Those poor Abandoned jobs worry no more!

So the current problem with jobs is the fact if someone goes and ditches the job and doesn't post you lose all your progression for the job. This is a solution I came up with if they have not posted in two weeks and have not pmed the reason for lacking of posting on it you can tag someone else in to replace them and finish the job. However as some have said it would be fair if the person taking over got full exp so this is how it would work.

5 or less posts made by person they are replacing full exp
anything up till 5 remaining posts 50 percent exp reward
5 or less total posts remaining 25 percent of the exp

This would solve the issue of jibs not being finished and make it where people can progress without feeling so frustrated their jobs got ditched.

This is a thing that was never really implemented but was something people could do there was just no rules written up on it. We will be implementing a system for this shortly.
