Tenroujima. An acnient island unknown to all except to those who are members of Fairy Tail. As always, the island was full of lush green forests and wondrous caves and mountain formations. However, the most eye popping feature of the island was the great tree in its center that seems to support another mass of land on top of it. Legends tell that the founder of Fairy Tail was born and buried here. They also tell of a once great wizard guild based at the very island. The local wildlife that call Tenroujima their home are very powerful, mischievous, and warm
Indeed much history and magic can be found in this island. A place where can honor those that put forth the Fairy Tail family, and contemplate our actions. Yet the voices, the calls of the old fell on deaf ears as there stood a man wearing a brown tattered cloak, covering his entire body, and a hood that casts a shadow on the man's bearded face. It stood emotionless and indifferent that he was standing on holy ground. For he felt that he is no longer welcome in the island of light.
Then why would such man be in such a place? He simply had another reason to be here; a task. One he will conduct meticulously because it would mean the very survival of Fairy Tail, of his family. He was to assess if one of his family members is ready to enter the higher ranks.
But for now, Leonard stood on a rock that was beside a dirt road that winds down to a small house by the beach on one end, and through a valley and the entrance of a cave.Though most would have died of boredom from simply standing around, the blademaster was fine with such. The wind blew from the side and with it, brought a gentle sea breeze that made his cloak flutter through the air. The gulls squawked while flying in groups. And the sea glittered with the light of the sun. It was very calming, so why would anyone feel unentertained by this? But even with all this attractions, Leonard kept his focus on the port. Awaiting the one that will go through his test to see if he has grown powerful enough.
