Why Should Your Character Should Be....: My character should be the Chief of Research and Development because he has an incredible insight on Fiore and Earthland, alike. It is, in fact, due to his guild experiences- all three of them- that Yukine has gained such a great view on the world. First, there was Sabertooth. During his time in Sabertooth, Yukine realized that no matter how warm-hearted a guild could be, something abnormal could always occur and make times change. The population suddenly dropped drastically, and Yukine found himself unable to partake in a guild due to a crisis in population. His mindset afterwards was to figure why a guild could change so quickly, and he ultimately questioned the legal system. This is what brought him to Nox Animus, though it was formerly a dark guild. Here, Yukine quickly discovered the inner dark sides of people, and how they could develop in so many different ways one would not expect another to. Of course, before the dark nature could control his own spirit, Yukine defected from Nox Animus, and moved on to a place of safety: Eclipse Soul. Here, Yukine discovered both the light and dark who all had dark secrets to share, and sins to confess. This guild truly was about development and starting anew, which even affected Yukine, himself. He consciously accepted those who had problems into his life so he could change them all entirely. He profiled them all into his beautiful mind, and used this knowledge to help expand his own community. Literally everywhere he went, Yukine was discovering more and more about Fiore; especially its people. However, people were not all Yukine was finding out about.

Yukine also found himself getting into numerous investigations for the sake of making others feel safe, and seeing what the outside world had to offer in both brutal and bright times. Countless times, Yukine discovered both the light and dark potential ahead of places he otherwise could not question. Again, he saw how big of a role change could make behind his back. He saw what hid itself distinctively in the light, and roamed within the dark around distinctive areas, and would always strive to rid of them. He wanted to help develop legal areas to their utmost degree by solving their problems firsthand. He even researched certain areas afterwards so he would be more at ease with their nature. He would be in places simply to discover its atmosphere and all it could offer. This makes him extremely fit to attain Chief of Research and Development, in my opinion, as Yukine has gained endless perspectives and views of wherever he has travelled.

6th seat will be given to Lex, seeing as no one else wants it. HOWEVER, I do want to see this change happening in a thread of sorts, or something of the like.

For 5th seat; since all of you want it, it will not be fair to choose one over another... Without some healthy competition! Please send me a roleplay sample of 1,000 words, showing me how your character behaves as part of the Council, how they solve some problems, etc, etc. All up to you, but it must consist for that.
