Reinstatement of FT Guild Jobs

Thank you for your time; I am doing this because as a MEMBER I have SERIOUS doubts as to whether or not the Dev. Team has been compromised by not only bias, but personal vendettas.

In the following post. I WILL show you a plethora of Guild Jobs belonging to other Guilds that also reward double XP, or more than double XP; and are vastly and by and by more easy than the FT Guild Jobs.

I request on behalf of my entire Guild, and perhaps a few other Members. The immediate reinstatement of the Fairy Tail Guild Jobs, or the pulling of these Guild Jobs as well. Due to the way my Guild was treated by The Development Team, I am filing this Request with the Admins and Moderators who I feel are fair only.

Anyone can say how they feel about this, however, I am specifically asking these 7 people to give this thread a good hard look.

I ask all members and staff a like to have a look at the FT jobs and compare them too the others in all fairness. What I think (know) you will find is that our jobs are not only tougher than the other Guild Jobs that have Double XP, but also longer in length with tougher enemies than jobs of similar or Equal Rank of other Guilds.
After you do your own research, I'm sure you will meet the same or near the same conclusion as I have.

I ask that before any of you post, you do the research below and compare to the Fairy Tail Jobs that I've provided up above.

This is an official petition for the Reinstatement of all Jobs or a fair and equal resolution. Not an attempt to cause anyone any trouble or get in the way of the progress of anyone's Guild or Jobs. (Even though my Guild is currently not allowed to do their own Guild Jobs).

we are slowly getting to each guilds exp for jobs you are not the only guild that is losing the double or more exp. we strive to be fear and you guys as a guild have the most jobs this is not a crime far from it and nor is the fact that we have to balance some.

I now what has happened has been frustrating and i apresheat your time on the matter and i will do my best to get this sorted as soon as possible.

Thorn my point is that the Fairy Tail jobs were much tougher than these Jobs. I have been waiting 2 weeks. I let Kakuma know, I cannot edit the Admin posts. Days ago.

(She moved the Approved Admin Versions of the Jobs to W.I.P).

So I cannot make changes even if I wanted too. Although I sent this to her days ago, also let another Moderator know. This has been ignored. All of the Double XP has been removed from the Jobs, although the other Guilds jobs remain?

At this point, I honestly am exasperated with this situation. If I cannot make the Edits Kakuma requested, an Admin should be able to assist me by going in and making the edits; then moving the Jobs back to approved. It's not writing an char app, or grading Magic.

It's highlighting a line or two, and deleting it.

I do not mind the Double XP being removed. But these jobs were VERY tough, and I do not think the XP should be removed especially when compared to other Guild Jobs.

If it must, then I request that an Admin go in and make the changes and move them back to approved. As I cannot do so myself.

If this happens however, I will be very upset if other Guilds are allowed to keep their Double XP Jobs and a similar thread will be posted about how the jobs are "The Same Post and Enemy Count" yet their Guild gets Double XP.

I personally feel double exp should be removed from all guild jobs and be limited to purely jobs that everyone can do.

I'm also kind of against guild jobs in general, but thats just me.

I'm fine with that Zack, so long as everyone loses their Double XP guild jobs too. While not my first option, it levels the playing field for everyone and ends this promptly.

We are revamping the system as we speak. There has already been plans for alterations and I am working on finalizing them.
