When it comes to battle the demeanor of Quill will change. He removes the laid back exterior of his actions and becomes more absolute in both his decision making and in the way he carries himself. While it is rare for him to get in to a battle, it does happen and when the time happens, Quill gets more calculated. He is not focused on finishing the battle quickly as a mindset of that type can cause a fatal flaw and cause his defeat and or his demise. His overthinking comes into play majorly as he is able to analyze the situation and apply the changes needed to how he acts as they relate to what he is currently in allowing him to easily adjust his strategy so that he is never caught in a hang up due to improper planning. He prides himself on being an effective strategist as well as leader as he knows how to raise morale and make sure that it stays at optimal levels. He leads as a group and not as multiple people in the same area. He is a very determined man that abides by the principal: The sum of the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.Likes:

Personality:
Describing Quill is relatively easy. He is a dude who likes to keep to him but does not mind the company of other so long as the noise is kept to a minimum and things don’t get to rowdy. He prefers to be around quiet people and likes to hang out in areas that are absent from constant annoyances such as the city and likes the forest much more because of the relaxed atmosphere that it presents to him when he gets there. Quill can seem kind of timid when a person who does not know him meets him but once you are able to break through his outer layers then you are able to learn that he is actually a nice and fun guy so long as you do not rub him the wrong way in the initial meeting with him. You can typically find him just walking around in parks and such listening to quiet temped music in order to kill the consistency of the thoughts that are in his mind. He is constantly under disarray due to thinking more than most people and that over thinking kind of messes with the peace that he wishes to obtain. He hums music in order to kill that internal noise and harness his inner chill for those that around him to be more calm. Getting him mad is actually pretty difficult because of how little he cares about most things and how he is able to see when a person is intentionally trying to antagonize him so a lot of people prefer to stay away from him as his face is typically stoic offsetting people who tend to smile a lot and try to find the same in others.
