This was going to be fun! Ean had told her they were doing a special search for some feathers from a mythical creature rumored to be where they were now arriving at. The place was in ruins. Of course, that was why they were called 'ancient ruins' anyways. Had they not been a mess, they would be called the 'ancient city' or 'old fortress' or some other name not using ruins. She had talked to Ean about the shop, Enola, weapons, blacksmith work, mining, and any other topic her mind could come up with as words ran out. Had Ean every gotten talkative, maybe she wouldn't have had to do all the talking, or get him aggravated every few minutes.
”Well! Now that we're here, boss, how do you want to handle this?” She was excited again, the jobs being different than what she was normally used to. All of hers had been important, usually involving the life or death of someone or some other discovery. Today's job was about finding feathers for a member of their guild. Ean had been requested with making the best feather duster he could, and was here to collect the feathers of a creature that was rumored to be here. She was hoping the fowl existed, just so the two of them could see what it looked like. She had heard nothing about it's description, just that Ean wanted the feathers from the bird to make his tasked object he was asked to make.
