Sols Secondary Magic Training(Private)

Sol  walked out of the portal into the realm of Kyoka, he had never been here before but since he felt he needed  solitude for what he was  about to do he knew this was the right place to be. The slayer  still felt his body aching from the attacks that Heero had dealt to him but that was why he was here to train and become stronger, the fact that the Fairy Tail mage had managed to render him useless in an instant made the poison dragon burn with rage that  made him want to wipe out all of Fairy Tail for what had happened. The green haired demon glanced around the area as he pondered what to do next he couldn’t go after Kanix unless he wanted to deal with Heero again but he knew she had to be eliminated in the future for her disloyalty.

“How dare she turn on us like that I should have let her  freeze to death out by my castle if I get my claws on her I’ll make her wish she had never been born” he growled to himself as he noticed that there was nothing around him but trees and rocks, the slayer grinned a bit  as he stretched lightly, he had survived thanks to another mage and so had his pet Panzer who was currently back at the castle resting and being repaired but for no Sol would focus on training the new magic he felt rising inside of him.

The demon had to admit that the Fairy Tail leader was a fool for spareing him and the other members of his guild, now that Sol was able to move again he intended to get as strong as he could so that when the chance presented itself he could crush the light mages skull like a melon. Sol kneeled down as he closed his eyes and focused deep within to try and  tap into his new magic.

As Sol focused inside of himself he felt his magic power start flaring around him producing a dark green poison aura around himself as the grass around him started to wither and die from the effects, the earth around and beneath him suddenly started to become flattened and crushed beneath increased gravity as the slayers focus increased and he suddenly snapped out of his meditation and glanced around him at the damage he had caused, it took him a few moments but it finally clicked in his head he had used gravity. The very force that kept him rooted to the ground was the basis for his new magic, at that the mage could only grin snake like at the concept.

The slayer knew that the possibilities of Gravity were endless as it could be used to crush things to the ground or lighten them to the point they float away not to mention many other ways of using it like gravity wells and condensed spheres of it.the problem now was how to tap into that power again, the only way Sol could think to do that was to focus again, the slayer closed his eyes as he stood and he started to tap into his magic as the green aura covered him again. Soon Sol felt the weight on his shoulder increase slightly and he noticed his mindset was partially triggering it. He focused that feeling into his hands as he put them together into a prayer before he suddenly brought them both down and caused the ground beneath him to descend even deeper making a large crater.

Smirking Sol opened his eyes as he saw the damage he had done, now he knew what he had to do to tap into it but now was the hardest part training it to be useful. He walked to the edge of the crater before he hopped out of it and got ready to really train.

Sol turned to a tree that was nearby him and he drew on the mind set he had when he tapped into his gravity magic and raised a hand before he suddenly dropped it and increased the gravity around him and the tree immensely, Sol felt the increase in tension and he quickly started to adjust to it but the tree groaned and creaked as the leaves started to drop off like rain drops. The slayer frowned as he was hoping that it would have cracked and snapped in two from the strain but it seemed that he needed to refine his control. Focusing again Sol brought his hand up once again and then he quickly dropped it with his magic flared,

The tree groaned again before finally with a sickening Crack it split in two before the green haired mage went even farther with his training and raised both of his hands and held them out this his palms open and pointed at the two hunks of tree. With a bit of focus the slayer started to gather the gravity to his palms and it started to form into condensed spheres of gravity that if not tinted slightly purple would have been completely invisible, he only tinted them with his magic so he would know where they hit. After a few moments the balls of swirling Gravity fired from his hands and impacted the wood before sending the spots they impacted skidding across the ground and tearing up the landscape a bit.

“Huh not bad but I need a bit more widespread effect after all nothing like having weight on your shoulders to mess you up a bit” he mumbled to himself as Sol then gathered more gravity around his hands before he released his magic once more.

As Sol released his magic he suddenly had his vision become tinted purple for a moment as he realized that the color was the area the gravity was effecting, while it was useful to see where the magic hit it was not that usefull and the slayer dropped the magic as the tint vanished and the area around him returned to normal. Taking another deep breath Sol decided to relax for a moment and he sat down and stared up at the sky. He wondered if his guild master Famine was ok, he greatly missed her and wished she was here to give him some advice about his magic but for now he was on his own and the slayer knew he had to be strong not only for himself but for the other mages of Basilisk Fang and the guild itself.

“ I swear I’m going to kill Kanix next time I see her and that Bastard Heero as well” he grumbled remembering his beat down, the pain his body had gone thru was immense but the slayer had refused to scream or even let out a yelp of pain. Such an action was seen as a weakness to his eyes and he refused to be weak. The gold eyed man knew he had to become stronger if he wanted to free Famine and become evne stronger still if he wanted to topple Achnologia and become the Dragon King, he could only sigh at all the factors and issues that kept popping up though the one that worried him was Kanix and the fact that she knew about the guild hall. She may have been blind but she knew about it which meant that the hall was in danger and it made the slayer remain on edge for good reason.

Sol shook his head and tried to push the problem with Kanix out of his head and tried to get back to his training. He could tell so far that he could shape the gravity and condense it and it could also be released as a field but the slayer knew it could still be used in other ways, he focused the gravity to his hand and then he swiped it out in front of him before he saw the effect of it. It was not what he was hoping for but it was still a good outcome, from the slayers hand a thin beam of condensed gravity emerged and crushed a good chunk of the area around them before it died off .

As the spell wore off the green haired man noticed that while he was starting to move his hand it took a moment for him to really start moving and he was also rooted pretty firmly to the ground which while turning would be possible it would be tough at first. “Huh a wide sweeping effect not bad I might have to work on this with some more fine tuning I think I can make this even more powerful and devastating” he mumbled to himself as he clenched and unclenched his fist before he turned around and prepaired to try one more thing before he really started to fine tune some of these spells.

The slayer put both of his hands together and focused his magic in the center of it, very soon after wards the gravity around him started to collapse inwards and condense into a sphere between his hands, Sol could see the sphere clearly but he knew that was most likely him seeing his magic to other it would be almost invisible. His train of thought was proven wrong though when the sphere then turned pitch black.

After the Sphere changed color Sol then fired it out in front of him allowing it to go about 10 meters before it suddenly stopped and started to devolve into a mini black hole, the slayer felt the tug from the gravity for a second but his magic stabilized him since it was created by him but the earth around him and the sphere was not safe as it started to uproot and pull chunks of earth 5 meters around it into it and pulverized it after a few moments the black hole vanished and the green haired man stared out impressed at the level of destruction that his test had caused.

Sol knew he had to refine that as it was an incredibly powerful attack but it could be made better. The fact that he knew he could create something that small yet have so much power stored in it made the slayer a bit afraid but then a insane grin appeared on his face as he realized that with this magic perfected and with the right useage he could easily level a town or at least a good chunk it with little effort. Sol decided to walk over to a patch of earth he didn’t wreck and sat down as he though about the exparaments he had done so far.

He knew he could condense the gravity into spheres or so much that it became a black hole, he could turn it into thin of powerful beams and use it in a sweeping motion or he could just unleash it as a powerful field to crush everything around him, with all these options Sol knew he had to start working on one of he would never get anything done. He decided to focus on making a gravity field first and he stretched a bit before standing up again.

Sol then got an idea as he got ready, he had been testing the effects of his new magic on land but he wondered how it would effect water or other things. The slayer looked around as he sniffed the air and tried to find a source of water. It took a few moments but the green haired man was able to find a decent sized lake of water, he smirked before he focused his magic into his hand before he brought it down and watched as the lake suddenly created a huge wave in all directions as if a cannon ball had dropped into the middle of the lake.

Sol grinned as he made the gravity around his heavier in front of him, as the wave came close to him it suddenly fell short and lapped at his feet before retreating back into the lake. The slayer then got another idea he had been working on making gravity heavier he wondered if he should try making it lighter. He focused for a moment and lifted his hand and the water started to rise out of the lake in large bubbles before the slayer then moved forward before he decided to try something else and he reach out and touched one of the bubbles before the gravity suddenly caused it to shoot forward at breakneck speed and it impacted a tree and completely snapped it .”Wow even water is dangerous with this magic the possibilities are limitless” the slayer said before he started to chuckle.

The chuckle got progressively louder untill Sol started to devolve into laughter that was almost insane, he couldn’t want to completely master this magic the sooner he was one step closer to becoming the next Dragon King. The slayer slammed his hand into a few more bubbles sending them towards the tree and completely reducing it to splinters.

Gathering a few of the water bubbles together and forming a very large one Sol took advantage of the decreased gravity and he started to float off of the ground with the bubble in his hands, he started to raise higher and higher untill he was a above the tree tops and right above the lake.”huh wonder how much damage I can cause with this bubble from this height” he wondered outloud to himself before he allowed the bubble to drop before causing the gravity around it to increase ten fold and it dropped out of the sky like it was made of steel.

As it hit the lake the water created a huge tidal wave in all directions and destroyed a few trees in the area as Sol allowed himself to fall to the ground before making the gravity slow his descent and he landed in the cent of the lake with the gravity around him pushing the water away. The slayer stared out at the water around him and the fish that were spooked by his presence in the center of the lake.”huh useful for lakes and perhaps streams but I don’t think I could use this in the ocean” Sol mumbled to himself as he started to walk out of the lake just as dry as when he landed on the ground.

As he stepped out of the lake the green haired man turned back before testing the magic out once again, putting both of his hands together the slayer moved them apart and watched as the gravity ontop of the lake went down and then outwards making the center of the lake split into a clear path.”huh guess not only holy mages can do this”he joked as he started to walk back down thru the lake.
