Remiel wiped away at a thin trickle of blood that had started to fall from the edge of his hair line. A faint thudding noise could be heard rapidly approaching from the north and Remiel knew that if he couldn't make his way out of the bad lands in very short order he would be joining the multitudes of others that had fallen throughout this terrible place. Shouldering the pack that contained the object he had worked so hard to retrieve, he started on a long loping run that he had perfected for covering the maximum amount of distance for the least amount of expended energy. His goal was simple and yet far farther away then he would have liked. All that was needed was to get to the skull marked posts that signaled the end of the monster lands and the beginning of the free lands of Fiore beyond. Crossing over the broken ground at a good clip, Remiel could feel the very earth around him beginning to shake as his pursuers expended every possible effort to prevent his escape.

Re: The Fall of Remiel Kikuji
A strange whistling noise suddenly caught his attention right before something large and grey made contact with the side of his face. When he awoke, the sun had moved most of the way across the sky and he was lying half submerged in a small brackish excuse for a mud puddle with his head ringing like a temple gong. From the edge of his vision, a huge hulking figure bearing a club that resembled nothing more then the twisted and broken remains of some great tree, made it's presence known by quite simply clearing it's great throat. The sound was horrendous. Something akin to putting pieces of sheet metal and broken glass into a meat grinder.Knowing that things were about to get a lot worse, Remiel tried to get back to his feet but to no avail. It seemed as if the gods were not on his side in this venture, as none of his limbs seemed to be responding to his wishes. Cursing his terrible luck was the last thing that he was able do as the gargantuan club came flying towards his helpless body with all the force of a crashing meteorite.
OOC:
This is Remiel's death. I originally made him so that Kihia's alt had a friend to adventure with but that kinda all went south with him leaving and this character was left to the wolves as it were.
