Halibel had just arrived at Hargeon Town hoping to get issued a passport. This way she would be able to legally cross the boarders as apposed to the way she had been doing thing previously. “I’m a Holy Knight now and a Holy Knight shouldn’t break the law!~”, she said to herself just load enough that other people whiling past her could hear. When she arrived at the docks she was displeased to find that was at the bad end of a line with a 3-hour wait. “Why are there so many people here?” Well it couldn’t be helped. Halibel got behind the last person in line and began to do as every other person is front of her had done; wait.
One hour had passed and she was already starting to feel bored. The people around her were not interested in making small talk, and Halibel failed to bring anything to snack on. If only she had known that there was going to be such a long line. Luckly for her someone was about to do something stupid enough to break Halibel’s boredom for a while. She saw from the corner her eye someone trying to sneak past her and cut her in line. When the man was within arms length of her, Halibel swung a fist backwards at his face, stoping him in her tracks. The man then fell to the floor with Halibel looking for him with a rather mean glare while saying “Cutting in line isn’t too good for you health…” Scared, the man began to run away from an agitated Halibel towards the back of the line. The people standing around Halibel that witnessed her do that all became a little nervous. It was safe to say no one else would be cutting in line.
Two more hours passed and it seemed like there was only one more person ahead of Halibel. It’s safe to say this wasn’t the longest duration Halibel had to stand up, but it certainly was the longest she had to stand with nothing to do other than count down the number of people waiting in front of her. She smiled as if she had just reached the top of an extremely talk mountain when she heard the word “Next!” She moved up to the man at the desk and said to him “I’d like a passport please!~” Halibel took out a form with a picture of herself attached to it. “I filled out all the forms ahead of time.” The man took the forms walked into a room located behind him. He was gone for roughly 3 minutes and when returned, he had a newly made passport in his hand. “That will be 5000 jewel please.” Halibel reached into pocket and brought out the right amount of money. She then took her passport and gave the man a warm smile while saying “Thank you so much!~” The young mage then walked towards the train station with her newly issued passport in hand. “This was so worth the wait!~”
