Famine smirked again as he offered her another carry. She really was his queen… Her soft smile remained but she shook her head in a no. It was best she keep on her toes.
“Knight-boy is probably pissed. If the poison wasn’t enough...I'm sure this is.” With her foot, Famine tapped a detached limb of one of the knights they obliterated so to gesture to their gruesome deed.
Jinxed...Famine felt the heat of another body suddenly appear behind her, like they’d teleported out of nowhere. Her shoulders stiffened but she was too late to steal a glance. For she felt some sort of a hilt, the long staff of a spear slam upwards into her spine from a wide horizontal angle. The momentum from the impact bled into the shadow mage’s from, tossing her forward. The pratfall concluded with her from slamming against the wall of one of the village’s hut and the architecture molded to form a slight dent where she had crashed.
Slumping down she knelt upon a knee, and held the other. Famine could taste the blood which pooled in the back of her throat, forming a metallic taste as it pooled upon her tongue. She spat red, glowering upwards in the direction of her adversary. Her hood shifted away from her eyes slightly to reveal a gut wrenching sight. In his great ivory breastplate, studded shoulder pads and flowing shawl stood the bitter featured man with the remains of his subordinates still at his feet where her and Sol had left them.
He was flanked by others, four. Though these knights weren't nearly as intimidating as this single soul… yet they appeared reasonably stronger than the ones torn to pieces in the crimson puddles the knights stood. Famine scanned them intently with her blazing sapphire hues. From one of the mage knights came the slight shifting of an arm; an angelic white glow exploded in his palm. Repeating the teleport like process on the Major yet again he appeared before Famine with his long shadow looming over her form. The four were light wizards without a doubt, being able to conduct such a buff-- The Major may be impossible to defeat should the light mages remain undistracted.
“Sol!” She beckoned harshly, his name choking the air as she were grasped and lifted by her throat. From the great shadow he cast upon her. A black spire seemed to rip from her abdomen, impaling the knights gut and four more protruded from the shadow laying across her body, some pierced him though failed to completely pierce his chest like she would of liked. The pain caused his grip to falter on the mage, the shadowy spikes retracted back into her and she was dropped to the ground. She hoped she made it apparent she did not require Sol’s aid with this single man...but,
“Those four, you need to keep them busy!”---

Description: A spell in which the user slams a hand on the floor, And with that their shadow stretches out ahead of her covering the ground in a long shadow, from the darkness spikes appear to pierce through the ground where her shadow is drawn shadows, shooting up from the darkened ground. As many as 5 pointed shards jet up from the shadow at a target once cast. The spikes are as long as 20 feet and will grow to an appropriate length to strike a target. The spell is fast reacting and can be cast in a matter of seconds. This attack can be used to run a target through or even deflect projectiles. The spell can be cast one per a post allowing the users to create 5 spikes at the maximum.
Strengths:
-Shadow Make: spikes can reach as far as 35 feet, making also great for long distance attacks
-Defensive and offensive
Weaknesses:
- If struck with a B rank spell or higher the spikes will shatter
-The caster may not intend to kill their opponent, but the spell is sturdy enough to impale anyone even through their vitals
-The spikes will immediately shatter if hit by a light based attack

He takes a full fifteen B ranks to bring down. He is an A rank mage and does B rank physical damage and A rank magical damage. However, if you sneak attack him then this is reduced to only 5 B ranks
