    Description: Noa her self is and embodiment of infections, due to the amount of times she had gotten sick to the point of never death over an over again. Those infections were leaving be hide small pieces go them self's thought out her whole body and her body were so used to be in there that she never noticed it. It was at the moment that she finally found out that she had the ability to use magic those she didn't know of what kind of magic that she could control. After years of using magic's that she though were her true power and used very well, there in her body were the infections that over time were sucking up magic power that flow past them when ever she was to use a spell from some form of fake magic. Then her body had finally reacted to the pieces of infections thought out her body that fused to her being both physically and magically. It ejected the fake magic that she was using so their forth she didn't need to relay on such and weak magic that was hiding her true power. With this newly found power she had to the magic power to infect those around her with either infections she had before, ones they try to attack her system at any time now, or she can create her own infection that would be even stronger then those that had targeted her. These infections aren't like most infections that just infects one person, her level of infection can infect those around her in very large amounts of beings. It has been said to be on the same level as epidemics on the amount of people that can be infected. So there forth she has been know as 'the Epidemic Mage', but most have just gave her the title of 'Lady of Corruption' because of the number of people have had their body feel like its falling apart and make them think they are on death's door at the hands of Noa's home made epidemics.

    The epidemics can instantly cause someone to suffer from terrible and great illness of various types. It also would cause others to go into a despair like state too because of unknowing damage and the thought of death. Depending on the epidemic that is created it could produce toxins that can cause havoc to the body in two states; liquid state and gas state. Liquid over and under the skin either causing damage (by burning, rioting the being skin, etc.) or cashing the muscles to be damaged (slowing down, stuffing up so it takes move energy to move limbs around, stopping movement temporary, etc.). Gas would lurk around in an area that would damage the being with it over time depending on how much of the toxin they take by breathing it all in. While the toxins are in their body it effect it just like the liquid would (slowing movement, takes more energy to move around, temporary loss of consciousness, etc.). The only true difference between the liquid and gas state of toxin is that liquid only affects those who come in contact with it while gas is airborne so each one can be avoided pretty easily if prepared enough for the event of when it happens.

    Strengths:
    Panic
    When the victim is infected even if it won't won't kill them, it influxes enough effects and pain that it feels like they are going to die. So it causes them to become so scared that they begin to panic and if it happens to someone within a group of people it causes mass panic. Which could cause them to either end up hurting them self-starter, others around them, or even for them to become a mob and kill the infected one thinking that it will end there. But it only causing the infect to spread even more and causes the cycle of fear to keep going.

    Weaknesses:
    Wild
    Much like wild fire the infection will spread by itself can cause harm to everyone within the affected area whether it be enemies or allies. To the infection everyone not infected looks like a target for the infection to get into an cause havoc to everything within its range.

    Uncontrollable
    Once the infection is out there, not even Noa herself can control it. So in group battle she has to be wise at where she places it down. Give signals for what she is putting out so that she can give her allies a chance to not get caught in the way. But even with signals it's all about timing because if someone is just a second off on either getting out of the way or putting on the right equipment they will be infected. When infected they just have to wait till it's all over for them and hope for the best because everyone's body reacts differently to each of the infections she can cause.

    Description
    The Gods of death, the Shinigami control the afterlife; sending each spirit to its rightful destination, while making sure that everyone dies at the right time. Every person has their own unique Shinigami. Occasionally, a Shinigami will develop a bond with a living mortal, and will assist them to the best of their abilities when they are most needed; sometimes lending the mortal their powers at the cost of their life span.

    Ability
    The user is able to summon the help from their Shinigami in battle or to assist them solving a dangerous solution. Shinigamis cannot kill or fatally wound enemies, but can take what would be a fatal blow, or give their bound user time to act. The Shinigami lasts until killed,  having 50% of the HP the user has. It can deliver melee attacks equal to the user's rank in melee damage and is considered to wield a legendary weapon.

    Usage
    5 post duration with a 10 post cooldown if the shinigami is slain or if the duration runs out.

    Unique Abilities:
    Patient Zero - the Host
    Patient Zero would be where the infection starts so it can be spread from the host which would be either Noa and/or her summons. If it was her self then Noa's whole skin pigmentation would turn grey showing that the infection has been infused into her body were she can pass it on to the next person by contact with body fluids, her breath, or from her scratching/biting/etc. While she is grey she gains immunity to her own infections that are caused by her self only. If it's from a summon it's usually from either a bite or sting. The summons would always be a grey color compared to the normal color of the animal or incest. While the summons are the host Noa gains a resistance to the effects of her infection but still can takes damage from them if she was to get in their way.

    Despair
    Depending on the stage of despair where it starts at 0 = normal then the top would 10 = lost of hope. Where they freak out, it's becomes a mental game when the spell that is affecting them causes them to they freak out. Cause the the pain to get get higher and gains a higher chances of making others to panic then before you know there's mass panic all around them. Each stack would at a little more damage to the spell that's affecting the person while at the same time once at stages 8 - 10 they gained a secondary effect to happen that can cause others to freak out. For everything post they take damage from one of Noa's infection spells they gain a stage of despair but once they aren't being affected by any infection spell they lose all stacks, as well as every infection spell that wares off takes the being down two stages.

    Stages of Despair:

    Contamination
    Noa can infuse an infection into to food, liquids, and the soil. As long as the thing being infected is within her site, at the max range of 10 meters while using a something like a scope to see from far away. When the infected food is eaten, the infected liquids are drank, or the infected soil underneath them come in contact with bare skin they begin to take damage over a set amount of time. The damage they take are 25% of Noa's current rank worth of damage that is applied over them for the max duration of a spell of Noa's rank. Example: If Noa is D rank, 25% of 20 damage is 5 damage and the max duration is 3 posts for D rank. So it would be 1.6 damage per post. Noa is temporarily unable to infect any food, liquids, or soil for 2 posts after one of them was infused with an infection.

    Zombification
    Noa can zombify the enemies she has taken out already in a thread so that they now fight alongside her till the end of the thread or once their undead health bar is wiped out. The way Noa zombifies her enemies bodies that in within her own saliva in an infection that can only bring the dead back to live without free will and only listens to Noa's orders. The number of being she can zombify would be based on her rank; 2 beings at D rank, 3 beings at C rank, 4 beings at B rank, 5 beings at A rank,  and 6 being at S rank. At the top two ranks Noa is able to summon 6 total undead and 1 (at SS rank) and/or 2 (at H rank) out of the 6 can turn into monstrous zombies. They do 20% more melee damage and have 20% more health than a normal zombified being but the downside is that it's completely random of which one(s) will become the monster like state. PCs cannot be affected by this ability unless granted OOC permission.

I'm fine with the undead beings being able to come back to life and have user-rank health/2, but I can't really allow for each one to be able to raise 6 more or have one effect/ability. This is considerably overpowered if I do, and seeing as I have something similar, but without the undead having abilities, I'm okay with the UA if the undead don't have abilities and only deal unarmed melee damage They do 20% more melee damage and have 20% more health than a normal zombified being but the downside is that it's completely random of which one(s) will become the monster like state. I would also like it stated that PCs cannot be affected by this unless granted OOC permission.
