Personality: Harada has many aspects to his personality. On the outside, he is cold and unforgiving. He trained himself to be this way so that he may have a way to restrain himself. This callous demeanor helps with the job that he has as a Rune Knight. it allows him to keep his emotions at bay and make decisions despite how difficult they may be. This is how he escaped his upbringing and remained alive all of these years.
However, underneath his icy shell, Harada is on fire with passion and overwhelming emotions. While this is a great quality to him and has aided him in saving many lives, it has also been at the epicenter of every mistake Harada has ever known. Allowing his emotions to take control and turning a blind eye to reason is a double edged sword to say the least. Even so, he refuses to change this part of him because without it, he knows he would never again be capable of feeling anything at all.
Maintaining a balance between these two sides of his personality is a constant uphill struggle for Harada. Every day he is constantly at war within himself, evaluating every situation and determining the outcome. The one exception to all this chaos is when he is able to relax with friends, all of these parts of him seem to fade away and he finally feels at peace. On the lighter side of Harada's personality, he enjoys to laugh and jokes as much as he can. Sometimes even going too far and joking around when it is time to be serious. One thing he prides himself on is that he is able to find humor in most situations, even if his cold demeanor is hiding it.
When he encounters someone who has broken the law, such as those who are a part of a dark guild he feels compelled to kill them instead of imprison them. This is another part of himself that he struggles with. The fact that he has a darker side to him that does not care who the person is or what family they might have, when he views someone as scum every fiber of his being is instinctive towards killing them. There is only one good thing that comes from this; the fact that during war he has the ability to take a life simply because he knows what it is like.
In short, Harada's personality is constantly clashing with itself. One thing that he has learned from this however; is that if he didn't have the personality that he has, he may not still be alive today. he may not be perfect, but the way he acts has gotten him out of several messy situations and has continually shaped him for the better. It is also been the thing that has brought the ones he loves close to him and given him the strength to protect himself and others and has given him the strength to move on through the toughest points of his life. <-- More emphasis on how he is as a leader and a follower.
