Bellaria wanted to spar again, although she knew relishing battle was foolish and inappropriate. Why should she enjoy hurting others? She knew it wasn't right, so she told herself she just wanted to get stronger. She signed up for this sparring thing and her opponent and their magic would be unknown to her. Maybe they'd be a Nova Girl or boy, although, she never knew if that was possible, but totally accepted it because she just wanted a partner she could understand and be best friends with.
The arena's floor was quite pretty, it was tiled with an archaic looking pattern that was covered in a thin layer of dirt, she didn't really want to ruin it, although, she mentally scorned herself for thinking she was actually strong enough for that to happen, she had a long way to go for that to ever happen. The sky was a light pale blue and she could hear birds singing a lovely song somewhere outside of the arena. Nobody was watching them so she had no reason to be shy.
To transform into her magical state, she said while holding her pink gem, "Bellaria, Nova, Entfess!"

A light yawn left the lips of a certain blue scales figure that sat within the shadow of an arch that lead into the stadium. His eyes showed his lack of concern, but more of anticipation and excitement. His ears twitched some as the sound of feet touching the ground outside. He gazed outwards and saw the flashy display that was presented before him. ”Oh god. It’s a magical girl…” He muttered as he watched her transform from his location. His eyes just did roll before pushing himself off from the wall and walking from the shadows to the arena.
The man that stood before her was just about 6’1, and rather thin. His hair hung down around his face with a single line of bangs that hung down to near past his chin. His eyes were darkened, corrupted from the magic that his body was altered to use. The blood red pupils skimmed down her body as he began to grin. The man from what she’d be able to see was wearing a garb that would seem battle ready. Loose fitting pants, with a loose shirt as well but had bandages that started just at his forearms and wrapped up his arms and chest to just enough to cover his body. His hands up to the point that was wrapped in bandages were covered blue shark like scales with the tips of his fingers tipped like claws.
His head cocked come as his body leaned forward before his appearance would rapidly change to something else entirely. A black substance seeped from his pores and surrounded his body before quickly hardening into an armor like form.. The glow that escaped from the various spots gave off a light blue hue. His fingers lightly twitched as his now black face stared at her. He postured himself like a Wildman would with him leaning forward and one of his clawed hands hanging down. ”Are you ready to play? I promise I won’t do anything more than remove the upper part of your skin. Vexel is a good boy after all. He’s sorry if he goes a little deeper. He’s a bit unstable” He let out in a voice that would spell terror. Vexel finally gets to cut loose somewhat. Emilia told him no killing, but nothing about maiming!

Description: The Curse of Leviathan is a simple thing really. Through Vexel’s training his skin has morphed to be something completely different from what it looks like. His skin is now covered in scales similar to that of a shark. The scales are blue in color, and cover the cheeks of his face and go down his neck. They also cover his arms entirely along with his legs. These are simply used to augment his melee combat as they’re easily used to rend flesh, or grip onto someone while allowing him to block some attacks with them due to the hard texture they retain
Strengths:- Allows him to block attacks that are a rank below him with any of these areas.
- Provides him a method to do damage to people with his hands alone using just the scales that will hit on rank with him
- Due to how they lay, the scales won’t cut someone. Instead they will shake the skin off of them
Weaknesses:|- Doesn’t cover his entire body
- Since it doesn’t do any type of projection, it’s limited in a battle against a range fighter.
- Can only block things that are smaller than the patches of scales.
- Doesn’t do anything if he can’t get to them
- Allows him to block attacks that are a rank below him with any of these areas.

Bellaria was quite unsure how to feel about the whole thing. This guy was just so- she didn't have a word for it. His emotional energy was completly out of whack, but not bad intentioned either. Just altered continuously to the point of almost having no define form to his emotions, it was quite hard to understand. Although she wasn't her to vanquish evil nor to judge others based on their previous choices. She was here for a spar, and she wanted to fight now, yet it was that drive for battle that left her so confused in the end.
The guy was quite crooked looking, almost reptilian but not. His hair was odd, it wasn't ratty but it wasn't neat either. He had bandages on his arms, she hoped they were clean, but that was clearly not the case. This guy seemed like a hardened fighter- well, from judging by the cover, and of course the confusing emotional aura- but all that aside, he seemed like quite the opponent, so there was no way she'd be letting him have the first move, even if it was the right thing to do. This wasn't a matter of kindness, but a training exercise, she couldn't afford to be as nice as she would've wanted.

Her hands weren't shaking like before, now she knew not to falter in battle, as she knew what devastation could occur if composure was lost.
It was the kindness rooted in her soul that gave him a few seconds to register what was happening, but that was enough time for him, as if he lived up to his presumed potential, then that was much more time than needed. Firing three shots towards the guy, she started stepping backwards slowly, fearing some sort of counterattack.

Description:
While in her magical state, Bellaria creates a 147cm long percussion locked rifle musket out of rock solid pink candy. This weapon can be shot and reloads automatically. This weapon can also be used to bat away enemies but not block attacks.
This is spell is cast by Bellaria putting her hands by her Nova Gem and willing the gun to appear while pulling it out as it appears to be retrieved from the Nova Gem
Each bullet fired by this gun deals 25% of D class damage with a cap of 125% per target. These bullets can reach a max distance of 15m and speed of 14m/s.
This weapon can be desummoned at will, its durations resets and the cooldown must be waited again before use.
Strengths:
Ranged - Bullets fired can reach targets at a distance.
Quick - Bullets fired can reach high speeds, thus making them harder to dodge.
Shattering - Super effective against Ice/Glass/Crystal/Gem/etc magic
Weaknesses:
Accuracy based - Far less accurate if blinded.
Magic Link - Weapons made by this spell will disappear if out of physical contact with the caster. This resets durations but the cooldown must still be waited.
Ranged - While using this spell, the caster is weak against blade weapon types.
Unstable - The bullets shot can be redirected by strong forces of wind/air.

”Yes I get to play!” Vexel let out as his fingers curled for a moment. A breathe left his body just as she spoke. In his soul his voice cried out, screaming in excitement at the aura he could feel bubbling off the girl. It was so intoxicating. A jaw opened up from the black abyss that covered his face. An elongated his tongue slipped from gaping maw that there on his face and slipped across where his lips was. In his soul. Within himself he spoke one line. ” Leviathan’s Claws” As the thought ended his hands were covered with a white wash of water. The water took the form of a sleeve like thing that covered from his elbow to his hand, and then extended an extra foot off of each finger.
As the water rushed over his body, his cells came to life. It was like the life blood of the world was passing through his body. His muscles tensed for a moment as he watched her pulled the gun with her magic. He waited, and as her hand would move to fire, he began his movements. He feet moved to kick off to the right, his body accelerated due to the fact he was touching his element. ”Awe! You’re no fun. Guns aren’t nice to play with!” Vexel called out at her with his voice from before as he began to move in somewhat of a zig-zag fashion back towards her. His speed at this time had capped at 77 mph. Each zig zag was in increments of 5 to 6 feet, each one end and began with a side step to avoid any shot she’d try to do.
As Vexel would reach her side, all of a few things would occurred. First the sound of flesh ripping would come from Vexel’s back as the armor seemed to bubble in the back before 6, 8 foot long tentacles extended from around his spinal column, but that wasn’t all. The blue glow from his armor glowed brighter for just that second as another spell was cast. ”Leviathan’s Assault” Was screamed for her to hear it as 6 orbs of water formed behind him. One lined up at his elbow before it exploded away from him. The resulting force of the erupting, slinging his claw covered hand towards her face with a speed of 30 mphs. The watery claw for sake of refresher was a foot off of his fingers, so she’d have to move fast.

These can be used for anything that requires water, or one can be released behind his elbows to allow him to strike a 30 MPH punch
Strengths:
Quick attack, which can really wound someone bad
Can be used with a weapon in hand
Works well with his fighting style.
Weaknesses:
Long range fighters have it good chance to stay out of his range
The attack can be avoided if you step from in front of him
It can only be applied to one arm
Tired the muscles out in the arm he does it with
- Requin:
Name: Requin
Rank: Legendary
Type: Parasite (Magic Item)
Description: In his base for Requin is a black and green blob, but that hasn’t been seen since a year before Vexel’s training on Akuma began. The being attached itself to Vexel’s very core, and so far to attach to his very core, and his source of mana within him. As one would expect, Requin doesn’t feed off of Vexel’s mana at all. It feeds off the nutrients in his body, and thus the reason Vexel tends to eat a lot but stays so skinny. In return Requin has augmented Vexel’s human body not just to survive his training with his first teacher, but also when he moved on to learn from Leviathan. It later enhanced his body some more with the armaments that became a weapon, and armor. The things Vexel had dubbed his Gravir, and Faux as to give tribute to his ideals.
There was another gift Requin bestowed upon him, but Vexel was unaware of its existence till after he decided to forgo his training with his former master in place of the Demon Leviathan. It had been so used to the dark that it stains Requin, and that stain was forced to quell on over to Vexel as a form alternating magic. This allows Vexel to in a manner still use his old magic, but in a different form. He can now add Darkness to any of his spells, leaving them a bit more deadlier before, but it does come with a draw back if he does that. If someone is able to piece intos Vexel's body, and directly attack Requin some how and do up to three A-ranks worth of damage, then it'll shut down to repair itself which'll take 4 turns
Strengths:
-Being as it’s living and sentient entity that is bound to the core of Vexel’s body, he will always know what is wrong with Vexel and is able to tell him.
- Is able to add Darkness to any spells that he can use
-Has increased his body’s physical condition.
Weaknesses:
-Outside of providing Vexel body with some enhancements, it does nothing.
-Due to it being inside of his body and organic, if you slice through his body, it’s not going to stop anything
-When using the Dark magic he is unable to eat his element
-When he is using dark magic, he is unable to heal people through any means, including himself

Description: The left over taint of Vexel’s old magic had manifested itself in a manner within Requin over the years, and learning something new didn’t remove that stain that it left. After Vexel changed to what he is now, it manifested in the worse way. When he attempts to use this being as the darkness now part of him like it used to be, it causes chaos within him, thus it makes it harder to distinguish friend from foe.
Strengths:
-Is able to replace the water element in any of his spells with Dark instead. This changes the weaknesses from Electric to Light.
-Makes it a good way to toss people off.
-Add to his already frightening appearance.
Weaknesses:
-When using ‘tainted’ magic he will lose sight of who is friends or foe is, confusing them for one another for 3 posts afterwards.
-For each tainted spell he uses that thread will extend that count by 1
-Due to the tainted effect of the magic, he is unable able to heal people, or heal himself.
-Can’t consume Any water spell while he’s in this state.

Description: As Vexel hosted the beast Requin inside of his body, it over time changed how his body processed to a degree, in such to give him additional bits to work with. This in the manner is referring to up to 6, 8 feet tentacles that he can sprout from his back. These tentacles are rather non-descript other than them being long, the tips of them having a red chitin like tip at the end of them with a layer of blue scales from the exit of Vexel’s body to the chitin. They share the same durability as Requin itself, meaning that any damage done to them is done to it instead.
Strengths:- Provides him for versatility in combat
- The scales are able to not only provide some protection for the tentacles, but also assisting in ripping the flesh away off of people instead of just impacting, and is considered a hit of Vexel’s rank
- They are able to take advantage of any strength boost Vexel currently has
Weaknesses:- Are organic in construct, as such things designed to kill organics are able to cut through it easier.
- While Requin is normally safe within Vexel, with the tentacles out it becomes vulnerable.
- Considering they’re only 8 feet long, they’re not able to tackle long range fighters
- If Requin is forced back into his repair stage, the tentacles retracts into his body, and has to wait that period is over before coming back.
- Provides him for versatility in combat

Bellaria was quite frigthened by the display, if she thought about it, this guy sent shivers down her spine. Thinking so was something she shouldn't do, so mentally scolding herself was the way to go. This guy was probably really nice, if not totally terrifying. She couldn't let that fear show, because she had to keep her heroic mask on, even if she was trembling underneath. She was the defender of Pantheon and Fiorre, there was no way she'd let anyone down. The only way for her to get stronger would be to win.
Her opponent launched a punch at him powered by the repulsion of some sort of aqueous sphere. All of her bullets were dodged. Bell caught a glint of something on the fist flying towards him, claws made from a liquid.... The Novian had no idea how they worked, but she definitely never felt like being impaled. Out of pure instict taught to her by fighting Tranzbose and their Familiars, she whipped her gun around and went to bat the hand away. Unfortunately for her, she was too slow, and now the only thing she wanted was to be protected.
Suddenly, a burst of pink light exploded from her gem. Bellaria was a tad bit confused, but then gasped at the huge shield in her hand. It was massive, at least three times bigger than her, but she could somehow lift it. The shield was made from some sort of stylized hard biscuit, although she doubted it would do anything against the claws that were charging at her. Bell stopped that thought, as if she believed in herself, all of her wishes would come true.
Some time during the appearance of the shield, her gun got flung to the floor, shattering into fragments of candy as it was desummoned.

- The Guardian (Soul Link):
Description: A weathered old monk once had the ability to communicate with spirits. These spirits granted him their abilities, linking with the monk, covering him in a misty white aura, allowing him access to a greater power. The spirits that linked with the monk we’re one of an insane berserker, a warrior with a legendary shield, and a dragon. During a great war, the monk fought for his country, and was supposedly killed in action. This spell does D rank damage, has a speed of 10/s, and can shoot up to 10m. The spherical projectile is 1m in diameter.
Strengths:

Beneahth the armor Vexel grinned as his claws slipped across the food like shield that seemed to have appeared just as he would have struck her. ”YES YES YES! You’re fighting like a fun person now!” Vexel said as he stared at the shield for a small second. His speed began to increase as his armor seemed to pulse for a moment as his body surged with stimulant from the organic construct enhancing him. His demon eyes closed with a happy expression. One should have an expression like this in the heat of combat, but he degressed! You must not kill her as his object of affection told him. With a deep breath he punched down quickly into the ground.
The stone of the arena shattered as a pulse of water was shot down into the ground as he yelled into his soul ”Leviathan’s Spires!”. It was like an instant effect as from just around his body, the surrounding 20 foot area was littered with 5 foot high water spires. Though to add insult to possible injury, the water was super-heated by his own little talents to be just near the temperature that water would begin to evaporate. This by far was a game ender, but he wanted to see how she reacted to the fact that her safe area behind the shield was useless when below her was usable as an outlet for an attack.
Though the spires that he had called to cover the area around him by far wasn’t his final act. No, really it was just to set a stage. He instead he had his body set be crouch and kick back from the ground with his claws still on his hand, though this time he moved fast than 77 mph. It was just a bit faster. At around 81 Mph. His armor was empowering him to move faster than before. He would land after he had taken to the air 3 feet from the spike farthest from her off to the side some. He landed with his hands on the ground, and his feet on the ground. His back was arched. His position somewhat resembled that of a beast ready to pounce. Those that could sense his magic well enough would notice that his body was beginning to channel magic towards his tail bone while his tentacles waved infront of him.

Description: The Curse of Leviathan is a simple thing really. Through Vexel’s training his skin has morphed to be something completely different from what it looks like. His skin is now covered in scales similar to that of a shark. The scales are blue in color, and cover the cheeks of his face and go down his neck. They also cover his arms entirely along with his legs. These are simply used to augment his melee combat as they’re easily used to rend flesh, or grip onto someone while allowing him to block some attacks with them due to the hard texture they retain
Strengths:
Allows him to block attacks that are a rank below him with any of these areas.
Provides him a method to do damage to people with his hands alone using just the scales that will hit on rank with him
Due to how they lay, the scales won’t cut someone. Instead they will shake the skin off of them

Doesn’t cover his entire body
Since it doesn’t do any type of projection, it’s limited in a battle against a range fighter.
Can only block things that are smaller than the patches of scales.

Description: In his base for Requin is a black and green blob, but that hasn’t been seen since a year before Vexel’s training on Akuma began. The being attached itself to Vexel’s very core, and so far to attach to his very core, and his source of mana within him. As one would expect, Requin doesn’t feed off of Vexel’s mana at all. It feeds off the nutrients in his body, and thus the reason Vexel tends to eat a lot but stays so skinny. In return Requin has augmented Vexel’s human body not just to survive his training with his first teacher, but also when he moved on to learn from Leviathan. It later enhanced his body some more with the armaments that became a weapon, and armor. The things Vexel had dubbed his Gravir, and Faux as to give tribute to his ideals.
There was another gift Requin bestowed upon him, but Vexel was unaware of its existence till after he decided to forgo his training with his former master in place of the Demon Leviathan. It had been so used to the dark that it stains Requin, and that stain was forced to quell on over to Vexel as a form alternating magic. This allows Vexel to in a manner still use his old magic, but in a different form. He can now add Darkness to any of his spells, leaving them a bit more deadlier before, but it does come with a draw back if he does that. If someone is able to piece intos Vexel's body, and directly attack Requin some how and do up to three A-ranks worth of damage, then it'll shut down to repair itself which'll take 4 turns
Strengths:
-Being as it’s living and sentient entity that is bound to the core of Vexel’s body, he will always know what is wrong with Vexel and is able to tell him.
- Is able to add Darkness to any spells that he can use
-Has increased his body’s physical condition.
Weaknesses:
-Outside of providing Vexel body with some enhancements, it does nothing.
-Due to it being inside of his body and organic, if you slice through his body, it’s not going to stop anything
-When using the Dark magic he is unable to eat his element
-When he is using dark magic, he is unable to heal people through any means, including himself

Description: The left over taint of Vexel’s old magic had manifested itself in a manner within Requin over the years, and learning something new didn’t remove that stain that it left. After Vexel changed to what he is now, it manifested in the worse way. When he attempts to use this being as the darkness now part of him like it used to be, it causes chaos within him, thus it makes it harder to distinguish friend from foe.
Strengths:
-Is able to replace the water element in any of his spells with Dark instead. This changes the weaknesses from Electric to Light.
-Makes it a good way to toss people off.
-Add to his already frightening appearance.
Weaknesses:
-When using ‘tainted’ magic he will lose sight of who is friends or foe is, confusing them for one another for 3 posts afterwards.
-For each tainted spell he uses that thread will extend that count by 1
-Due to the tainted effect of the magic, he is unable able to heal people, or heal himself.
-Can’t consume Any water spell while he’s in this state.

Description: As Vexel hosted the beast Requin inside of his body, it over time changed how his body processed to a degree, in such to give him additional bits to work with. This in the manner is referring to up to 6, 8 feet tentacles that he can sprout from his back. These tentacles are rather non-descript other than them being long, the tips of them having a red chitin like tip at the end of them with a layer of blue scales from the exit of Vexel’s body to the chitin. They share the same durability as Requin itself, meaning that any damage done to them is done to it instead.
Strengths:- Provides him for versatility in combat
- The scales are able to not only provide some protection for the tentacles, but also assisting in ripping the flesh away off of people instead of just impacting, and is considered a hit of Vexel’s rank
- They are able to take advantage of any strength boost Vexel currently has
Weaknesses:- Are organic in construct, as such things designed to kill organics are able to cut through it easier.
- While Requin is normally safe within Vexel, with the tentacles out it becomes vulnerable.
- Considering they’re only 8 feet long, they’re not able to tackle long range fighters
- If Requin is forced back into his repair stage, the tentacles retracts into his body, and has to wait that period is over before coming back.

Description: The Gravir is a full body suit that Vexel that vexel wears over his body, but isn’t as simple as that really. The Requin Gravir is actually much more than meets the eye as it in reality is a living creature that has over the years attached itself to Vexel’s body, and became a welcomed addition to his body. As normally his magic would expel a parasite, this one before Vexel even learned of his abilities to do so attached to his very core, as to stay within him.
The armor covered his from head to toe in the organic shielding to fully protect him. Due to the armor being part of him to a degree, it slips through things like his scales so that they’re still effective within the armored for. While like this, he lets off a faint blue glow from his eyes, and other various points of his armor. This glow increases more depending on how much mana he’s channeling. Though passively it will glow. After the HP of the armor is reduced to 0, it will return into his body before after 4 posts it comes back in it’s natural state
Strengths:
-It can protect him from attacks
-Allows some of his more passive traits
-Due to the fact that it’s an organic and sentient being, it can’t be copied perfectly due to the inability to copy the personality, plus it’s always within him, so it’s easy to put on
Weaknesses:
- Because it’s linked with him, he can’t lend it out to allies
-Because it isn’t really large or bulky, it doesn’t provide much outward protection, meaning blunt force attacks still do damage to him.
-Because it lights up, he can’t hide in the dark with it.
-Because the armor is organic, things that are designed to kill organic material can slip right through the armor.

-Reactive Evolution: With each hit the armor takes, it will learn that attack, and after awhile will adapt to the style of attack. What this means is for example stabbing attacks can only land successfully 2 times on Vexel before the armor adapts to half the damage of stabbing attacks till it’s next regeneration cycle.
-Body Enhancement: With the armor outright part of his body when in a state like this, it enhances his strength and speed. At C-rank it’s 10% each, B-rank 25% each, and A is 50% each for as long as he’s wearing the armor.

Description: By punching his hand into the ground, Vexel is able to release a mass of water down into the ground. From there it will spread out up to twenty feet around him before erupting outwards from the ground in the form of sharp spires that go up 5 feet. To him it’s considered a possibly game ender for the careless or for those large enough for him to punch through. Regardless of how many you get hit with, the person will only take 1 D-rank of damage
Strengths:
• Wide Range
• Good for surprise attack
• Able to possibly level a building depending on the material it’s made from
Weaknesses:
• It has a wide range, so it has a possibility to hurt his allies
• Electrical attacks can use these spires of water as conduits for anyone caught within them
• If he isn’t careful, he can hurt himself with the attack.

In all honesty, this was just too much for her. She thought she was ready to fight with a person, but this guy was worse than a Tranzbose, his energy was way out of wack. Maybe if it weren't for the fact that there was a bunch of boiling water shooting up around her, would she have surrendered earlier. No, this fight wasn't right for her, she could just feel her demise around the corner, like a bad omen.
She let herself get burned by the water, not because she wanted too, but there was nothing she could do to stop it. Bellaria needed to get stoner, but this wasn't the way. What was wrong with her? Fighting innocent people, she was supposed to be a protector, not hurting people even if they hurt her right back. The nova girl didn't know how to stop this, but she'd try at least.
"Stop please, I surrender. You win." This was all she knew how to do, so at least she could say she tried.

The nova girl whisked away her transformation and silently walked away, trying not to make any sudden movements that would send her sparring partner jumping at her. This was ridiculous, there was no way the guy could be that feral, but could he? She had experienced people form all walks of life, so could this guy be as wild as his aura suggested? Maybe not, or maybe so, the true answer was unknown to her as she reclaimed her Nova gem from the air and secured it in the chain around her neck.
