Setting: in the phoenix mountains. next to a waterfall that pours into a small pond, back against the mountains, small cave to be used as a mine behind the waterfall. house is out of waterfall splash zone on the left. ti the right of the waterfall rises a sheer cliff. the steam from the pond goes into the forest.there are several out croppings of rocks and trees in the waterfall clearing.the clearing is appox. a half a acre. no nest of animals seem to be present in the clearing. its rather peaceful and relaxing. the moon shines bright on the pond and it looks beautiful. the sun does the same. its rather secluded but is close enough to walk to the eclipse soul guild hall.so that's where the house will be contructed.

Stage one: clear out land in the phoenix mountains, then build poor quality hut, using materials gather from the areas around the land. hut includes one room with a bed and dresser with a few candles, similar quality to hut. Price:free

Stage two: build forge infront of house but not blocking path way and begin construction of mine, then improve hut to small house. small house (three rooms, one bed, one kitchen, one bathroom) by necessary furnishings poor quality. build watchdog mech to keep animals and intruders away.Price:???

Stage three: build preliminary defenses, a cobble stone wall round claimed area approx. 8ft in height, use stone from mine construction.finish forge and continue construction of mine.
