Description:
Requip magic: Brigade is a kind of magic that replicates all positions manned in a modern day kitchen. The positions follow the international french chain of command, starting from the commis and ending in the chef-de-quisine. With their original objectives formed into magic abilities and their forms changed into passive buffs Scapegoat is capable of enacting an entire kitchen brigade on his own, being capable of switching between the positions freely.
Strengths:

Utility: Cooks were never meant to fight to begin with, so most abilities provide a large variety of utility and supportive abilities rather then damaging spells.

Fire resistant: Cooks follow special guidelines and have special equipment to prevent burns from happening, that enhanced with magic makes the user of this magic have a high resistance against fire magic.

Variety: Because the kitchen brigade has been balanced to fill any role necessary to prepare food the variety in the usage of this magic is vast.
Weaknesses:

Close range: Cooks can't cook at range, so this series of requip magic has no conventional long range spells

Kitchen hierarchy: Because each Rank has one armor representing one of the working classes within the kitchen,brigade magic weapons cannot be paired with a magic armor that is of a lower tier.

Situational: Most abilities are situational to an extent that poor circumstances can make them virtually useless.

Low damage: Spells don't deal direct damage

Unique Abilities:
Chef's Whites: Cooks are required to wear safety clothing in the kitchen, as such the user of this spell replicates this ideal by coating all of their clothing in layers of fire resistant magic, very like the traditional 7 layers of fabric put on a chef's white's in order to make them fire resistant. This causes a 50% resistance to fire magic of the same rank as scapegoat, but that resistance is lowered by half for every spell rank above that. (For example, whilst being D ranked scapegoat gets a 50% damage reduction against D ranked fire spells, but C ranked already diminishes it to 25%, B rank 12.5%, etc etc)

Mise-en-place: Mise-en-place is the term used when reffering towards preperational work. The user of this magic is, in the spirit of the Mise-en-place, prepared for almost anything culinary and therefor stores a large assortment of ingredients in his pocket dimension as well, giving him acces towards things such as a mobile spice and ingredients rack. This is only limited to food and drinks of a non-magical origin.

Chef's sixth sense: After being exposed towards potentionally dangerous situation in a small room most if not all cooks have developed an almost sixth sense like ability to perceive their surroundings. Brigade magic enhances this already natural ability and literally makes the user capable of perceiving everything around him within  a one meter distance.

(great start, and loving the idea, i am in the catering industry myself, so I have some basic knowledge of a restaurants kitchen xD so it's fun to see this being utilized . I do ask of you though, if you could increase the description a bit more. Go bit more in-depth of what you can do with it, like giving an example or two. Just so that others you rp with can get a clearer understanding of your magic.)

Kudos on the great and refreshing idea for a magic. Sure I have seen some cooking magics before, but they mostly resolve on food and basically throwing food at your opponent. So it's really fun to see someone using an entirely different aspect.
