Personality:
Soren, in a sentence, is a cocky, arrogant bastard who will more often than not believe he is right. He believes himself to be a genius (and he practically is). He is, however, a major charmer; he fairly easily gets people to like him and interact with him.
Now, onto elaborating. Soren believes he's the best. He sees most things as a challenge, with is both a good and bad thing. It keeps him fresh, allows him to strive towards something, and at the end, feel like an absolute genius. In other words, when he sets his eyes on something, he gains a determination to do it; it's like he decided something, and now that he has decided upon it, it will happen. This can, however, work against him.
He's very confident in himself. As a result, if he believes he can achieve something, odds are, he will achieve it. The problem with this is that he often times doesn't realize if there are potential bad results from what he is trying to do. This often times results him to peering into things he really shouldn't, whether it be trying to uncover where the big bad guy is hiding at, but running into an ambush with fifty bandits waiting for him, or looking too much into someones life, bringing back bad memories and potentially ruining friendships.
Despite all this, Soren is still a charmer. He will often behave like he's the greatest in front of others, however, do it in a very charming matter. It's almost as though something about it appeals to some people. He seems to know how to bring it out perfectly, and also knows when to show "another" side of him perfectly, too. He seems to know how to work around people perfectly, yet, won't do it for personal gain. He genuinely cares for the people he works and interacts with.
That aside, however, he is very adventerous. He loves to go out and discover new things, find out things that were said to be lost forever, uncovering rumours to be true; he's an explorer. It brings a thrill to his heart like almost no other, especially considering the dangers that he could potentially face. He treats it like he's the main character of a story whenever such events happen.
Soren is naturally a leader. He is very charismatic, and people do want him to often times take leader-like roles. Despite this, he doesn't particularly like being a leader. It's not that he feels incapable of being one, it's only that he never felt like he should ever be one. In many ways, Soren is more a lone wolf, and it's precisely because of this fact that he's very hesitant to listen to his leader, if he decides to go under one at all. He's a free spirit.
In a battle, he's confident he will win, however, he will by no means underestimate any opponent(s). He plays with confidence, but with the correct amount of it. While they're moving, thinking, dodging, and even striking each other, he will constantly be observing for patterns, habits, anything that might help him, all while having a big grin on his face.
He is the greatest, after all.
Likes:
- Exploring; as said before, he loves exploring. It makes him feel like a "main character".
- Proving himself; there are a lot of people who have doubted Soren, and probably many more to come. He really enjoys proving people wrong.
- A good challenge; gives him an opportunity to prove everyone wrong yet again.
Dislikes:
- Most people; he's charismatic, and many people like him. He knows how to work with a crowd. Regardless, that doesn't mean he likes most people. In reality, he doesn't really like anyone when they first meet. It takes a long while for him to even appreciate they're around.
- Not getting what he wants; he believes himself to be a genius, and often times proves it. Sometimes, he will plan out in his head how a certain series of events will go, and they don't turn out that way, leaving him frustrated or annoyed.
- Failing at something he has decided; there is absolutely, positively, without a doubt, nothing more frustrating to Soren than to not being able to execute on something he has decided.
Motivations:
- The thrill; he is a thrillseeker at heart. It's partially why he enjoys exploring so much. The thrill makes it all worth it.
- Finding himself; he's very confident in himself, and always knows he'll manage something, and believes in himself heavily, yet, he feels as though something is missing. He doesn't know what that may be, but wants to find it.
- Finding his selected few; what this means is a group of people he can enjoy being with. He doesn't want it to be too many people, yet, contradicting himself, he wants to have a small group of people he can appreciate.
Fears:
- Losing his confidence; he doesn't think about this at all, but if he were to lose his confidence, that's it. He's nothing. He's not motivated. He cannot do anything. Losing his confidence affects him differently than other people, because once his is lost, it will take something big to get it back.
- Unable to overcome a challenge; again, he doesn't think about this at all, but if he can't do something... Who can?
- Mirrors; they always reflect who you really are. Soren knows he's not as great as he claims to be, or sometimes lucks out to be (but he's still pretty friggin' great). He doesn't want to actually see it for himself.

At first glance, Soren isn't particularly too impressive in the physical department, and really, he isn't, but he's not as soft as he looks. He has blonde hair, and cyan-like eyes. He is very slim, though he does have some muscle to him. His hair is always styled in a messy way; he doesn't really bother with it too much. He's somewhat handsome and isn't too tall, while not being too short at the same time. He always wears a pair of goggles that rest on his head; he never puts them on.
