Non-stacking: hitting target again does NOT reset turn counter and cost Extra chi equal to d6


    • 5 post cool down

    Sorry had a shit weekend and start of week. Didn't mean to disappear on you.

    Stunning fist needs a duration. From what I'm reading you are making it so that their magic costs are stacked. hmm... We may need to work this differently. Let's make it so that there is no cool down on this spell. Instead once you use the spell 5 times in a row your cool down will be 6 posts. That way you can actually have the stacks last for 5 posts.

    Let me point out where this needs to be editing again.

    With your first and second spell please state that the duration of the effects reset when it's stacked. This will be your last edit.

    Description: A Strike made with the fist that is aimed for the center of the body the winds the target and cause 1% increase in magic cost. 3 post duration/2 turn cooldown Let's make this the same as what we were working on. Put a duration on the and max on the stacks.
    Strength

    • 30% chance to stun(halves movement)


    • Stacking: If struck more than once the effects stack.(max of 5%) refreshes timer


    • Not affected by Magic defenses


    Weaknesses:

    • Does 25% less damage


    • Melee Only


    • Useless against non-magic items


    • May only be used once per post with no other strikes(non-Combo)


    • 2 turn cooldown


    Name: Cleaving Hand

    Description: A chopping motion is made with the Knife-hand that causes 2% magic loss to D rank mages and 1% magic loss to C rank mages and no loss to any rank higher. can also cause target to drop any held items due to a numbing effect.

    • Cause Chi burn(magic loss)


    • Numbing can cause target to drop items held 30% of the time

    Weaknesses:

    • Mundane defenses reduce damage by 10%

    • Only used once per post with no other strike(non-combo)


    • Requires 2% extra chi to use


    • 2 turn cooldown


    Name: Burning Palm
    Rank: D
    Type: Offensive, Non-magic
    Description: A palm strike that has a slight glow to it which cause magic to burn away equal to the total increase in magic that they currently have.(Example mage 1 has a 3% increase. this attack burns three away instantly but cancels the increase.)
    Strengths:

    • Causes magic to burn away


    • Not affected my magic defenses


    • Staggering: attack causes the target to stagger back from the attack


    Weaknesses:

    • Mundane defenses reduce damage by 10%


    • Melee only


    • Only used once per post with no other strike(non-combo)


    • Non-stacking: hitting target again does NOT reset turn counter and cost Extra 3% chi


    • 5 post cool down

    Anti-Magic: spells(strikes) are ability's and non magical thus are unaffected my magic stifling effects(such as Truth Ability) and magical defenses. Magic item Degrade and break down over time while on users person. Fist are considered to be weapons of Equal rank to user.

    Description: The user focus his chi for form a protective aura around himself. this aura will negate on spell of equal rank or multiple lower ranks. Also Raises stats by 5% (For the lower ranks, state that it can only be 2 lower ranks spells, than the rank of the aura.)

    • Can wrench control of water from enemy's

    Description: The Fifth Elemental attack. Crossing his hands in-front of himself then making a thrusting motion with his hands Causing his shadow to leap out to a enemy's shadow, which then Reach's up and grabs the enemy.
    Strengths:


    • Bind enemy's in place stopping all movement for 2 turns



    • Shadows are intangible and thus cannot be broken by physical means



    • Constant light does not lessen the effect


    Weaknesses:


    • Sudden Bright lights can reduce or break the grasp



    • Requires the enemy and Kiba to have shadows present



    • Only kibas shadow may be used as a tether

     

    • Cooldown 4 Posts

    Ok sum sorry to ask this but did you read the orignal magic. my Upgrade for the golden chi roar made it weaker than the original if i accept the purposed changes... which is a no.

Kiba fist are enhanced with Chi making Magic defenses useless against them meaning spells and passive done reduce his melee damage(magic degradation effect removed as it became Lineage. Fist vs Magic defenses Fixed to better make sense.)

    *New* Chi Healing: Kiba's Chi has reached a level where he heals 10% health every 3 posts as well as becoming immune to poison and bleeding stops after one post. This is due to Chi being Pure life energy.
