Description: Severance is a very ancient blade used by specific types of Yokai. Where as some specialize in special forms of magic or abilities surrounding elements or certain non-elemented things such as telekinesis, others use their powers through weaponry, armors, trinkets, and such. Such as so, the existence of Akita lies within this sword known as Severance; a sword gleaming with a bright light to which some could think it was a gift from the gods. In fact, the weapon is simply able to bend and gather light from which it uses to attack, defend, support, and repair itself even.
Strengths:
- The weapons basic strikes deal more damage to cursed and dark based magics or enemy beings that have no resistances to it.
- Being that it is so versatile, Severance is a very useful tool to use in any situation.
Weaknesses:
- Night time usage gives away this weapons location almost instantly within a certain range as the weapon always gives off a light.
- Light slayers can munch on this weapons light as a source any time.
Abilities:
- Light repair - This weapons light coats the weapon itself and its user, regenerating 5% hp to itself and its user, repairing any open wounds or cracks in the weapon or body (body referring to doll appearance) each post.
- Severing Ties - This weapon deals an additional 25% damage to summons and companions, as though the weapon was "severing" the ties of the bond between the summon or companion itself.
- Light Armor - The aura that is emitted from this weapon decreases damage dealt to the wielder by 30% and light spells by 20%.

D-Rank Spell Name: Severing Strike!

Type: Offensive/Light
Description: The users sword glows even brighter with the light the weapon is imbued with and swings with it. The next strike that is done (assuming that next strike makes contact) will unleash a burst of light and inflict 40 damage to an enemy. The burst will send whatever it makes contact with back by 15 meters if that object is not grounded by any means.
Strengths:
- In close quarters, this gives the user a chance to apply some breathing room to help change about the tides of a fight in an instant.
Weaknesses:
- Grounded objects are immune to the ability to be pushed back, but instead force the user to be pushed by by 5 meters instead.
- This spell can only be effective when the weapon makes contact with something. If it misses, it simply becomes a waste of mp.
C-Rank Spell Name: Graces of the Parshath

Type: Healing/Light
Description: The wielder raises their weapon into the air and shine a light over an ally or themselves. Afterward, a pair of wings made of light erupt from their back and fold around them before disappearing. When this is completed, those receiving this effect are healed for 60. The user is able to target any one person within 120 meters. If the one receiving this is within direct sunlight, they gain an additional 25% of healing from this spell.
Strengths:
- Allows for the caster to heal an ally or themselves in a pinch.
Weaknesses:
- This spell can be stopped if they are hit with another spell while the effect of the spell is still being given.
- If an effect that reduces the effectiveness of healing is in effect, the spell is unable to heal for any extra benefits.
B-Rank Spell Name: Shield of the Heavens
Rank: B

Type: Defensive/Light
Description: The wielder's weapon glows and transforms itself for the duration of this spell in one of two ways varying on the form from which the wielder is in:
Doll: The sword becomes a large square shield the size of their body, able to be held onto. However, the shield is too heavy for them to be able to move, therefore it becomes a stationary shield.
Yokai/Mafia: The sword itself widens into a large, transparent shield of light that covers a 30 meter wide area and is 20 meters high.
During this time, Severance is no longer a sword to be used in combat, as it is used for this spells effect. The shield in either form is able to withstand up to 240 damage (80 x 3) or until its duration is met. Once this spell is extinguished in either capacity, Severance will always reappear in the wielders hand.
Strengths:
- In Yokai/Mafia form, the user is able to shield allies that are within a close proximity.
Weaknesses:
- While in doll form, the shielding is only toward themselves.
- While the shield is in either form, it's stationary and leaves the user of the spell with no weapon.
A-Rank Spell Name: Veil of Purity

Description: The user casts a veil of light around a 75 meter area around themselves as a point of origin. All allies/summons/companions heal for 50 hp split evenly between each post, the allies will gain 10 hp per post.
Strengths:
- Able to heal themself and allies of all types.
Weaknesses:
- If the wielder takes damage, the spell ends immediately and goes on full cooldown.
- If a slayer consumes the light from this spell, the spell ends and goes on full cooldown.
S-Rank Spell Name: Heavenly Gift

Type: Buff/Light
Description: The wielder becomes coated in an aura of light, as well as up to 2 other allies within 300 meters. These allies can be summons or pets as well. While the buff is in place, all allies have their melee and spell power increased by 25%. If a debuff or curse of equal rank or lower is placed on any persons being buffed, the whole spell is canceled.
Strengths:
- Gives smaller numbered of allies great benefits if outnumbered or outranked.
Weaknesses:
- Can be canceled out by any debuff or curse of equal rank or higher.
- While buffed, any time during dark rooms, areas, or otherwise will give away any and all locations
- If a summon duration is up, the ability is canceled early.
S-Rank Signature Spell Name: Ray of Hope

Type: Healing/Light
Description: The user illuminates an area around them withina 15 meter radius (30 meter total), 20 meters high, and heals all people, companions, summons, and equipment for 120 for up to 3 applicable targets, 80 for 4-6 targets, or 40 for 7-10.
Strengths:
- Ability to heal not only multiple people, but summons, pets, and equipment.
Weaknesses:
- This spell, as useful as it is, can also heal any enemies as well.
- This spell is unable to specify targets, so if damaged weaponry, pets, or summons are inside the area, it will add to the spells total and possibly decrease the overall healing potential.
Advanced Spell Name: Searing Nova
Rank: Scales with user (Max S+)
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 3/4/5/7/10 posts
Type: Offensive/Light
Description: The wielder gathers up as much light as they can muster and unleashes it in a large burst of light by swinging their weapon up to 45/90/150/225/300 meters away at 25/45/75//110/150 m/s. Upon contact with an enemy or object such as a tree, building, etc. will cause anything in the area to take 30/45/60/75/90 damage.
Strengths:
- The large area can make hitting faster or more long ranged opponents easier to hit.
Weaknesses:
- Because of it's large radius to damage, it can also be detrimental to allies caught within it.
- A big meal for any light slayer to consume.
