With a groan Rae opened one crimson eye, carefully exploring her surroundings. Her room in the Blue Pegasus dormitories wasn't half bad and most "normal" people would be quite satisfied with it. Rae wasn't really "normal" though. The nobility's upbringing left her wanting something better- an ace room, at the least. That or maybe she needed to get herself a house somewhere in Clover Town. From what she knew the prices weren't half bad.
With a small groan, Duchess Havoc stretched on her bed. The mage had CLEARLY forgotten what today was. It took her some time to get herself presentable- the usual make-up, dress up, brushing her long hair, and of course, all the other things people did in the mornings like brushing her teeth. Giving herself one last look in the mirror, the devil walked outside, into the gorgeous Guild Gardens, only to be greeted with an array of Red and Pink flowers. Rae had to pause in order to realize why the Blue Pegasus gardens were colored in such a way. Looking around, everything she could see was happy couples giggling, kissing, flirting....A small sigh escaped her lips as she headed back to the main guild hall in boredom. Valentines day seemed like such a waste of time and money for her. Not to mention that all of the men she knew were somewhere in the Ace of Spade's guild hall of Sabertooth, although honestly speaking she didn't really see them as any form of romantic interests.
Sighing and looking up at the sky, the God Slayer though about love in general. A stupid human emotion which messed up a person's normal way of thinking. Due to her title, romance was useless, it was a business, she was going to be married off to some random royal or noble man at some later stage which would give her uncle more money to work with. Her calm blood-colored irises turned to slits at the simple though of her only current family relation. He was despicable.
A flapping of wings distracted her from her dark thoughts. A small white bird flew around the devil energetically. Lifting one hand up, the Duchess allowed the creature to land on her finger, only to find that it carried a piece of paper around it's leg. Taking it off of the bird, Rae opened it, only to let out another annoyed sigh. "Congratulation Miss Rae Havoc! You have been shipped for Valentines Day! Meet up with your pair in Clover Town's main square at lunch time!" Pursing her lips, the noble ripped the paper in bits before heading off to the given location. She had no idea what sort of joke this was, but she lacked amusement, and to be honest, if this had to be the way to find it, she wouldn't mind.
