Even people like Viktor, had to get a passport. Sure it was under a false guise, but nevertheless it was needed if one needed to travel through the more legit ways. Which did happen on occasion. But still, for a member of the darkest of guilds. Namely Savage Skull. To actually get a passport was still a bit surreal. Considering the fact, that most mages of that guild would just blast their way through, or hijack an entire ship, you know the drill, as long as there was slaughter it probably really didn't matter where most of the Savage mages ended up.

However Viktor was different. Sure he could kill without even raising a single eyebrow, but his mind wasn't as derailed as most of the members. In fact he almost never partook in any of the mayhem the mages conducted. As he was mostly busy with the chores around the guild. He was after all, the household servant.

However in the past month, it has been shown that he had to go on to a job so every now and then, even after his long slumber of serving. It made him realized that he missed those old days, the days where he was a young and strapping fellow, the days where he lived and fought for the guild. Instead of making sure the mages were present when the guild master asked for it. So getting a passport wasn't such a bad idea after all, as you never know where one could end up. Even at his age.

So here he was fighting his way through the crowd of people, families, youngest, couples even people of his age. All pressing against each other, trying to cut in line. Some even were a bit aggressive, shouting at the very person next to them. To the point that some even got into fights with each other. Only so they could get a stamp and a piece of paper, that allowed them to travel beyond the borders of Fiore. Luckily enough for the masses there were enough Rune Knights to make sure any public misconduct was dispersed right away.

It did take quite a while, but after pushing himself forwards several times, he managed to eventually slip through. And actually reach the officials booth, where behind it sat a couple of stern office workers, most of them with sweat on their foreheads, tired from helping the sea of people that all basically yelled at them for a passport.

As he stepped forwards he was asked for a name, to which he responded with the false name of Franklin Hour. It was an officially registered name, of an elderly man who had died, but never reported. In fact the man was killed by Savage Skull, but staged as if he moved away, so that Viktor could use that identity as a cover for himself.

Quickly the office worker stamped the piece of paper, and with a few initials here and there, it became official. Viktor had become the proud owner of his very own passport, even though it wasn't entirely legit.
