Personality: Generally, Clay is a happy and enthusiastic person with a mix of being cautious around the people he tries to socialize with. He is that kind of person who is friendly and carefree on the outside, talking to someone here and there, but keeping also a watchful eye so as to not get hurt in the process. It takes a lot of bonding and time for Clay to fully trust a person since he had strongly dislike betrayal - to which happened to him in the past. Yet a couple of booze can get him to be tipsy and all, not being alert and cautious because of the drink messing up his brain. Clay is a dedicated and compassionate person, putting all himself just to get the job done even though he hides in a facąde of carefree person. Even if theres a big trouble rising or in that job, he still tries his best. He is also sweet and caring person who looks out to the ones who are hurt, in trouble and mostly to his troubled comrades but don't be fooled to the display of affection since it was all just out of concern and nothing beyond (though there are special cases). Curiosity is normal inside Clay's head and mystery and unexplored places are delight for him. His guilty pleasure is reading a non-fictional books quietly in the corner even though his appearance contradicts it. During sad times and all, Clay can quickly adept to the situation and can also feel sadness. Even to himself when he's sad, you can quickly notice it because his usual happy-go-lucky appearance dies out and replaced by a half-smile and slight nod.
During a battle, this ball of sunshine looks easy to those people with evil deeds or intent to defeat him, but his confidence and being strong-willed reigns during combats. He is usually skilled at hand-to-hand and pretty well knows how to defend himself against the attackers. Clay is not really that good when it comes to weapons but when survival is at stake and the need to protect himself is dire, he is able to learn a weapon quite skillfully but not at the highest caliber. Strategy is one of things that is needed to win the fight and you bet Clay has some in his head. He will dish out every possible strategic plans to win and he will do it in a way that gives opponents a hard chance to deflect. Yet he's still in the novice rank learning his ways around a battlefield. Under a leader, he is as loyal as he can be. Doing all his might just to help and make the team better. Though he may not completely trust the leader full well but you can be guaranteed that he'll follow the commands as long as he doesn't see it as wrong or cruel. Though he can sometimes share his thoughts during meetings and such with the leader. On the other hand, being the leader can be somewhat challenging to him. Having to be dependent on his parents - who later on disappeared - made him completely clueless. He does not know how to command others as a leader yet, but Clay is still in the process. Though he might choose to be a member rather than to be a leader.

- Reading Books - A hobby of his that became his guilty pleasure.
- His guild - Clay is somewhat patriotic and he'll always like his guild even though it is a mix of different personalities inside.
- Baby Animals - He'll always be fond of carrying or just plainly watching baby animals interacting with each other or to him.
- Pudding - It would be his favorite food since he was a kid and still his favorite until today.
- Exploring Places - It would be in his bucket list to explore and visit different sites and places he feels is very exciting and mysterious.
Dislikes:
- Betrayal - Clay experienced this word ever since he was a child and by someone he trusts the most.
- Evil Wizards - He really despises them in secret and will do anything to protect people from them because they'll use their magic for evil deeds instead of good ones.
- Obnoxious People - Especially when they're so rowdy and loud boasting about themselves and just insulting other people - though he tends to not show his despise.
- Hangovers - That feeling after a great night drinking booze and all and in the morning the greatest headache arrives. Clay has experienced it and he does not like it.
- Spicy Foods - Clay has low tolerance on spicy things and it really upsets his appetite whenever he tastes one.
Motivations:
- Mastering His Magic - A wizard needs to improve or perfect his magic while he is still alive in this land and that's what Clay's plan. He also needs to know any deep knowledge and information about his own magic.
- Protecting People - His sense of justice is strong and knowing that there are many people who are in trouble and hurt automatically gives him the motivation to help them in his life.
- Moving on from the past - The past has really scarred him so much that he will do anything to start anew and make new memories to replace that bad ones.
Fears:
- Being betrayed - His greatest fear is being betrayed by the people whom he trusts so that's why trusting for him is really hard to do and give to any people he meets. He needs that person to prove many things to him to gain his full confidence on that certain person.
- Coulrophobia - The fear of clowns. Clay - as a child - sees to them as very murderous as he saw in a lacrima-television about a certain clown killing people with his chainsaw and all, affecting him as he grew up. Some people found them funny but Clay doesn't and has to find a way to escape them. Don't ever invite him to a kid's party with clowns.
- Claustrophobia - Especially in a close-space room, you'll quickly notice his heavy-breathing and paling of skin.
