Description: Tsubaki gazes at her target and says "Kasai", catching the target to catch on fire which can't be put out until five seconds has passed(Please make it so that it isn't just an autohit ability.)
Strengths: Will be able to make a wall of fire for protection(That would be an entirely different ability, nowhere in your description does it say that this happened/can happen.)
Will be able to use fire as a distraction
Can light enemies on fire if need be
Weaknesses:
If an a-ranked water spell is casted upon her fire it will go out immediately (C-Ranked)
Tsubaki can't get cold water in her eyes
