Ryo smiled as he sat down in the park just before sunset. On this particular day he was wearing his brown duster, with his royal purple button up shirt, and toxic green suit vest. His pants were black and were being held up by his belt and all of his card boxes and the belt buckle. His hat tipped in front of his eyes so he could get some rest. Given his new station in life, and the fact that he couldn’t have a lot of exposure to the sun he was now more into the night life. Of course with him as always was Gora, and he was laying down on his belly and his tail was wrapped around his master as was his normal station. The two of them were relaxing after that frightful endeavor that gripped the whole of the Sabertooth guild. He was really starting to try and get used to the fact that Frederick was now the master of Sabertooth. He wondered how the rest of the guild would get used to it, or if they even would get used to it, but there wasn’t anything that he could really do about it. It was an interesting thing to have happen to say the least.
Not many really knew the inside of Frederick like Ryo did, after all it was only due to the fact that Frederick was there on his last mission did he recover from his seriously fatal wounds and became what he was. It was Frederick who saved his life and Ryo knew right then that the man was able to lead a guild. Of course he had found out about Frederick’s past and the Dark guild he had once been the master of. It didn’t surprise him that someone like Frederick would at one point be the master of a Dark Guild, but that also meant that Frederick knew what it took to keep a guild safe not just from enemies, but from injustice like some of the edicts passed down by the magic council. This was the state of Sabertooth now and Ryo was once more the silent saber in the mouth of the beast. He didn’t need to be recognized by the guild, he didn’t need a fancy title the guild was his family, the halls were his home, and he would give his life to protect them both and that was that.
As the night lights started to come on he looked up at the sky tipping his hat back out of his eyes licking his lips slowly “Tonight is a beautiful night, for a bite to drink.” He said as he pulled out a blood card he stuck it in his mouth and began to suck it slowly. Gora lifted his head from his paws looking around as he could sense someone coming towards them.
