It seemed like time had stopped in Magnolia. Everything seemed the same, like it was the day she left. Every little detail was the way she remembered it. Her heart pounded silently as she walked onwards, through the streets she'd walked through so many times before. She could hear the voices in her head grow louder as she reached out closer and closer towards the guild of Fairy Tail. Turn back, they won't even know you! This isn't your home anymore. You just left them. She swallowed her thoughts away as she looked up at the two large wooden doors in front of her. It's true. She did just leave. The mission she was going on was meant to take a couple of weeks, max. But her journey had more than a few problems along the way. Not your typical problems such as running into a bunch on bandits. Of course, that still happened, but she found herself becoming lost within herself.
She could feel the warm air inside without even opening the doors in front of her. She could hear the laughter and sounds of giggling guildmates as she stood and listened with her ear pressed against the door, although she didn't really need to, they're always so rowdy. Her pet, Atlas, sitting quietly on her head as she petted him. She could see how excited he was to be here, for this is where he belonged as well. He had always been there for her, and she was glad he was here now. She was a little nervous, facing them all again, but excited at the same time. She lifted her arm in the air, using a small amount of gravitational force to open the doors up slowly. She had missed them, all of them. Her friends, her guildmates, her family. Smells, sounds and sights overwhelmed her and she couldn't help but grin. A chair flew past her head, narrowly missing her as she laughed. She had once been the leader of this place, and now it was like she was a complete stranger. Of course she wasn't, but something was different. She didn't recognize half the people in this room. A new chapter had begun in her journey. She would be able to meet these people, teach them, learn from them. She smiled as she remembered. Remembered all the warmth and joy of this place. She couldn't be more happy to be home. Home, this is the place she called home, and always will. "Guess who's baaack~"
