    https://www.fairytail-rp.com/t6448p350-official-vip-shop#236828 gives me 350 XP due to vip. I've hit the 150 XP requirement.

    Under rules of black rose, I cannot skip this examination unless I'm spontaneously allowed. Either way. Ready for my exam please.

    Well seeing as Kakuma has her reasons, shes allowed us to skip the C-rank exam. So I am doing such.
