Personality: Tanik is not the most likable person. He is extremely arrogant, always unwilling to admit it when he is wrong. He is also one of the most sarcastic individuals you will ever come across, often to the point of annoyance. And finally he has anger issues. He is always willing to fight anyone who hurts his pride. He developed his anger issues when he was just a small child, and he was picked on by other kids due to him being so weak. he now just retaliates in anger when someone mocks him or someone he cares about. As you can imagine it is difficult for him to make any friends. But for all of his social shortcomings, Tanik is a great friend to those who can put up with him. He always defends his friends when they are in trouble.Back in his middle school years, a group of kids were bullying one of Tanik's friends. So Tanik fought them and drove them off. Tanik always did acts such as these for his friends. Tanik is a kind person at heart, even though he doesn't like to show it. It annoys Tanik when someone is doing something but they are not trying their best. When Tanik does anything, he gives it his 100%. So when someone isn't doing the same, he will talk (or knock) some sense into them.
In battle, Tanik is a naturally skilled mage. Despite the his Egotistical nature, Tanik has a very good battle sense and is rare to underestimate his opponent. He is adept at sword fighting and wielding AOE spells. Tanik's exceptional battle sense makes him a fairly good leader as far as combat tactics goes, but outside of battle his relative lack of common sense disqualifies him for most leadership roles. Tanik also doesn't enjoy being told what to do. He is a bit of a loose cannon, but If the situation is particularly serious he will usually swallow his pride and follow orders he doesn't necessarily agree with. Tanik's major weakness is heights. He will have great difficulty fighting somewhere very high up. if he can constantly see below him he will be almost too petrified to move. If he cant see below him but still knows how high he is, he will be able to fight but he will be too nervous to focus 100% on the fight. Another weakness that can possibly affect Tanik in a fight is his fear of snakes. Tanik is absolutely horrified by them. This stems from a childhood experience when a giant cobra in the wild attacked him, bit his leg, and nearly killed him. Luckily he managed to get medical attention in time to stop the poison from spreading to any vital organs, but ever since that experience he will never approach a snake.
Likes:Powerful opponents. Tanik loves seeking powerful opponents that will offer him a challenge.
Winning. Winning battles, especially against strong opponents, is a thrill that nothing can quite match for Tanik.
Sushi. The only food that Tanik will always eat and enjoy no matter how terrible the quality.
Dislikes: Losing. While Tanik loves nothing more than winning, this makes losing all the more painful, as his pride is dealt a huge blow.
Unkind people. Tanik is always ready to fight anyone who is rude to him, or his freinds.
