He stands a at a couple feet off the ground and has small horns and small wings that allow him to hover briefly other then that he will waddle around of his own accord, However in his second form he stand at 12 feet tall with a wing span of about 24 feet. Arthur is penguin and a dragon put together. He is a happily little dragon who who gets very curious about things. He will usually do things regardless of the consequences unless Apollo says not to. He will listen to Apollo or whoever he says to. He is very loyal since he is one of his kind that people know of. He is a very loving to people and if you are nice to him he will be nice to you. though he is very defensive of Apollo he will get very upset if you hurt him at all. In Dragon form he won't mess around at all he will listen to Apollo no matter the order trusting him to guide him to victory

Description: By arching his head back Arthur exhales a cloud of -10* frost in front of him covering a forty foot cone shaped area if water is present in the area of effect or in the air the cone can spread out an additional ten feet. Those effected by this breath attack suffer from the effects of being exposed to subzero temperature until they're properly warmed back to regular temperature and he dose it's rank in damage. Any water magic used in the breath attack range is instantly frozen solid and makes the spell stop moving any further allowing Arthur to be a counter to water mages. it it will do an initial B rank of damage if hit then .25 for 2 seconds every 2 seconds they are exposed to the breath, They are slowed by 50 % percent till they are warmed up again.

Description: Arthur stops hovering in mid air then pulls his wings back and thrusts them forward causing a massive ice storm. As the torrent of air goes it will travel at 25 ft in a 25 ft cone in front of him. it will blow away a object or knock an opponent over if at point blank. If 10 ft away or more if they are braced they won't be blown away. As the the Icy winds blows it freezes the air around the area making ice shard that fly at them dealing a b rank of damage and pinning them down (they can't move) for two posts unless they break it with a b rank of damage of they teleport away. Each wind storm will make seven ice shards, if over water it's doubled it near fire or extreme heat is does half round down.
Strengths:
- It will stop solid attacks
- can blow people away about 20 feet
Weaknesses:
-Ice shards can be melted if destroyied if quick enough
-has to stop briefly to use attack makeing them an easier target
-can effect team mates
