Tea Time With Granny! (Job)

As the sun shone high above in the sky, casting shadows over the green medows and gardens of the countryside village that Lyvia was walking through, she couldn't help but breath in deeply and smile. The air was very fresh here, and it was a gorgeous area. She could see the house in the distance, with its old timey thatched roof and grey cobblestone walls. The garden was lush and lively and Lyvia couldn't help but think of her own grandmother's house as she made her way to visit her new guild master's grandma. It was the first job that she had been sent on, and while she didn't believe it was necessarily the best way for her to spend her talents, she certainly wasn't going to complain.

She walked down the stone path towards the door and wrapped her knuckles on the wood, hearing an elderly sounding voice say "Oh, come in dear." As she heard this she opened the door and made her way inside the house...

The inside of the house smelled like baking, Lyvia taking a look around the entrance area before stepping into the living room. The antique furniture was truly quite beautiful, and Lyvia walked over to the doorway where he had heard the voice come from. In the next room was the kitchen, where Daemon's grandma was standing over the stove, a kettle boiling water in it for tea. "Oh, hello dear. You must be Lyvia. My grandson said you'd be coming to visit me. How nice of you." She smiled, eyes closing and grin covering a large portion of her face, wrinkles also apparently on the older woman's face.

"Yes, I'm Lyvia. It's a pleasure to meet you mam," She bowed and Daemon's grandma chuckled.

"Oh so formal. Please, call me Granny." Lyvia smiled and took a seat at the table, Daemon's grandma bringing her over a saucer with a teacup on it and a few biscuits with it. "Do you like lemon or milk in your tea?"

"Neither ma...er...granny. I like my tea black." She handed her the tea and Lyvia brought it to her lips, taking a sip of the delicious earl grey, letting the flavor sit on her tongue briefly before swallowing it down. Granny took a seat beside her and sipped her own tea. "Do you like stories, dear? I certainly know a lot of them. You kind of remind me of my great auntie Mabel..."
